Research on intelligent logistics data governance and technology under the background of big data 大数据背景下的智能物流数据治理与技术研究

With the rapid development of logistics industry to the intelligent logistics era of high flexibility, high coordination and high efficiency, intelligent logistics data governance and intelligent logistics technology promote each other and have an important impact on the development ecology of intelligent manufacturing. This paper first defines the development characteristics of intelligent logistics data governance and technology from the perspective of concept and technology, and clarifies the development process and evolution law of intelligent logistics data governance framework. Then draw lessons from mature enterprise cases in the industry, summarize the status quo of China's intelligent logistics data governance and technology development. Finally, suggestions and prospects for the future development of data governance and technology of intelligent logistics are put forward from the aspects of policy. The results show that the government should adhere to national unity and cooperation, lead the construction of intelligent logistics industry, promote the construction of online and offline platforms, the logistics industry should actively carry out digital transformation, improve distribution efficiency, enterprises should pay attention to the development of intelligent technology, strengthen the construction of digital talent pool. The conclusions and suggestions from these three perspectives provide reference for the development of intelligent logistics in China.
随着物流业向高柔性、高协调、高效率的智能物流时代快速发展,智能物流数据治理与智能物流技术相互促进,对智能制造的发展生态产生重要影响。本文首先从概念和技术的角度界定了智能物流数据治理与技术的发展特征,并明确了智能物流数据治理框架的发展过程和演化规律。然后借鉴业内成熟的企业案例,总结中国智能物流数据治理与技术发展的现状。最后,从政策层面对智能物流数据治理和技术的未来发展提出建议和展望。研究结果表明,政府应坚持全国团结合作,引领智能物流业建设,推动线上线下平台建设,物流业应积极开展数字化转型,提高配送效率,企业应重视智能技术的发展,加强数字化人才库建设。从这三个角度得出的结论和建议为中国智能物流的发展提供了参考。

Path planning of automatic valet parking under mixed traffic scenarios in parking lot 停车场混合交通场景下自动代客泊车路径规划

As a key technology for intelligent vehicles, autonomous valet parking is becoming increasingly popular in the area of research. Autonomous valet parking technology is available for safe and quick parking operations without a driver, and improving the driving convenience while greatly reducing the probability of parking accidents. A path planning method of autonomous valet parking in parking lots mixed traffic scenarios is proposed in this paper to resolve the following issues presented in the existing autonomous valet parking systems, that is, low efficiency of global path planning and low success rates of local obstacle avoidance. First, the parking lot traffic scenario model is established and analyzed. Secondly, a global path planning method based on Floyd algorithm is proposed and optimized. Then, the obstacle avoidance path is decoupled laterally and longitudinally based on the fifth-order polynomial in the Frenet coordinate system, and the optimal local path is screened out through the coupling loss function and defined constraints. Finally, a simulation scenario was built to verify the path planning method studied in this article. The results show that the autonomous valet parking path planning method studied in this paper can achieve good results and has strong robustness.
自动代客泊车作为智能车辆的一项关键技术,正日益受到研究领域的青睐。自动代客泊车技术可以在无人驾驶的情况下实现安全、快速的泊车操作,在提高驾驶便利性的同时,大大降低了停车事故的发生概率。针对现有代客泊车系统全局路径规划效率低、局部避障成功率低等问题,提出了一种停车场混合交通场景下代客泊车路径规划方法。首先,建立并分析了停车场交通情景模型。其次,提出并优化了基于Floyd算法的全局路径规划方法;然后,基于Frenet坐标系下的五阶多项式对避障路径进行横向和纵向解耦,通过耦合损失函数和定义约束筛选出最优局部路径;最后,通过仿真场景对本文所研究的路径规划方法进行了验证。结果表明,本文研究的自主代客泊车路径规划方法取得了较好的效果,具有较强的鲁棒性。

Research and development of intelligent module micro 微智能模块的研发

Warehousing, as the basic link between the supply and demand side, plays a very important role in logistics activities. It is pointed out in the Logistics Warehouse Industry Blue Book that in the future, investment in high-end warehousing facilities will continue increasing. Capital will continue being gathered in core areas and backbone nodes, and the transformation to an informatized, comprehensive, professional and automated smart warehousing will be accelerated by modern logistics warehousing. A set of modular miniload has been developed in this project, breaking through the traditional mode of the existing logistics equipment integration market. Modular, lightweight, low-cost, low-energy-consumption, easy-operating and maintaining, adaptable, intelligent as well as three-dimensional box automation warehouse logistics automation solutions are developed.

Design and simulation of tunnel real-time monitoring system based on multivariate information fusion 基于多元信息融合的隧道实时监控系统设计与仿真

In view of the low efficiency of tunnel fire rescue, the difficulty of operation and the difficulty of determining the kindling point, a real-time monitoring system based on multi-sensor devices for smoke, temperature and video is designed based on the restricted fire development law in tunnel and the smoke movement process. Then the target tunnel is modeled and the fire monitoring conditions under different combustion conditions inside the tunnel are simulated using FDS software. Finally, the situation evaluation of tunnel fire is given by analyzing the temperature, toxic gas concentration and the distribution and development law of fire smoke inside the tunnel monitoring system.
针对隧道火灾救援效率低、操作难度大、火点难以确定等问题,根据隧道内受限火灾发展规律和烟雾运动过程,设计了基于多传感器的烟雾、温度和视频实时监控系统。然后对目标巷道进行建模,利用FDS软件对巷道内不同燃烧工况下的火灾监测情况进行仿真。最后,通过分析隧道监控系统内的温度、有毒气体浓度和火灾烟气分布发展规律,对隧道火灾进行态势评价。

Modeling and validation of typical scenarios of high-speed railway automatic train operation based on Alvis 基于Alvis的高速铁路列车自动运行典型场景建模与验证

Formal methods are used to improve the credibility and correctness of scenarios in Chinese Train Control Systems (CTCS). At present, there are few formal studies on the high-speed Automatic Train Operation system that developed from CTCS-3 level high-speed railway technology. In this paper, we adopt a new formal method, Alvis, which combines the advantages of high-level programming language and graphical modeling and select the interzone TSRS handover scene in high-speed railway ATO system as the research object. The messaging behaviors of the scene are analyzed using UML sequence diagrams, and an Alvis model of the system is built, which is converted into an smv model supporting the formal validation of the model checking tool nuXmv. The real-time performance of the extracted messaging was verified on demand, inconsistency between technical specifications and actual operational scenarios was identified and solution was provided. The results of this method can provide some reference for the technical promotion of ATO train control system in China.

Evolutionary game of dual-channel supply chain cooperation of agricultural products 农产品双渠道供应链合作的演化博弈

With the increasing diversification and individualization of consumer demand, the consumption environment of agricultural products has also changed significantly. While many agricultural products supply chains are fully engaged in traditional retail channels, they are also generally opening online sales channels, thus forming a dual-channel circulation mode of farm products in which conventional and online retail channels coexist. Due to the high overlap between the two sides in selling products and target users, the potential conflicts in the dual-channel supply chain of agricultural products have become increasingly prominent. Under the guidance of evolutionary game theory, this paper analyzes the collaborative evolution law of supply chain enterprises under the penalty mechanism. By simulating the game process of cooperation between the two parties, it is found that setting a reasonable punishment mechanism can reduce opportunistic behavior. It can not only enrich and expand the research horizon and depth of the dual-channel supply chain of agricultural products but also have important theoretical and practical significance for promoting the cooperation of the dual-channel supply chain of agricultural products, realizing the resource sharing and complementation of the two channels, and improving the benefits of the whole supply chain.

Preparation and rheological properties of warm mix compound high viscosity modified bitumen 温混复合高粘度改性沥青的制备及其流变学性能

The effects of different types and amounts of high viscosity modifiers on bitumen properties are investigated by conventional bitumen property tests and DSR and BBR rheological property tests. And the optimal content of modifier and the viscosity control mechanism of different kinds of modifiers are determined. On this basis, WTR compound high viscosity modified bitumen (RPRA for short) was prepared. The results showed that the rheological properties of RPRA high-viscosity bitumen were optimal when the compound modified bitumen was prepared with 20% waste rubber powder, 5% recycled plastic and 3% polyethylene wax.

Escort analysis in puzzle-based storage systems 基于谜题的存储系统中的护航分析

Puzzle-Based Storage system (PBS) is an innovative type of high-density Automated Storage/Retrieval System (AS/RS), which is made up of massive adjacent square cells (moveable shelves) arranged in a rectangular grid to allow stored unit-loads to be accessible individually. Previous research mainly focused on reducing retrieval time, designing retrieval algorithms, and improving retrieval performance. Since the lack of research on the impact of the number of unit-load moves from the perspective of escort distribution, this study proposes three escort distribution strategies when retrieving the unit-load in the PBS. Simulation results show that the increase in the number of escorts would no longer affect the number of movements when the PBS density reached 40%-50%. Current situation of ro-ro transportation and safety management in Bohai Bay 渤海湾滚装运输现状及安全管理

In the present work, the current situations of roll-on/roll-off (ro-ro) shipping in Bohai Bay are analyzed, including the freight volume, types of cargoes, and vessels. Besides that, the governmental safety management policy and enterprise safety control measure for ro-ro transportation are studied, and a case study is made on typical ro-ro transportation accidents happened in Bohai Bay. As a result, the overall safety situation and the safety management condition of ro-ro transportation in Bohai Bay are illustrated. On this basis, targeted suggestions are concluded to improve the ro-ro transportation safety management in the future.

The research on indirect incident detection in expressway under high traffic density 高交通密度高速公路间接事故检测研究

With the continuous construction of expressways in China, the timely process of traffic incidents has been increasingly valued to avoid heavy traffic and secondary incidents. To timely eliminate the terrible influence of incidents, the indirect incident detection method is designed and presented based on the actual data of the segment from the Lingdian interchange to the Tangwang interchange hub of the Jinan-Guangzhou expressway in this paper. Firstly, the existing data from diverse detection systems are collected and integrated into a unified format. Then, an actual-data-based simulation experiment is achieved to offer the required information to the indirect incident detection method through VISSIM. On this basis, a series of parameters are constructed to identify the mutation of traffic operation from multi-dimension. Finally, the indirect incident detection method is trained to recognize the mutation of traffic and classify the normal scene and incident scene with LightGBM. Compared to KNN, RF, and SVM, the LightGBM has an excellent performance on incident identification, with a 98.6% accuracy, a 100% precision, an 88.9% recall, and a 94.1% F1 score.
