The purpose of this study is to discuss the dynamics of the Islamic education institution development program in the face of the globalization era at the Darul Muta`allimin Tanah Merah Aceh Singkil Islamic Boarding School, the research method used is qualitative, the results of this study are: a). Classification of the education system at the Darul Muta`allimin Tanah Merah Aceh Singkil Islamic Boarding School has various educational units classified by researchers into four types of systems, namely (1) the Islamic boarding school education system (recitations using classical books), (2) the Islamic boarding school education system public school education (Darmut Middle School and Darmut MA), (3) madrasah education system (Diniah Darmut Madrasah), (4) life skills or organizational education system (Scout, PMR, Calligraphy, Hadrah etc). b). Islamic boarding schools have educational units that include the national curriculum, as well as mental stabilization of the students to face this era of increasingly rapid globalization by holding organizational activities such as scouts and PMR to add to the social sense of the students. c). The purpose of the research is to describe how to formulate objectives and determine learning materials in the Gerlach-Ely Model Learning design in Thematic Learning. While the research uses and implements the Gerlach-Ely model learning design development procedure whose implementation takes place continuously or continuously. The results showed that the strategy was determined according to the characteristics and circumstances of the students. In the process of determining the strategy to be used, the teacher also determines several things, namely determining the study group, determining the division of time, determining the space, and learning media that will be used in learning. The evaluation carried out by teachers in thematic learning is carried out by test and non-test, after which the teacher analyzes as feedback on all the planning that has been done by the teacher, whether all the planning is sufficient to achieve learning objectives or still has to be refined again.

The purpose of this study is to determine the Implementation of Slot Board Media in improving the Vocabulary of Grade 1 Students of SD Plus Al-Qodiri Jember 2020-2021 Study Year. The research method used in this research is PTK (classroom action research), which is action research conducted in the classroom with the aim of improving / improving the quality of learning things. The conclusion of the classroom action research that has been carried out is that the research is carried out continuously until the student's score rises above the KKM (70), and the research stops at 2 cycles of the second meeting because the percentage of completeness of grade 1 SD Plus Al-Qodiri students is 86%, so using this slot board media can improve mastery of Indonesian vocabulary in grade I SD Plus Al-Qodiri students. The increase in vocabulary mastery can be seen from the achievement of 86% of the number of students scoring above the KKM 70. The average value of overall learning outcomes both pre-cycle of action and after action can be detailed, namely in the pre-cycle the average value of students 62 with a percentage of completeness of 26.67. And in the second meeting of cycle II, the average student score was 81 with a completion percentage of 86%.

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how zoning regulations are implemented and how they affect to Madrasah Aliyah in Bekasi Regency's decision in accept private students. The method used in this study is a quantitative method, while data analysis used a simple regression approach. According to the study's findings, there was a 50% favorable impact on the Bekasi Regency's zoning policy on the admission of students to private Islamic high schools. Where the t table value is 1.796, while t count is obtained from SPSS data processing of 1.918 > 1.796 (t table) it can be concluded that the t-count is greater than the t-table value, this means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.

The curriculum serves as a learning program to accomplish institutional goals in educational institutions, making it crucial in developing high-quality schools. Meanwhile, People are constantly condescending toward madrasah. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the planning and implementation of the curriculum at MI Al Mukhlisin, Bandung Regency. In this study, methods like documentation, interviews, and observation were used. In an effort to examine the data, data reduction techniques, data presentation, and conclusions are then used. According to the study's findings, students at MI Al Mukhlisin had to actively participate in their learning, and the curriculum there gave practical knowledge precedence over theoretical. The research suggestion in the study is the implementation of Kurrikulum Merdeka for Madrasah Ibtidaiyah ( Islamic Elementary School) in the future

Reading is a complicated process that involves the reader's engagement with the text to develop meaning. Language proficiency is regarded to be more significant and to contribute more to reading comprehension in reading a second language or a foreign language than other aspects. This study is aimed at to measure which of the content schemata and linguistic schemata contributes the most to reading comprehension. The study was carried out in a sample of 35 English students of the first semester at Foreign Language Class in Al-Qolam Islamic Institute Gondanglegi Malang. The data collection involved two instruments, namely self-assessment, linguistic test and reading comprehension test. To achieve the purpose of the present study, the data were analyzed by using simple correlation with the help of SPSS 16. The result of the computation of simple correlation showed that linguistic schemata contribute more to reading comprehension. The effect analysis of the combined predictors and reading comprehension indicating significance at .000. Simple regression correlation calculations required a significance level of less than 0.05. In other words, there was a correlation between content schemata, linguistic schemata and reading comprehension. EFL teaching professionals and other scholars who intend to study relevant subjects in future research are addressed in suggestions made based on the results.

This research analyzes the items by paying attention to: 1) Analysis of Problem Difficulty Level and 2) Analysis of Learning Completeness. From the above analysis it was found that of the 10 questions that had been given there were 5 easy questions, 4 medium questions and 1 difficult question. In addition, in this study there was 74% percentage of overall learning completeness. So it can be concluded that grade 1 students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 1 Jember understand students quite well in thematic subjects theme 1 (myself) sub theme 3.

This research aimed to investigate flipped versus teacher-centered methods to improve students' writing and to test the teaching method in ten grades of senior high school in Genggong, Indonesia. This method was quantitative, which was an experimental research design. A sample of fifty students was used to assess the effectiveness of these teaching methods for developing students' writing descriptive text. Our findings confirmed a significant difference before and after being taught using flipped versus teacher-centered methods in descriptive writing.

Islamic educational institutions must devise effective strategies in the current era of information openness and transformation, keep up with changes in people's lives, offer the best level of community service, and produce breakthroughs, innovation, and limitless creativity in order to be recognized and gain the public's trust as institutions capable of managing education. This article discusses the implementation of educational facilities and infrastructure management. Educational facilities and infrastructure are one of the important components in determining the quality that exists in an agency, especially in the learning process that will take place in educational institutions. In this case the data is obtained by means of interviews, observation and documentation. All data will later be analyzed descriptively, namely by pouring the results into sentences arranged in such a way that they can become neatly arranged sentences. The results of the research conducted show some conclusions obtained, namely, (1) the process of planning educational facilities and infrastructure implemented in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Jember as a whole is in accordance with the applicable rules related to planning educational facilities and infrastructure (2) the process of implementing educational facilities and infrastructure implemented in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Jember starts from the procurement of educational facilities and infrastructure distribution or distribution of educational facilities and infrastructure, (3) the process of evaluating educational facilities and infrastructure at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Jember is carried out twice a year at the end of each semester both internally and internally, and the process is also in accordance with applicable regulations related to the evaluation of educational facilities and infrastructure.
