What Can We Learn from the Islamic Tradition About the Pandemic? 我们能从伊斯兰传统中学到什么?

First of all, we must explain this, there is a big literature about pandemies in Islamic religious literature. So, there a lot of things we can learn about pandemy from Islamic literature. Once a day prophet Mohammed said that about pandemy, if there is a pandemy anybody doesn't go out form there, and if there ıs pandemy in anyplace outside don't go into that place untıll pandemy stops. This verse of prophet Mohammed tells us everything about pandemy. Beacuse this verse is about isolatıon. And also prophet Mohammed says cleanliness is the half of belief. And also he says cleanliness comes from beleif. So there are a lot of things in Islamic literature about pandemy that we can learn. So, we hope that we can tell some important points about pandemy approcah of Islam. We hope we can do some contributes about thıs subject. Of course, this ıs not the last word about this subjcet but it is a word about thıs subject that we can learn some important points form Islamic literature.

Potential Effects of Resveratrol on Obesity Markers of Iraqi Women 白藜芦醇对伊拉克妇女肥胖指标的潜在影响

Obesity is defined as a condition of chronic oxidative stress and chronic systemic inflammation, and it is associated with many health problems. Resveratrol is a polyphenolic compound noted to exert beneficial effects on various diseases such as cardiovascular diseases, atherosclerosis, diabetes mellitus, and nephropathy. The healthful effects of resveratrol are thought to be attributed to its antioxidant properties. In this interventional prospective randomized controlled trial, female patients diagnosed with obesity according to the WHO criteria and were randomly allocated to either control or resveratrol group. Resveratrol supplement showed a significant reduction in weight, body mass index (BMI) and waist circumference (WC). From the above results, one can conclude that oral supplementation of resveratrol can improve Anthropometric parameters.

Studies Concerning the Stability if Antioxidant Compounds in Aronia Melanocarpa Fruits 黑桫椤果实中抗氧化物质稳定性的研究

Aronia Melanocarpa fruits are high in vitamin C. Vitamin C is an antioxidant necessary for the human body to prevent scurvy, gum disease, bone and blood vessels and boost immunity. The paper also highlighted the determination of vitamin C in the Aronia Melanocarpa fruits, and studies on the stability of vitamin C in different pH environments in the process of oxidation in atmospheric oxygen. Ascorbics acid oxidation reaction proceeds through a chained mechanism. In 1936 Barron et all. [1], conducted the first study of auto-oxidation of ascorbic acid to dehydroascorbic acid. Through this research, we highlight areas where vitamin C pH will be stable.

Obtaining of Collagen Extracts Used as Biomaterials with Applications in the Medical Field 胶原蛋白提取物的制备及其在医学领域的应用

Collagen is the core protein of connective tissues: skin, bone, tendon, base membrane, etc. Collagen is actually a family of several different genetic types. Currently they are known, in vertebrates, at least 27 different types of collagens, which shows a remarkable diversity in molecular and supramolecular organization of the tissue distribution and function, discovered and developed over 45 years. They were studied, in detail, 12 main types. Collagen-based bioproducts can be produced in a variety of molecular structures (micro and nano structures) in powder form, hydrogels and injectable solutions, films, membranes and matrices, etc. This paper presents the drying processes that are selected depending on the nature of the extract (undenatured or denatured) and morphological structure bioproduct or sponge, fibers or membranes. The most frequently used procedures for drying are freeze-drying and free drying at a temperature of approx. 25 ° C. Both processes produce no distorts to the extracts They are presented bioproducts derived from collagen which are used in medicine.

Abstract The main task of modern infectious immunology is the elucidation of immunopathogenetic mechanisms of the unfavourable course of the disease. The course of the infectious process caused by the viruses and the microorganisms factors. At the heart of the complicated flow or chronicity of the process is an ineffective immune response that is not able to prevent the dissemination of the virus or the complete elimination of the pathogen from the body, which is the cause of the formation of relapses or chronic course of the disease. In the modern literature, there is evidence that in patients who have suffered from infectious mononucleosis (IM), regardless of the severity of the disease, a secondary immunodeficiency develops, which is the cause of possible bacterial complications. Studies on Chitosan Extraction and Its Biomedical Properties 壳聚糖的提取及其生物医学性能研究

Chitin and chitosan are natural biopolymers that are included in the novel families of biological macromolecules. Chitosan its the main derivative of chitin, and research upon the characteristics and properties of these molecules has become increasingly evident and important. It was reported that the main and potential applications of these polymers as well as their derivatives are more than 200. These applications include biomedicine, pharmacy, agriculture, biotechnology, cosmetics. In the last years, especially in the pharmaceutical and medical fields chitosan has received considerable attentions as a functional, renewable, nontoxic and biodegradable biopolymer for diverse applications. The recent efforts of the scientists concentrated on the methods of preparation of chitin from raw material, on processing chitosan, as well as on the chemical and biological properties that help increase solubility in aqueous solutions.

The Value of Exercise Systolic Blood Pressure as an Indicator for Coronary Artery Disease in Normotensive Men 运动收缩压作为正常血压男性冠状动脉疾病指标的价值

Abstract Aim: We investigated if rates of systolic blood pressure to workloads during exercise can independently predict coronary artery disease. Methods: 78 normotensive men with normal blood pressure who had exercise ECG stress test and a coronary angiography within 30 days were enrolled in the study. Basic features of all the patients were also compared. The rates of systolic blood pressure to workloads at the first stage, peak exercise, second, fourth and sixth minute of recovery were compared in normotensive men with both normal and abnormal coronary arteries. Statistical analysis: t test and stepwise regression was used. Results: The rates of systolic blood pressure to workloads were statistically importantly higher in men with normal blood pressure which had coronary artery disease compared to those with normal coronary arteries and normal blood pressure. Conclusions: In men with normal blood pressure high levels of systolic blood pressure to workload rates at the first stage to the end of exercise test can independently predict the presence of coronary artery disease, even in non-conclusive stress tests or when ECG doesn’t show any change during exercise.

Human Resource Management within healthcare institutions is an important part of their organization and as such, it is quite complicated, complex and dynamic. The interest in managing with human resources is crucial all around the world, since the success of daily activities as well as the welfare of the functioning of healthcare centers largely depend on the mode of human resource management within those institutions. The aim of this paper is to analyze the factors that influence in successfulness and efficiency of human resource management at the Clinical Hospital in Tetovo which in turn directly influences the improvement of the quality of medical services provided by the medical staff and to analyze the organizational structure at this public healthcare institution. During the first quarter of 2018 interviews with employees in some of the wards of this hospital were done related to their daily activities, services they provide, problems and challenges they face. Also, the level of satisfaction from the assessment of their work by the institution has been measured. Some of the major problems that were emphasized in all of the groups of interviewees had to deal with low salaries and the lack of additional compensations that can significantly motivate them in the more successful realization of their daily duties and activities. The stimulation and motivation of the medical staff for professional development and continuous education through various different professional development workshops, seminars, conferences, symposiums, etc. has a great impact on the overall performance of the employees. The adequate equipment of wards with the most modern items and devices is more than crucial for a smooth realization of daily activities and it also has a direct impact on the achieved results. Successes and achievements in the field of medicine are closely related to the scientific advancements in general. Healthcare institutions at all levels should treat their personnel better by providing them more reasonable salaries and rewards for their good performance as well as additional financial support for their further professional development. Competent bodies within the Ministry of Healthcare should actively monitor the quality of provided healthcare services by the medical personnel, encourage, and invest in their efficient distribution and dissemination.

Platelet Rich Fibrin Augmented Versus Non-Augmented Glycerolized Bovine Pericardium and Polypropylene Mesh for Repairing of Large Abdominal Wall Defects 富血小板纤维蛋白增强与非增强甘油化牛心包及聚丙烯补片修复大腹壁缺损

This study aimed to evaluate the use of glycerolized bovine pericardium (GBP) compared to polypropylene mesh (PPM) in repairing of large abdominal wall defects in animal model, and to investigate the role of platelet rich fibrin (PRF) in promoting this repair. Fresh bovine pericardium collected from local abattoir were processed and preserved in 99.5 percent glycerol. PRF matrix was harvested from fresh autologous blood (10 ml) after centrifugation. Full-thickness, mid-ventral abdominal wall defects (6 × 10 cm) were surgically created in 36 healthy goats (9 goats/group) and were repaired with an equal size of GBP, PPM, GBP-PRF, or PPM-PRF. Qualitative and gray scale quantitative ultrasonography were adopted at day 1, 1, 2, 3, 4, 8 and 12 weeks post-implantation. Three goats per group were slaughtered at 4, 8 and 12 weeks post-implantation for further gross, histopathological and tensiometric (tensile strength, load at failure and strain percent) evaluations. Ultrasonography revealed significant (P˂ 0.05) improvement of implant gray scale, low subcutaneous edema and reduction of skin implant distance in PRF-augmented groups. Besides, a substantial improvement of connective tissue covering, implant incorporation, new blood vessels formation, and reduction of the inflammatory cells infiltrations were observed. Tensiometric parameters were improved in GBP-PRF group compared to the other groups. In conclusion, the obtained results not only proved the superiority of GBP over PPM, but also the advantage of PRF-augmented over non-augmented implants in treatment of large abdominal wall defects. Ultrasonographic analysis provided a satisfactory tool to evaluate the healing process of the abdominal wall defects.

Influence of Coronary Artery Disease over Exercise Systolic Blood Pressure in Men with Hypertension 冠心病对高血压患者运动收缩压的影响

Abstract Aim: Disclosing coronary artery disease by analyzing the rates of systolic blood pressure response to workload during exercise stress test. Methods: 53 males with hypertension underwent exercise stress test on bicycle ergometer and coronary angiography within one month. rates of systolic blood pressure to workloads in the first stage peak exercise, second, fourth and sixth minute of recovery were analyzed and compared. Also basic characteristics of patients involved in the study were also analyzed. Results: All systolic blood pressure to workload rates during exercise and recovery resulted higher in males with coronary artery disease and hypertension compared with hypertension but no coronary artery disease. Conclusion: High levels of systolic blood pressure to workloads rates in males with hypertension reveal the diagnosis of coronary artery disease despite the ECG variations during exercise stress test and this are not influenced by other basic characteristics of the patients.
