Under the background of the continuous progress of 5G, big data, Internet and other technologies, the construction of smart port is the future development trend of the port industry. How to effectively measure the smart development level of port is the key problem to be solved in the research. According to the influencing factors of smart port development, this paper establishes an evaluation index system of smart port development level from six indicators and uses entropy weight TOPSIS method as a comprehensive evaluation method. Shanghai Port is selected as the research object for in-depth empirical research to evaluate and analyze the development level of smart port. In terms of results, the smart development level of Shanghai Port generally shows an upward trend, which has experienced three stages: slow improvement, rapid improvement and small decline. Among them, innovation capacity has the greatest impact on the development level of smart port. The evaluation results of this paper can provide some ideas for the future smart development of the port.

In view of the problem of "high cost and difficulty to enter villages" of rural e-commerce express delivery, considering the characteristics of scattered village distribution and insufficient distribution demand, the paper creatively proposes to take the existing bus operation route of the county as the transportation medium to realize the integration of passengers and goods in the downward transportation of e-commerce express from the county to the towns and villages. Then, the existing bus routes were optimized to achieve the dual objectives of minimizing the total cost of bus downlink transportation and visiting the collection point with the minimum distance, and the basic mathematical model was established. On this basis, the improved ant colony algorithm is used to solve the problem of optimizing the rural e-commerce express downlink bus route, and it can be found that the formation of multiple new routes can reduce the downlink transportation cost of e-commerce express and achieve the goal of accessing all the collection points with the minimum delivery distance.

In recent years, the process of expressway construction has been accelerating, and operators need to carry out daily maintenance of the expressway. At the same time, expressway belongs to fast driving space. High speed driving will create a blind area of vision for operators, seriously threaten the life safety of maintenance operators, and cause great damage to the life and property safety of road maintenance personnel, maintenance operators and drivers. Based on this, the team designed and developed an active safety warning robot and intelligent road cone for accompanying maintenance operation. The robot body integrates a number of technical equipment such as visible light camera, audible and visual alarm and collision early warning radar. The robot can not only push the early warning information, but also accept the collapse signal of intelligent road cone and push the multi-sensory early warning signal. The intelligent road cone is equipped with RFID chip and balance sensor, which can push the early warning signal according to the collapse. The early warning system can effectively solve the early warning problems for the safety of operators and social vehicles when out of control vehicles break into the maintenance area in the process of expressway maintenance.

When the scale of logistics network of regional logistics enterprises reaches a certain level, the competition of network must turn to fine management, otherwise the cost of operation management will increase, and the efficiency of operation will decrease. The construction of management performance-oriented evaluation system is an effective means for enterprises to carry out directional management reform to reduce cost and increase efficiency. The enterprise management performance evaluation system is constructed based on PCA-DEA model. PCA was used to reduce dimension and determine performance evaluation indexes, and DEA data envelopment analysis was used to analyze and evaluate logistics nodes and find the improvement points. In order to meet the needs of railway operations in western China, the development of Chinese New Train Control System (CTCS-N) has been launched. To obtain complete and correct system requirements for CTCS-N early in system development, this paper applies the scenario-based requirements analysis method in software engineering to the requirements analysis of CTCS-N. This method takes the system operation scenario as input, analyzes the behaviors of the scenario based on ontology theory, and extracts the system requirements contained in the scenario based on SWRL (Semantic Web Rule Language) reasoning rules. Furthermore, the timed automata (TA) network model is constructed for requirement verification. Based on the design of the CTCS-N architecture, the above method is used to analyze the requirements based on the train integrity monitoring scenario as an example. The result shows that the method can effectively obtain the system requirements and provides a reference for the requirements development of CTCS-N.

As automated container terminals are gradually favored by domestic and foreign ports, some ports blindly invest in the construction of automated container terminals in order to improve their visibility, regardless of their own port conditions and the high cost of constructing automated container terminals, which will place a heavy burden on port operations and is not conducive to the push for terminal automation. Therefore, this paper analyzes the construction experience of Xiamen port, Qingdao port, Shanghai port and Tianjin port. In view of the factors affecting the application of container terminal automation in China, dimension reduction is obtained by principal component analysis. In this paper, by modeling the four- way shuttle storage system, anylogic is used to simulate the inbound and outbound forms of standard elevator with chain machine and new elevator with two- way vehicles, and the efficiency is compared. It is concluded that when the dense storage reaches five floors and above, the efficiency of using the new elevator with two- way vehicles is higher, which provides a solution to solve the problem of storage congestion.
