Islamic Moderation Values within ELT in a Higher Education Context 高等教育背景下英语教学中的伊斯兰温和价值观

. Islamic moderation has received a great deal of attention both in the west and in the east to resolve different religious conflicts[1][2]. Scholars and coursebook writers had included Islamic moderation values in the coursebooks of Islamic religious studies[3]. Besides, Islamic institutions had applied moderate Islamic understanding through Aswaja An-Nahdliyyah character education[4]. In ELT, lecturers of English subjects had instilled Islamic moderation values in teaching speaking through group-work activity[5]. Also, some lecturers had integrated Islamic values into learning English[6]. By using qualitative metadata analysis, the research on the moderate moderation values in ELT in a Higher Education context was investigated by using journal papers the primary data. The results showed that no school or universities in Malaysia, the Philliphines, Singapore, or Vietnam integrate Islamic moderation values within English language teaching. Only in Indonesia, a few Islamic institutions including Islamic universities or schools integrate Islamic moderation values in English language teaching.

Indonesian Pesantren: The Need of New Civil Society 印尼Pesantren:新公民社会的需要

. As educational institutions, Pesantren existed and took root in Indonesian society long before the Dutch Colonial Government introduced school education institutions. At the beginning of its appearance, this institution was oriented solely to religious interests. But in the modern era that prioritizes specialization in expertise, pesantren is faced with dilemma problems. On the one hand, it follows changes according to society's needs in the mainstream education system developed by the government. On the other hand, it desires to maintain his indigenous identity. This paper describes how pesantren, without leaving their original identity, modernize themselves to respond to society's demands, especially in terms of development of science and technology relating with the needs of work and ownership of formal diplomas.

Integration Model of Learning Religion and Science in Madrasah Based on the Tahfizh Al-Qur'an Pesantren 伊斯兰学校学习宗教与科学的整合模式——基于《古兰经》读本

This article discusses the science learning model in madrasas based on the tahfizh Al-Qur'an, namely MA Yanbu'ul Qur'an Menawan Kudus. This study aims to examine the science learning model in madrasas so that in the end it can be used as a science learning model for educational institutions based on the tahfizh al-Qur'an and have an impact on the development of traditional Islamic boarding school models in producing tafaqquh fiddin ulama, hafizh AlQur'an which is not only capable in the field of syar'i science but also mastering technology, especially in the field of natural science. The method used in this research is field research with a descriptive qualitative approach. The results showed that science learning at MA Yanbu'ul Qur'an Menawan showed creativity and innovation-solutions in the framework of integration of Islam and science as well as integrating the models of madrasah and Islamic boarding schools tahfizh Al-Qur'an. The integration framework refers to one of the three integration concepts, namely the Islamization of Science, Islamic Sciences, and Islamic Sciences which is supported by strengthening the mastery of natural science, the strength of foreign language ownership, and the memorization of the Qur’an.

Assessing Information System Success in E-Learning 评估信息系统在电子学习中的成功

E-Learning as an information system for distance learning that can provide convenience in the process of teaching and learning activities both from the teacher and student side, the e-learning system has the characteristics of high flexibility that is not limited by place and time, independent learning where students can play an active role in the learning process, and save costs in terms of administration, facilities, transportation, and accommodation. Currently, UIN Walisongo has used the eLearning by all lecturers and students for teaching and learning, needs to be done after the implementation of e-learning is to test the success of e-learning. This study aims to test the success of e-Learning in the learning process at UIN Walisongo. The factors used in this test are information quality, system quality, service quality, user satisfaction, and net benefit. These factors are thought to have an impact on the success of the e-learning system at UIN Walisongo. The Testing of information systems in e-learning uses the model DeLone and McLean with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method and SMART-PLS tools. This study results should be considered so that it is expected to increase the e-learning system in the future.

Impact of the Islamic Higher Education Quality Improvement Project 伊斯兰高等教育质量改善工程的影响

. The study on the impact of the project supported by foreign grants / loans in Indonesian Islamic higher education (IHE) is very limited, especially which is connected to the quality of education using the perspective of curriculum development and expert training programs. The aim of the study is to explore “The Islamic higher education quality improvement project” in an effort to improve the quality of IHE. Policy Research method is used to answer the research problems. Data collection through documents and records also interview. The study is located in four IHE: UIN North Sumatra, UIN Raden Fatah, UIN Walisongo and UIN Mataram. The analysis technique used is an exploratory descriptive. The results show that “The Islamic higher education quality improvement project” implemented by UIN North Sumatra, UIN Raden Fatah, UIN Walisongo and UIN Mataram through the development of curriculum programs and expert training programs are impact in improving the quality of IHE as showed by the improving of their ranking in the global university ranking agency and also showed the increase in the performance of IHE as assessed by local agency through Strategic Management System (SMS).

Quality Assurance in Education: Readiness of Islamic Higher Education to Face the New Accreditation Model in Indonesia 教育质量保证:印尼伊斯兰高等教育面对新认证模式的准备

. A fundamental change of an accreditation model makes disequilibrium. The paper aims to study the readiness of the Islamic universities in Indonesia to face a new accreditation model. The blended research data through the purposive sampling technique are analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. This research shows that many State Islamic Religious College (PTKIN) is not ready to face APT 3.0. Only 28.6% (two out of seven) of PTKIN have excellent internal management and quality assurance system. The lecturer ratio's accreditation score has reached 42.8% (three out of seven) of PTKIN, but the professors' ratio is still meager, only 2.96%. PTKIN still needs serious work to deal with the new APT model to assess satisfactory results.

Divine Love as a Base for Transformation: A Case of Nyai Masriyah Amva from Cirebon, West Java 作为转化基础的神性之爱:西爪哇锡雷本的Nyai Masriyah Amva个案

. This paper examines the thoughts of Masriyah Amva, the leader of the Kebon Jambu Al-Islamy pesantren in Cirebon, West Java. The self-transcendence that occurred in Masriyah Amva was a very deep process of soul struggle so that she made God the Center. God became the object of Divine Love which aroused great fighting power for Masriyah Amva. With this Divine Love, she has an actual spirit and gives meaning and value to struggle as part of self-actualization towards perfection. The implication of Divine Love being the basis for transformative values encourages her to become a frame of mind and action, so that her thoughts and actions bring benefits to larger interests, no longer related to her personal interests. The implication of the former is Masriyah Amva's courage to give new colors to Islamic discourses that have been "taboo" in the pesantren world. She dared to discuss Divine Love as the basis of her struggle for social change. The most concern is women empowerment. She wants women to be independent and no longer have dreams of leaning on men. Because, the independence of women is also the independence of the future of their children who will create the nation's next generation..

The Effect of Academic Self Efficacy on Achievement Motivation-Mediated Resilience 学业自我效能感对成就动机介导的心理弹性的影响

. This study aims to test the effect of self-efficacy on resilience with achievement motivation as a mediator variable empirically. This study's subjects were 211 students of the State Islamic University of Walisongo Semarang, who were santri. The sampling technique used was proportional stratified random sampling. The data were collected using a self-efficacy scale, a scale of achievement motivation, and a resilience scale. Self-efficacy was shown to have a significant effect both directly (beta = 0.413; p <0.01) and through achievement motivation (beta = 0.297; p <0.01) on resilience. The total effect of self-efficacy and achievement motivation on resilience was 0.710 (p <0.01). These results can be a suggestion or reference regarding the dynamics of students' resilience with the status of santri, the importance of increasing self-efficacy, and always maintaining and developing the santri' achievement motivation.

Motivating Force Moderation of Central Java Pesantren (between Religious Esotericism, Cultural Literacy and Social Transformation) 中爪哇教徒的动力调节(宗教隐密主义、文化素养与社会转型之间的关系)

. Islam treats all religions the same but does not consider all religions the same. This sentence implies that in dealing with humans taking a moderate path. However, there are pesantren as centers for the development of Islamic religious knowledge which is extreme in seeing groups outside the community. This research on 6 Islamic boarding schools in Central Java aims to explore the esotericism of religion, cultural literacy and social transformation of pesantren in developing knowledge in society. This study used a qualitative method with in-depth interviews, and data analysis applied Miles Haberman. The results showed that pesantren in Central Java developed the concept of wasatiyah, which means Islam is an egalitarian religion that does not discriminate against other religions. Developing religious esotericism in society towards a more peaceful life by strengthening students intellectually and mentally, and practicing penance into daily life in Islamic boarding schools to give birth to characteristic students. Cultural Habits Cultural literacy is used to strengthen the knowledge of students in order to produce personal maturity and attitude maturity. The breadth of knowledge makes students accustomed to a broad perspective, is wise and wise in taking a position in the wider community. Moderate attitude of capital is important in social interactions towards harmony. Transformation of knowledge and values as an effort to ground Islam to society. On the grounds of upholding the purity of Islam, one out of six pesantren is more radical and intolerant.

The Analysis of the Kiai's Charismatic Leadership and the Excellent Program in Marketing of Private Madrasah Aliyah in Jepara 吉埃人的魅力型领导与耶帕拉私立伊斯兰学校的优秀营销方案分析

. This paper analyzes the dynamics in marketing madrassas. This research is motivated by the phenomenon of ups and downs in the existence of madrasas. The focus and purpose of this study is to analyze the implications of the kiai 's charismatic leadership style and superior programs in the marketing success of private Madrasah Aliyah which is marked by the high interest of the registrants. This field research is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach at private Madrasah Aliyah in Jepara. The results of this study are 1) Applicants 'interest is an implication of the kiai 's charismatic leadership style 2) Applicants' interest is an implication of the excellent program 3) Applicant interest is an implication of both. The conclusion of this study is the kiai 's charismatic leadership style and superior programs have implications for the successful marketing of private Islamic madrasah in Jepara simultaneously and partially.
