Quranic learning should ideally use a learning method that has certain guidelines and is carried out consistently. However, in certain cases a Quranic teacher faces special conditions and requires different treatment. The study groups that are handled have characteristics that vary between groups and internally the Quranic study group is very open to the possibility of being heterogeneous. However, currently in a place or group studying the Qur'an only uses one learning method so that it cannot provide opportunities for students to choose a learning method that suits their learning style. The purpose of this study is to analyze existing Quranic learning methods, provide recommendations to students for learning methods that are in accordance with their learning styles, streamline Quranic learning based on personalized learning. The method used in this study is Design Thinking Proccess. Based on the development research procedures that have been presented, there are 5 procedural steps of research based on design thinking. This research is very important to do considering that studying the Qur'an well is a priority for Muslims as a guide for living in the world.

Media is a tool used in teaching and learning activities. With this media, it will make it easier for teachers to convey learning material to students. So that with this media, students' cognitive development will be more well honed. One of the media used is snakes and ladders, which is used in delivering addition and subtraction material in grade 1. The method used is using a qualitative approach with the type of research is a case study with data collection techniques using observation and interviews. The research subject is grade 1 MI Miftahul Huda. And data validity using source triangulation and technical triangulation. The result of his research is the use of snakes and ladders game media on addition and subtraction material gives positive things, namely student cognitive development in grade 1 students of MI Miftahul Huda.

The purpose of this study is to assess the management of supervision and evaluation of the Principal at MA Al Musdariya Cimahi. This study's methodology employs descriptive qualitative analysis to examine the management, supervision, and evaluation of school principals. Interview techniques, documentation, and observations that were directly derived from primary data and secondary data were employed in technical data analysis.The following are the outcomes of the application of supervision; First, the Individual technique, which entails (a) visiting classes, (b) watching classes, and (c) having private dialogues. The second category of group techniques consists of discussions and teacher meetings. Evaluation At MA Al Musdariyah, supervision management is carried out by the principal in his capacity as an evaluator by reviewing all school administrative arrangements made by all instructors to ensure that supervision and evaluation function as they should.

The internalization of wahdatul'ulum values in learning seems to be urgently needed amid the rampant advances in the field of science that increasingly imitate the style of outside civilization that is easier to infer with the words freedom. So that the science that is developing today further distances man from his spiritual values, a lot of science no longer brings tranquility to the owner and even inventions can bring mudharat to people's lives. In addition, the more developed science the stronger this material assumption for fellow human beings occurs because science runs away from its spirit, where science is separated from religious values that cause aridity and emptiness for every claimant of knowledge and because it is far from teachings that rely on godhead. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze how students change in learning after understanding the internalization of wahdatululum values that are included in learning. This research uses literature research methods, namely looking for data, collecting data, and analyzing data. The results of this study show that there are several ways to internalize the value of wahdatululum in Arabic learning, in order to foster confidence and awareness that all knowledge is basically a unity that originates and boils down to Allah Swt through His revelation either directly or indirectly. The curriculum serves as a learning program to accomplish institutional goals in educational institutions, making it crucial in developing high-quality schools. Meanwhile, People are constantly condescending toward madrasah. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the planning and implementation of the curriculum at MI Al Mukhlisin, Bandung Regency. In this study, methods like documentation, interviews, and observation were used. In an effort to examine the data, data reduction techniques, data presentation, and conclusions are then used. According to the study's findings, students at MI Al Mukhlisin had to actively participate in their learning, and the curriculum there gave practical knowledge precedence over theoretical. The research suggestion in the study is the implementation of Kurrikulum Merdeka for Madrasah Ibtidaiyah ( Islamic Elementary School) in the future

This study aims to determine the management of the principal, the professionalism of the administrative staff, the management of the principal in increasing the professionalism of the administrative personnel and the supporting and inhibiting factors for the management of the principal in increasing the professionalism of the administrative staff at SMP Muhammadiyah Sentang. This research method is qualitative research. Data collection instruments used in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. The informants were school principals, teachers and administrative staff. Data analysis is done through data reduction, data display and verification. From the results of the study it is known that the management of school principals in improving teacher professionalism is carried out through principal planning which is carried out through meetings at the end of the current school year to develop school programs including the division of administrative work in the new academic year. Through this meeting, deficiencies, weaknesses, difficulties, or problems that are often experienced by administrative personnel in carrying out their duties can be identified. Organizing school principals in increasing the professionalism of administrative staff at SMP Muhammadiyah Sentang is carried out by determining the duties of administrative personnel in certain fields by issuing decrees and responsibilities that must be carried out. The principal's actions increased the professionalism of administrative staff at SMP Muhammadiyah Sentang by providing rewards for administrative staff who excelled, encouraging them to be better at carrying out their duties by participating in seminars. Supervision of school principals in increasing the professionalism of administrative staff at SMP Muhammadiyah Sentang is carried out through direct monitoring of the implementation of administrative staff duties. Supervision is also carried out by looking at the schedule and attendance list of the administrative staff and carrying out supervision as seen from the results of the work reports of the administrative staff at the end of the month.

This study aims to see how successful Pictionary is at teaching procedural text. Fifty students from Mojokerto's MA Al-Istiqomah second year participated in this study. This study employed a one-group pretest-posttest design. Field notes were used to collect data, and pupils' reading achievement was determined using the minimum passing score. The current research examines the impact of utilizing Pictionary to increase students' comprehension of process language, particularly in determining primary verbs used in the procedure text. As the research tool, a vocabulary test was conducted. The results demonstrated that applying the Pictionary game approach improved vocabulary attainment. This implies that the Pictionary game approach makes it easier for kids to learn a new language. Keywords: Pictionary Game, Reading Comprehension, Visual Learning

This research is motivated because there are several inhibiting factors in entrepreneurship from the alumni of SMK Negeri 3 Payakumbuh who graduated in 2017-2018. This study aims to determine external factors inhibiting the entrepreneurship of alumni of SMKN 3 Payakumbuh, Department of Beauty Management. This type of research is quantitative research with descriptive methods. The population in this study was alumni of SMK Negeri 3 Payakumbuh majoring in beauty management graduates from 2017-2018 as many as 86 people with a sample of 43 people. The data in this study used primary data and secondary data. The questionnaire used was the Likert Scale. Data processing is carried out using a Statistical Product Solution and Service (SPSS) program with steps to determine the frequency distribution and determine the percentage rate. The results of this study are external factors in inhibiting the entrepreneurship of alumni of SMKN 3 Payakumbuh who graduated in 2017 and 2018 obtained a percentage of 53.3% with a moderate category. This means that alumni of SMKN 3 Payakumbuh who graduated in 2017 and 2018 consisting of 43 respondents have a moderate category of external factors in inhibiting entrepreneurship

The aim of researching the application of behavioristic learning theory in thematic learning is to explore how the principles of behaviorism can be used to enhance the effectiveness of thematic learning. This research aims to examine the various ways in which behavioristic learning theory can be applied in the classroom setting, and to identify the benefits and limitations of using behaviorism in thematic learning. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach. The location chosen by the researcher is MI Miftahul Ulum Sumberwuluh Candipuro Subdistrict, Lumajang Regency. This research uses qualitative descriptive data analysis with an interactive model according to the theory of Miles, Hubermen and Saldana. The result showed the teachers often provide stimulus to students in the learning process. Teachers also often ask questions to students as a reinforcement of the material studied, so teachers often reinforce the material presented. Assessment carried out by class II teachers in thematic learning class II at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Miftahul Ulum Theme 4 Sub Theme 4 Learning to 2 in the form of daily assessments which include several aspects, namely attitude, knowledge and skills assessment.

Keterampilan membaca merupakan satu bentuk keterampilan berbahasa yang penting dikuasai oleh siswa. Untuk terampil membaca, siswa harus mengalami proses belajar membaca yang menyenangkan, salah satunya adalah dengan menggunakan media berlatih membaca yang menarik dan mampu membantu siswa lebih mudah membaca. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan (RnD) yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran keterampilan membaca berbentuk scrapbook. Pengembangan media ini rendahnya keterampilan membaca siswa kelas I di SD Negeri 028230 Binjai Utara dengan siswa berjumlah 20 siswa. Desain penelitian dan pengembangan yang digunakan adalah mengacu pada tahapan 4-D yaitu Define (Pendefinisian), Design (Perancangan), (Pengembangan) dan Disseminate (Penyebaran). Berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli media scrapbook yang dikembangkan dinyatakan layak untuk pembelajaran keterampilan membaca. Setelah mengalami perbaikan sampai pada produk akhir menunjukkan kelayan produk. Media pembelajaran scrapbook dinyatakan layak digunakan setelah itu dilakukan produksi. Hasil respon guru juga menunjukkan respon positif terhadap media yang dikembangkan, artinya guru menyatakan bahwa media dapat digunakan untuk membantu mengajarkan keterampilan membaca siswa.
