Traffic accident characteristics and association analysis of electric bicycles based on data mining 基于数据挖掘的电动自行车交通事故特征及关联分析

With the increasing number of electric bicycles in cities, traffic safety is confronted with serious challenges. To prevent and control electric bicycle traffic accidents and further explore accident characteristics, this paper screens all 1555 general accident data records involving electric bicycles in Shenzhen from 2016-2021, 19 main impact factors are counted, and divided into three categories: accident information, personnel information, and road and facility information. Data mining is performed on the full accident set and each of the three single-dimensional accident sets: fatal accidents, escape accidents and accidents caused by electric bicycles. The Apriori algorithm is used to calculate and explore association rules, and the ones with better support, confidence and lift indexes are selected from them. From the association rules, this paper derives the relevant factors of electric bicycle traffic accidents, analyzes the coupling mechanism within the accidents, and provides suggestions on the countermeasures against the risk of electric bicycle traffic accidents.

Research on smart logistics transportation capacity planning based on big data-taking enterprise A as an example 基于大数据的智能物流运力规划研究——以A企业为例

Based on big data computing, this paper deeply studies the work of the transportation capacity planning part of the smart logistics platform. As the core management object of the intelligent logistics platform, transportation capacity needs to be predicted, monitored and optimized from multiple dimensions such as waybill release, real-time vehicle supervision, and vehicle and cargo matching. Through the analysis of relevant needs and practical difficulties in the previous investigation and investigation of Nanchang regional logistics enterprise A, and combined with the development trend of new technologies, this paper proposes a solution of " transportation capacity collaborative intelligent logistics platform" based on big data. The construction of the platform depends to a certain extent on the final data format and usage scenarios. Therefore, this paper focuses on the establishment of relevant statistical data and portrait models for the data entities often used in the logistics process to provide support for the construction of the smart logistics platform.

Research on the interspersed model of straight collision points at signal intersections in the environment of the Internet of vehicles 车联网环境下信号交叉口直线碰撞点的分散模型研究

The intersection is an important node in the road network, and the traffic capacity of the intersection determines the running state of the entire road network. Congestion at an intersection will inevitably lead to a decrease in road capacity, and the congestion will spread to adjacent road sections and intersections, forming a congested area "from points to surfaces". Based on gap optimization, this paper adjusts the gap between the speed of the main road and the traffic flow and optimizes the speed of the secondary road to make it pass the intersection safely. The control method proposed in this paper is verified by VISSIM simulation, and the average value of delay and the number of vehicles stops at the traditional un-signaled intersection and the un-signaled intersection under the internet of vehicles environment are analyzed and compared. The results show that the average total delay of un-signaled intersections in the internet of vehicles environment is reduced by 62.7%, the number of parking times per vehicle is reduced by 56.89%, and the traffic capacity of un-signaled intersections is improved.

A study on the development strategy of rural roads in the 14th five-year plan based on the calculation model of replacing subsidies with awards 基于“以奖代补”计算模型的“十四五”农村公路发展战略研究

This paper analyzes the achievements of the rural roads development supported by central investment policy during the period of poverty alleviation in the 13th five-year plan. On top of that, according to development ideas and priorities of the rural roads during the 14th five-year plan period, this paper studies the rural roads development strategy in transition period of realizing effective connection from consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation to rural revitalization, recommends taking implementing authority, adjusting orientation and strengthening assessment as the main strategy. Meanwhile, this paper selects measure indicators and establishes the calculation model of replacing subsidies with awards, clarifies the assessment mechanism of "linking the results of the target assessment with the arrangement of award funds", so that to implementation of relevant strategies, as well as tracking and evaluating relevant development planning and investment policies.

Distributed task architecture of UAV swarm based on potential field direction 基于势场方向的无人机群分布式任务架构

Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) swarm surveillance has many advantages: flexible deployment, no casualties, high swarm survival rate, and high cost-effectiveness. It has become a force that we cannot ignore on the battlefield. As the key technology to ensure the survival rate of UAV swarms and improve detection efficiency, mission planning technology is the basis for realizing the autonomous detection of UAV swarms in the future. This paper introduces the method of UAV distributed mission planning. The mainstream UAV planning methods are discussed. We focus on the improved artificial potential field (IAPF) approach. The modeling method of discrete rasterization of task space is adopted in complex scenes of multiple target types. Compared with the simulation results of hybrid artificial potential field and ant colony optimization (HAPF-ACO), the superiority of the proposed method in search performance is verified.

Research on the classification characteristics of Chinese airports from the perspective of network 网络视角下中国机场分类特征研究

In order to accurately grasp the classification characteristics of Chinese airports, scientifically and effectively support Chinese airport division and slot capacity assessment, it is urgent to conduct a systematic and scientific analysis of the classification characteristics of airports. From the perspective of the network, the concepts of airport weight value and airport SIR value are introduced by using formal concept analysis and propagation dynamics method. Combined with the characteristics of network topology, airport support resources and airport operation resources, 17 potential categorical features on airports are proposed. Taking the main coordination, auxiliary coordination and non-coordination airports currently classified in China as labels, a machine learning classification model is established by using the random forest algorithm. Finally, the classification effect is evaluated based on the accuracy of the model and the features are ranked by importance. The research shows that the classification accuracy of the random forest model has reached 95.28%, and the classification effect is significant; the airport weight value is an important factor affecting the airport category; the classification feature proposed based on the network perspective is the key to affect the airport classification, which accounts for 46.6%, the classification features based on airport operation resources are second, accounting for 28.2%, and the classification features based on security resources account for 25.2%; the proposed method provides theoretical support and reference for the scientific division of my country's airports and the promotion of airport slot capacity assessment.

Transportation network optimization of regional trunk logistics 区域干线物流运输网络优化

The logistics industry plays an indispensable role in our lives. But most logistics companies have the phenomenon of high logistics costs, which greatly limits the sustainable development of enterprises. For this reason, reducing logistics costs has become one of the immediate problems. As a heart of the system, transportation, particularly trunk logistics, plays an important role in coordinating and promoting regional economic development. The establishment of a reasonable transport network to reduce the logistics costs of enterprises to a large extent and can help enterprises to improve economic efficiency and service level. Taking Jingdong as an example, this paper combines the relevant theories of minimum cost and maximum flow into practical application. It is solved by MATLAB software. Analyze and optimize the transportation network to realize transportation standardization.

Against the background of increasingly fierce competition in international shipping, liner companies have formed alliances in order to reduce operating costs, achieve economies of scale, and enhance the competitiveness of liner companies and their right to speak in negotiations. In order to have a deeper understanding of the alliance choices of liner companies, a dynamic game model is established based on the consideration of customer valuation information sharing and price competition, and a Nash equilibrium is applied to find out the optimal price decision of liner companies and calculate the company's revenue under the full liner alliance to explore the possibility of liner companies reaching full liner alliance.
在国际航运竞争日益激烈的背景下,班轮公司纷纷结成联盟,以降低经营成本,实现规模经济,增强班轮公司的竞争力和谈判话语权。为了更深入地理解班轮公司的联盟选择,在考虑客户评价信息共享和价格竞争的基础上,建立了动态博弈模型,并运用纳什均衡找出班轮公司的最优价格决策,计算班轮公司在全班轮联盟下的收益,探讨班轮公司达成全班轮联盟的可能性。

Traffic assignment from cities along the Qingdao-Jinan Corridor to the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway and the Beijing-Shanghai second line 青岛-济南走廊沿线城市到京沪高铁和京沪二线的交通分配

The second line of the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway is planned to be completed in 2025. The opening of the second line of the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway will help ease the tight transportation capacity of the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway. This paper mainly studies the assignment of passenger flow to the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway and Beijing-Shanghai Second High-Speed Railway. The passenger flow is mainly generated in the cities along the Qingdao-Jinan Corridor and attracted to southern cities. Firstly, the volume of passengers in the cities along the Qingdao-Jinan Corridor is predicted according to the grey prediction method, and then the prediction results are applied to the gravity model to predict the OD passenger flow. After that, a high-speed railway network is established, and the k shortest path algorithm is used to find valid paths among each OD pair, taking travel time cost, fare and penalty cost into consideration of path impedance. The logit model is established to calculate the sharing rate of different paths, and the method of successive average is used to solve the passenger flow assignment model. Finally, this paper analyzes the impact of the fare rate level and travel time on the passenger flow assignment of the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway second line. The results show that when the fare rate of the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway second line is around 0.47, the passenger flow sharing on the high-speed rail network is basically stable.

Analysis of technical operation time standard of train based on the weakening buffer algorithm and the CRITIC method 基于弱化缓冲算法和critical方法的列车技术运行时间标准分析

In the field of railway transportation, the technical operation time standard of train is an important guarantee for efficiently managing the station and ensuring the safety of various operations. The existence of human factors or emergencies will inevitably affect the accuracy of the raw data on the spot, and then interfere with calculating the technical operation time standard of train. However, the traditional calculating process do not take this problem into account. Therefore, the paper proposes a new process to analyze the technical operation time standard of train. Firstly, the weakening buffer algorithm based on grey theory is used to stabilize the raw data series with large fluctuation. It can effectively reduce the detrimental effect of stochastic volatility in the raw data before determining the technical operation time standard. Then, the paper uses the CRITIC method to analyze the information value of each group of raw data. Therefore, the weights of corresponding parameters during the calculation can be determined. In this way, the rationality of calculating the technical operation time standard can be improved. Finally, taken the Guangzhou Railway Station as an example, the paper describes the process of analyzing technical operation time standard proposed. Through the comparison and analysis of results, the validity of new process is verified.
