Evaluation of smart port development level based on entropy weight TOPSIS method 基于熵权TOPSIS法的智能港口发展水平评价

Under the background of the continuous progress of 5G, big data, Internet and other technologies, the construction of smart port is the future development trend of the port industry. How to effectively measure the smart development level of port is the key problem to be solved in the research. According to the influencing factors of smart port development, this paper establishes an evaluation index system of smart port development level from six indicators and uses entropy weight TOPSIS method as a comprehensive evaluation method. Shanghai Port is selected as the research object for in-depth empirical research to evaluate and analyze the development level of smart port. In terms of results, the smart development level of Shanghai Port generally shows an upward trend, which has experienced three stages: slow improvement, rapid improvement and small decline. Among them, innovation capacity has the greatest impact on the development level of smart port. The evaluation results of this paper can provide some ideas for the future smart development of the port.
在5G、大数据、互联网等技术不断进步的背景下,智慧港口的建设是港口行业未来的发展趋势。如何有效地衡量港口智能化发展水平是研究中需要解决的关键问题。根据智能港口发展的影响因素,从6个指标出发,建立了智能港口发展水平的评价指标体系,并采用熵权TOPSIS法作为综合评价方法。选取上海港为研究对象,进行深入的实证研究,评价和分析智慧港口的发展水平。从结果来看,上海港的智能化发展水平总体呈现上升趋势,经历了缓慢提升、快速提升和小幅下降三个阶段。其中,创新能力对智能港口发展水平的影响最大。本文的评价结果可以为今后港口的智能化发展提供一些思路。

Study on optimization of rural passenger and cargo bus based on ant colony algorithm 基于蚁群算法的农村客货客车优化研究

In view of the problem of "high cost and difficulty to enter villages" of rural e-commerce express delivery, considering the characteristics of scattered village distribution and insufficient distribution demand, the paper creatively proposes to take the existing bus operation route of the county as the transportation medium to realize the integration of passengers and goods in the downward transportation of e-commerce express from the county to the towns and villages. Then, the existing bus routes were optimized to achieve the dual objectives of minimizing the total cost of bus downlink transportation and visiting the collection point with the minimum distance, and the basic mathematical model was established. On this basis, the improved ant colony algorithm is used to solve the problem of optimizing the rural e-commerce express downlink bus route, and it can be found that the formation of multiple new routes can reduce the downlink transportation cost of e-commerce express and achieve the goal of accessing all the collection points with the minimum delivery distance.
针对农村电商快递“成本高、进村难”的问题,考虑到乡村分布分散、配送需求不足的特点,创造性地提出以县城现有公交运营路线为运输媒介,实现电商快递从县城到乡镇的下行运输中客货一体化。然后,对现有公交线路进行优化,以实现公交下行总成本最小和以最小距离到达集散点的双重目标,建立基本数学模型;在此基础上,利用改进蚁群算法求解农村电商快递下行公交线路优化问题,可以发现多条新线路的形成可以降低电商快递下行运输成本,达到以最小配送距离到达所有集散点的目标。

Automatic safety warning system for concomitant maintenance operations 伴随维修操作的自动安全警报系统

In recent years, the process of expressway construction has been accelerating, and operators need to carry out daily maintenance of the expressway. At the same time, expressway belongs to fast driving space. High speed driving will create a blind area of vision for operators, seriously threaten the life safety of maintenance operators, and cause great damage to the life and property safety of road maintenance personnel, maintenance operators and drivers. Based on this, the team designed and developed an active safety warning robot and intelligent road cone for accompanying maintenance operation. The robot body integrates a number of technical equipment such as visible light camera, audible and visual alarm and collision early warning radar. The robot can not only push the early warning information, but also accept the collapse signal of intelligent road cone and push the multi-sensory early warning signal. The intelligent road cone is equipped with RFID chip and balance sensor, which can push the early warning signal according to the collapse. The early warning system can effectively solve the early warning problems for the safety of operators and social vehicles when out of control vehicles break into the maintenance area in the process of expressway maintenance.

Regional logistics enterprise performance management cost reduction and efficiency evaluation system 区域物流企业绩效管理降本增效评价体系

When the scale of logistics network of regional logistics enterprises reaches a certain level, the competition of network must turn to fine management, otherwise the cost of operation management will increase, and the efficiency of operation will decrease. The construction of management performance-oriented evaluation system is an effective means for enterprises to carry out directional management reform to reduce cost and increase efficiency. The enterprise management performance evaluation system is constructed based on PCA-DEA model. PCA was used to reduce dimension and determine performance evaluation indexes, and DEA data envelopment analysis was used to analyze and evaluate logistics nodes and find the improvement points. Finally, the optimization strategy of reducing cost and increasing efficiency is put forward based on the point of increasing efficiency.

Scenario-based requirements analysis for Chinese new train control system 基于场景的中国新型列控系统需求分析

In order to meet the needs of railway operations in western China, the development of Chinese New Train Control System (CTCS-N) has been launched. To obtain complete and correct system requirements for CTCS-N early in system development, this paper applies the scenario-based requirements analysis method in software engineering to the requirements analysis of CTCS-N. This method takes the system operation scenario as input, analyzes the behaviors of the scenario based on ontology theory, and extracts the system requirements contained in the scenario based on SWRL (Semantic Web Rule Language) reasoning rules. Furthermore, the timed automata (TA) network model is constructed for requirement verification. Based on the design of the CTCS-N architecture, the above method is used to analyze the requirements based on the train integrity monitoring scenario as an example. The result shows that the method can effectively obtain the system requirements and provides a reference for the requirements development of CTCS-N.

Construction of evaluation index system for investment decision-making stage of automated container terminal 自动化集装箱码头投资决策阶段评价指标体系的构建

As automated container terminals are gradually favored by domestic and foreign ports, some ports blindly invest in the construction of automated container terminals in order to improve their visibility, regardless of their own port conditions and the high cost of constructing automated container terminals, which will place a heavy burden on port operations and is not conducive to the push for terminal automation. Therefore, this paper analyzes the construction experience of Xiamen port, Qingdao port, Shanghai port and Tianjin port. In view of the factors affecting the application of container terminal automation in China, dimension reduction is obtained by principal component analysis. The key factors affecting the application of automated container terminals are analyzed, and the evaluation indexes of investment decision-making stage of automated container terminals are clarified, which can provide reference for domestic ports in the investment decision-making stage of constructing automated container terminals.

Intelligent logistics SaaS platform design 智能物流SaaS平台设计

This paper mainly introduces the platform design process, namely "how to do" process. Platform design should follow the characteristics of the SaaS model software, give full consideration to platform scalable, scalability, performance and so on can be configured, multi-tenant way of implementation, introduces the function of platform architecture, design goal and thought, secondly on overall technical architecture, support technology and function of this platform. Finally, several construction and operation modes and profit modes are considered to meet the sustainable development of the platform. The design of the platform can provide high-quality information software services for small and medium-sized enterprises, and contribute to improving the efficiency and increasing economic income of the logistics industry.

The construction of urban common distribution information platform under the mode of express delivery + takeaway 快递+外卖模式下的城市共同配送信息平台建设

With the rapid development of logistics industry, express delivery industry and takeaway industry ushered in new opportunities, and urban end distribution as an important part of logistics distribution will directly affect the efficiency of the whole distribution. In view of the current situation of multi-agent urban distribution service, fragmented distribution resources and low distribution efficiency, this paper applies the joint distribution mode to the urban “express delivery + takeaway” distribution and constructs the urban common distribution information platform. Combined with the characteristics of express delivery business and takeout business, the platform is divided into four modules: user layer, platform logic layer, access layer and database layer. Then, detailed planning and development of each module are carried out. Big data, RFID, GIS geographic services, cloud computing and other technologies are used to build a common urban distribution information platform. Through the construction of urban common distribution information platform, it provides reference for future intelligent logistics management.

In view of the current situation of multi-agent urban distribution service, fragmented distribution resources and low distribution efficiency, this paper applies the joint distribution mode to the urban “express delivery + takeaway” distribution and constructs the urban common distribution information platform. Combined with the characteristics of express delivery business and takeout business, the platform is divided into four modules: user layer, platform logic layer, access layer and database layer. Then, detailed planning and development of each module are carried out. Big data, RFID, GIS geographic services, cloud computing and other technologies are used to build a common urban distribution information platform. Optimization analysis of inbound and outbound efficiency of four-way shuttle storage system 四向梭式仓储系统进出库效率优化分析

In recent years, the four- way shuttle storage system has attracted more and more attention. The study on the efficiency of inbound and outbound storage has become the key to solve the efficiency bottleneck of dense storage. In this paper, by modeling the four- way shuttle storage system, anylogic is used to simulate the inbound and outbound forms of standard elevator with chain machine and new elevator with two- way vehicles, and the efficiency is compared. It is concluded that when the dense storage reaches five floors and above, the efficiency of using the new elevator with two- way vehicles is higher, which provides a solution to solve the problem of storage congestion.
近年来,四向穿梭存储系统越来越受到人们的关注。进出库效率的研究已成为解决密集存储效率瓶颈的关键。本文通过对四向穿梭式仓储系统进行建模,利用anylogic对标准电梯带链机进站和新型电梯带双向车辆进站形式进行了仿真,并对其效率进行了比较。研究结果表明,当密集仓储达到五层及以上时,使用新型双向车辆电梯的效率更高,为解决仓储拥堵问题提供了一种解决方案。

Practice of the travel forecasting model of CCX-expressway accommodating tourism travel ccx高速公路旅游出行预测模型的实践

Taking the Chongqing via Chishui to Xuyong (Sichuan border) expressway project as an example, this paper focus on predicting trip generation, trip distribution, and trip assignment through a four-step model based on motor vehicle Origin-Destination surveys. The location of the project is rich in tourism resources. The construction of this project will promote the development of surrounding tourism resources and generate a large amount of tourism traffic. So, special consideration is given to the characteristics of tourism traffic in the project. The paper obtains the traffic volumes of the Chongqing via Chishui to Xuyong (Sichuan border) expressway.
