Due to the short application time of management accounting in China's enterprises, there are still many problems in the actual application process of management accounting, resulting in the application environment of management accounting is not particularly ideal. In view of this, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the application environment optimization of management accounting in commercial banks, and puts forward countermeasures to solve the problems, so as to continuously promote the progress and development of the application of management accounting in commercial banks.

This paper starts with an overview of the connotation, characteristics and operation system of the Central Bank's digital RMB, and analyzes the risks and challenges faced by the issuance of digital RMB from four levels: technology, macroscopical, legal and dual operation system. This paper puts forward four development countermeasures: establishing and perfecting the financial supervision laws and regulations corresponding to the digital RMB, speeding up the formation of the core technical system of the digital RMB, ensuring the security of the issue and circulation, establishing the modern financial operation system corresponding to the business form of the digital RMB, strengthening the international exchange and cooperation of the digital RMB, and promoting the construction of the international payment and settlement system of the digital RMB.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) rating model is a management tool to identify the intention, trend and development stage of CSR management, but there is no clear stage performance evaluation method at present. Using content analysis method, this paper constructs the CSR stage performance rating model, and verifies the feasibility and reliability of the rating model through the empirical study of the transportation industry. The results show that the rating model gives the evaluation basis of CSR performance in different stages from seven dimensions, which not only provides a CSR rating method, but also formulates future improvement strategies and guidelines for enterprises.

This paper takes into account the livelihood capital theory and the actual context of the production and life of the poor group, and based on the influence mechanism of public health emergencies on the sustained poverty reduction in rural areas, conducts an empirical study on the impact of the Covid-19 on the sustained poverty reduction in rural areas of A County in Sichuan Province. The results show that, firstly, the greatest impact of the Covid-19 on rural poverty reduction is that it restricts the self-help behavior of the poor groups. Secondly, the impact of the Covid-19 on rural poverty reduction mainly affects the livelihood capital of the poor groups. Finally, natural disasters, medical expenses, patients or disabled people, income reduction, stable employment, burden ratio, family labor force and other factors are important factors affecting rural poverty reduction, and accordingly, countermeasures will be more targeted.

Nowadays, the hospital layout in China is commonly characterized by a large number of crowds on each floor of the inpatient department, a large mobility of patients in and out of hospital, and a complex patient composition. Because of the special composition of crowd and the general particularity of behavior, patients not only have certain physical defects, but also bear greater psychological pressure than normal people. For example, some patients with cardiovascular disease would be nervous when they encounter sudden accidents, and they would not get help for a long time, which is more likely to lead to their aggravation of disease, or even a sudden death. It is assumed that most people will subconsciously show herd behavior when an accident occurs on the inpatient floor. Due to their physiological and psychological defects, patients are more likely to have herd behavior, especially some patients with poor ability of action are relatively weak in escape. Therefore, more professional medical staff are needed to help patients with dysfunction and need to assist in evacuation. In order to optimize the layout of the inpatient department, make the evacuation more smooth and efficient, reduce the overall evacuation time of the inpatient department, and improve the survival rate of patients, this paper mainly studies the single floor of the oncology department of a TCM hospital, draws up the evacuation stairs and fire elevator as the evacuation exit, and uses the Pathfinder model to construct the layout according to the particularity of the inpatient floor and finally obtains a general optimal layout.

The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly stated that “Innovation is the primary driving force for development and the strategic support for building a modernized economy. Research and development investment has an important impact on the company's financial performance. Based on this, this paper selects gem listed companies from 2015 to 2019 as sample data to study the relationship between R&D investment and financial performance and the moderating effect of salary incentive on R&D investment and financial performance. The method of multiple linear regression was selected for analysis. The results show that R&D investment is positively correlated with financial performance. Compensation incentive has a negative moderating effect on R&D investment and financial performance.

Among the users of public library, the elderly readers have become the vulnerable group in the information service of Public Library due to their physiological and psychological problems. Taking Tai'an public library as an example, this paper uses the method of questionnaire survey and actual interview to carry out the relevant research on information service, and holds that the information service of elderly users should be fully considered when purchasing digital resources. The library should consider the needs of the elderly readers, provide a comfortable environment for the elderly readers, change the concept of librarians, start with details to serve the elderly users, improve the cultivation of the information literacy of the elderly readers, and strengthen the investment in infrastructure for the elderly.

The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA) has become an international technology center with global influence, requiring the GBA to explore the construction of innovation and technology synergies. In order to overcome the obstacles to the economic, technological, talent flow and intellectual property mechanism under the GBA innovation and technological coordination mechanism, this paper puts forward three countermeasures accordingly: first, to promote the formation of a collaborative mechanism for innovation and technology; second, to establish a mechanism for talent training and mutual recognition of talents; last, to improve the linkage mechanism between intellectual property justice and administrative protection.
