There has been developed a computer model of the MTS with FC that allows modeling the FC based on the specified MTS parameters and improving the process of designing of the MTS with FC. The computer program for the modeling of the MTS FC dynamics is developed in the Delphi system on the basis of the algorithm for solving the system of equations of the mathematical model of the FC dynamics. The program is launched by the activation of the file FILUM_CIRKUL.EXE. The program interface has windows for setting the values of 54 MTS parameters and 4 parameters of the algorithm. To their right, the parameter names and measurement units are given. The modeling results are presented in a graphic form on four diagrams at specified moments of time. The latter are displayed next to the diagrams and determined by the time interval of the diagrams change. They are set by the parameter “visualization step, s”. Three diagrams show spatial arrangement of the CV, FC and UV projected on the XOZ, YOZ and XOY planes of a rectangular Cartesian coordinate system. The fourth diagram shows distribution of the tensile force of the FC along its length. Numerical results are displayed in a textbox after the program’s execution. The article substantiates the need of the formation and development of the environmental safety culture for the future professionals of the construction industry for their understanding of the environmental impacts made during their production activities. It highlights the problem that most industries have a negative impact on the environment, including building construction, where workers are affected by different types of hazards (radiation, chemical, physical, biological and social ones). It is indicated that teachers of specialized subjects should involve an environmental component in their own educational activities using project-based learning, which aims at solving professional issues and helps motivate students for their learning activities and independent work in the pursuit of knowledge. In addition, the author proves that an essential part of certain decisions and actions that are taken in order to solve the problems of environmental safety is embodied in the “green” construction. The study identifies the relevant conditions affecting the success of project-based learning. They are as follows: the desire and interest in implementing project activities shown by pupils, students and teachers; successful experience of implementing project-based learning in a number of vocational schools; well-formed personal skills of vocational students (design, research, communication, presentation and reflection), which are important for project-based learning, etc. Their experimental evaluation in vocational schools for building construction is conducted. It is proposed to introduce a comprehensive system of project-based learning and its scientific and methodological support in vocational schools. This can be realized through the development of training cycles, game activities, distressed and situational exercises.

Development of high-efficiency systems for cleaning recycled water is a relevant task in the construction of new individual and public swimming pools and reconstruction of the existing ones. There has been developed a silver ionization water plant, which consists of two electrolyzers and a circulating pump. The silver ionator has a hanging structure, which allows using the plant both on its own and as a part of the systems for complex processing of recycled water. A technique is developed to determine the parameters of the plant for maintenance of swimming pools with the volume ranging from 10 to 3600 m3. As a result of the study of the plant’s operating modes, it is determined that the most appropriate duration of a change in the electrode polarity makes up 6 min, and the steady mode is established in 2 min. Measurement of the concentration of silver by means of a photometric colorimeter has shown that the ions concentration in the water at the outlet of the ionator increases significantly when the voltage level reaches 8...9 V and hardly depends on the current strength in the range of 100…200 mА. The use of the electrodes of the length corresponding to the working length of the ionator provides the required concentration of silver in the wide range of water consumption. It is advisable to apply the electrodes occupying one or two thirds of the working length of the device in individual pools of a small volume. To prevent contamination of electrodes, it is reasonable to include the decontamination plant to the pool’s recycled water cleaning systems.

Recently, the relevance of biomass projects and substitution of fossil fuels, primarily natural gas, has increased significantly. Ukraine has a great potential in the production of biofuels, but its application is still very limited. The use of wood in the form of log pieces, wood treatment waste, wood chips and pellets, and burning of sunflower husk has the most dynamic development. The article presents the analysis of efficiency of the industrial activity of the biomass energy-generating complex at Аgroindustrial Company Eugroil Ltd as one of the most environmentally friendly and cost-effective types of electricity production, which is extremely important to determine the prospects of the company. The authors have examined the current state and prospects of bioenergy development in Ukraine. Energy and technological characteristics of the complex under consideration are provided. The results of assessment of the impact of the complex’s operation on the environment are presented, as are the results of analysis of environmental and economic efficiency of its implementation. Prospects for further development of the production are suggested.

The publication studies the characteristics of compression of a batch of whole waste tires. The process of their dynamic compression in a pyrolysis is modeled. Dependencies of variation of the load on the tire column are analyzed at various heating temperatures and statistical load during pyrolysis. Rheological properties of the tires are considered in three relatively isolated zones of the reactor with different physical conditions. A physical model of pyrolysis reactor has been developed, which is intended for the study of rheology of whole waste tires during their heating and compression. In prospect, this model will improve the technology of thermal recycling of waste tires and increase the reactor fill factor up to 98%. The mathematical model of dynamic compression of whole waste tires in the pyrolysis reactor can be used for practical purposes during pyrolysis plant design.

The article studies the trends in shaping the sustainable development of the region based on the analysis of dynamics of decoupling by resource factors in identifying the relationships between economic development and consumption of certain types of resources in the Mykolaiv region. The concept of decoupling has been analyzed, and two types of decoupling are considered: by resource factors and by impact on the environment. In order to identify the effect of decoupling by resource factors in the Mykolaiv region, the dynamics of the following indicators has been studied: consumption of energy and oil refinery products; fresh water consumption; waste generation, recycling and combustion for energy production. The volume index of gross regional product is used as an indicator of economic growth. Volume indices of consumption of the resources under study and GRP are calculated with reference to the baseline in 2010. Absolute decoupling by consumption of energy and oil refinery products has been revealed. By the volume of fresh water consumption, no decoupling has been found. The highest decoupling indicator was observed in 2015, but in the recent years it is estimated to vary within the negative range. The last three years showed the tendency of reduction in the volumes of hazardous waste, but previous substantial variations do not allow confirming the decoupling effect in waste generation and management. The main factors that hamper the transition to a resource-saving production and consumption are identified. The measures to direct regional development with account for green growth are suggested. The Mykolaiv region has a considerable potential for the transition to a resource-saving and ecologically-oriented economy. The study of the dynamics of the presented decoupling indicators by resource factors can contribute to establishing targets and limitations in order to create the preconditions for sustainable development of the region.

The problem of stabilizing treatment of water for cooling systems is very relevant for the energy industry. Increasing water quality will reduce the volume of water discharged during purging of the systems. This, in turn, leads to a reduction in the contamination of natural water bodies. This publication considers both already available and synthesized reagents. Oxyethylidenediphosphonic acid was used to compare the efficiency of antiscalants. The known reagents under study include gipan, carboxymethylcellulose, citric and tartaric acid, and nitriletrimethylphosphonic acid. The efficiency of reagents has been evaluated as for stabilization of tap water and model solutions with different mineralization for different temperature conditions. The efficiency of a number of reagents is determined as for the СaSO4 precipitation from concentrated solutions. The possibility of using available and synthesized reagents for water stabilization at higher temperatures is evaluated. Tartaric and citric acids are quite effective stabilizers in the concentrates of the reverse osmosis seawater desalination. A new inhibitor of precipitation of sodium methyldisulfonate is synthesized on the basis of sodium sulfite and formaldehyde; its efficiency is subject to evaluation.

The risk framework of international project of creation of PCEs is presented. The model of analytical network process is applied. A verbal scale of relative importance for pairwise comparison of factors is used. The algorithm for determining risk-significance of the project of creation of PCEs is presented. A pairwise comparison of risk factors at implementation of international projects of creation of PCEs is performed. The normalized matrix is developed to determine the probability of occurrence of each factor. The consistency index and the consistency ratio are computed. Probabilities of occurrence of risks of subfactors in the project of creation of PCEs are provided.

The current state of project management for humanitarian demining of water the areas of Ukraine has been analyzed. Genesis of the theory of management of such projects is formulated; they constitute a part of the projects on diving, biotechnical, robotic and combined demining. The publication suggests a generalized structure of the studies on elaboration of the theory of management of projects on humanitarian demining of water areas considering formation of organizational structures of management of such projects by means of unmanned technologies. The study indicates that improving the quality and productivity of the humanitarian demining operations in water areas with the help of unmanned technologies is possible and quite feasible. The organizational structures based on biotechnical systems and marine robotics are developed.
