The presented article is devoted to the results of detailed studies of the features of extreme sea level fluctuations in the Russian Arctic under the conditions of global climate change. Estimates of the rate of mean sea level rise in the Arctic are obtained from the monthly mean sea level data at coastal tide gauges and satellite altimetry. It was found that for the Arctic Ocean coast from the Kara to the Chukchi Seas, the highest tides take place in the Khatan- ga Bay (Preobrazheniya Island), 131 cm. In the White, Kara, Laptev and Chukchi Seas, the seasonal variability of harmonic tidal constants was studied; it occurs due to changes in hydrometeorological conditions during the year. The ADCIRC hydrodynamic model was adapted for the conditions of the Laptev Sea. Numerical modeling of sea level oscillations from 1980 to 2000 was performed. According to the simulation results, the maximum ranges of residual sea level fluctuations are observed both for the total level and at the mouth of the Khatanga (489 cm) and Oleneksky Bay (444 cm). Based on the data of coastal observations and numerical modeling, the authors obtained estimates of extreme level fluctuations with different recurrence periods.

Education should be based on the inclinations, abilities and aspirations of each child: to learn and create new things, to communicate, cooperate, learn and teach. The actualization and development of this human potential, considering the personal and cognitive traits of each child, is an ever-greater need. In the world of accelerating, unpredictable and irreversible changes the ways of becoming an advanced, pre-adaptive education are being formed. We cannot stand by and wait. We must not catch up but get ahead of events.

The requirements for the calculation of indicators of avalanche activity determined by climatic conditions in the territories under developing, as well as prognosis of their changes in the future are enshrined in Russian Federation legislation. However, the data required for this do not exist for all the regions of the country, especially those, that are only now included in the industrial exploration. The dependences between the climatic and the geomorpho- logical indicators and parameters of avalanches and avalanche activity are developed earlier on the basis of data from direct observations. The indicators are based on the average annual maximum ten-day snow cover height, the number of days with snow cover, the duration of the avalanche period and the average long-term frequency of avalanches. The climatic parameters presented by model MRI-CGCM3 (RCP 8.5) were incorporated into these dependences system. This made possible to estimate the indicators of avalanche activity for the middle and for the end of the 21st century. Also, their changes relative to the present conditions were assessed. Thus, a methodology was successfully tested that allows to include normatively defined characteristics of avalanche activity in the anal- ysis and forecasts of regional climate changes for any climate scenarios.

The student is a co-author of education that expands the possibilities for the development of his personality. He independently and with the support of a teacher not only repeats the path of mankind but also discovers the laws of nature, society and personality, invents methods and algorithms, realizes big ideas – the basis for his orientation in the world. He masters emerging cultural practices and participates in their creation. Knowledge, skills and life skills will be possessed by the expanded personality of the student. In the future, the need for “memorization” and the time spent on achieving dexterity in work will be greatly reduced. Readiness for perception and creation of a new, independent search and application of knowledge and mode of action are the basis for creative development and pre-adaptation of the individual. The laws and algorithms independently discovered by the student, the facts found are preserved by him in the expanded developing personality and are used as cultural tools. The school develops systemic and critical thinking, universal actions and digital skills for the 21st century, helps the child to choose and master from the treasures of human culture what he likes, whether it is calligraphy, programming, acrobatics or versification.

The results of system studies of the environment and socio-economics of the White Sea and the catchment area (Belomorye), obtained mainly from the results of RFBR project No. 18-05-60296, as well as developments under State assignments, are presented. The changes in the economy, social sphere and the environment that have oc- curred during the years of reforms from 1991 to 2019 are determined. The current state of the White Sea watershed has been studied: forests, soils, hydrological features, climate changes, as well as the economy and social sphere. The state and changes of the White Sea ecosystems under possible climate warming are considered. To study the socio-ecological-economic system of the watershed, cognitive models of the White Sea have been developed, which are considered as a tool for synthesizing the heterogeneous information about a complex system. Prognostic estimates of possible changes in the complex system of the region under a different set of economic and natural conditions are obtained.

In the digital world many adults see only new risks for children and parents. But new opportunities for mutual understanding, rapprochement and cooperation in the family are constantly being formed in it. The adults’ task is to help the child form an idea of the visibility of all actions and their preservation in the digital environment. And at the same time the task is to form the imperative of the significance and inviolability of the personality of the other, the protection of oneself from invasion, the possibility of repentance and forgiveness. The principles of digital morality, ethics and law relating to the preservation and use of information have not yet been created but are increasingly needed. The development of destructive digital addictions, violations of the higher mental functions of the child must be prevented by involving children in real life which implies the harmony of the child with the virtual and real world.
