One of the defining concepts in the process of studying the problems of ecological and economic interaction is increasingly so-called "decoupling", which implies the elimination of the contradiction between the possibilities of ensuring economic growth and reducing the level of environmental impact. The most important area of management, in which the achievement of decoupling effect is extremely important in terms of reducing the consumption of natural resources, is agricultural production. In this regard, the article assesses the level of resource decoupling in the agricultural sector of the Rostov region.

The concept of urban environment is very extensive, it has many confidential features and it is a complex mechanism for the formation and development of fundamental priorities of the urban environment foundations, which ensures the creation of favorable conditions for the improvement of the natural environment.
