This article gives an analysis of Yakut winter clothing and personal protective equipment against the cold (protectors), which were obsolete in the early 20th century, and are now stored in various museums. The authors focus on the description of the material, manufacturing technology, and functional heat-protective properties of traditional winter clothing and protectors.

Economics and linguistics are two areas of science that are united by a person acting and thinking (speaking). The economy is fundamentally different from the exact and natural sciences in that it deals not with an individual, but with a member of society exposed to the traditions, national mentality, and political institutions. The subject of study of linguistics the language at all stages of existence is inextricably linked with society. This relationship is bilateral: language does not exist outside of society, but society cannot exist without language. In modern society, there are processes of integration, that is, the convergence of the economy and linguistics on the basis of their interaction and mutual dependence. There is a clear relationship between the economic achievements of a country, its culture and language. This fact allows scientists to suggest the emergence in the future of a new scientific discipline linguistic economics, the development of which occurs in two directions from language to reality and from reality to language. Language, developing unevenly, quickly reacts to changes in public life. As the forms of social life change, the forms and types of communication become more complex, and, consequently, the connection between language and economic processes taking place in society develops. This state of affairs forces us to search for ways of synthesis, during which a common language of universal classification could be developed. The object of this research is the units of the terminological system of the Russian language economy, which in the process of functioning in society create schemes of integration with linguistics. The concepts of economics play an important role in the complex process of learning changes in the life of society, being realized in the text in the form of new words and meanings, and form a new integrated system. The constant growth of migration conceals a number of challenges for the capital of Russia. In this regard, the problems of conflict-free, comfortable sociocultural adaptation of external migrants are highlighted, among which the share of citizens not only from the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) countries, but also from the far abroad (especially the countries of the Asia-Pacific region, including Vietnam) is rapidly growing. The relevance of the research topic is due to the fact that at the present stage the innovative activity of the region becomes one of the most important spheres of its socio-economic development, since innovations inevitably entail a very wide range of changes in the main directions of economic development, in technology and production technologies, as well as determine the emergence of many social, organizational and managerial innovations. Therefore, the further progressive development of the regions and the country largely depends on the state of their innovation subsystems as the most important tool for the implementation of the innovation scenario, which allows to ensure conditions for sustainable economic growth. The creation of market system institutions that influence the formation and development of the business sector is the most significant problem, especially in the specific conditions of the transformation of the national economy. The technological advantage of the Internet over traditional sources of information is crucial for the global distribution of information content and the ability to view it from various mobile devices. As a result, active Internet users and subjects of virtual network relations become objects of ideological manipulations, are exposed to the information influence of the radical elements of society. The paper deals with heroic epics of the Yakut and Shor peoples. Our goal is to conduct comparative study the introductory part of the contexture of the olonkho of the northeastern Yakut tradition and Shor epic tales based on The 14 texts and stories of the olonkho of the Yakut northeastern tradition and 3 texts of the Shor epic as narrated by storyteller V. E. Tannagashev. Basically, the contexture of Turkic epic tales consists of introduction, exposition, complications or development of the action, crisis or climax, denouement and final part. The olonkho of the Yakut northeastern tradition and the Shors epic tales are divided into three parts: introductory, main and final. The cosmogonic (foundational) principle which is a feature of archaic epics was not found in the introductory part of the olonkho of the tradition under study and the Shor epic tales. The introductory part of the Shor epic tales is notable for its short descriptions. These texts contain only description of nature, people and the golden palace where the protagonist lives. In contrast to the Shor epic tales, the introductory part of the olonkho of the northeastern tradition describes in detail the dwelling of the protagonist, backyard buildings, wealth, nature and the sacred tree named Aal Luuk Mas. Some olonkho of the northeast tradition tells the stories about the protagonist’s dying. According to olonkhosut, these texts are incomplete, so such tragic denouement is not the end. The comparative analysis of the plot contexture allows us to conclude that the olonkho of the northeastern Yakut tradition and the Shors epic tales are close to each other, but have special features. These peoples have family ties, which is probably why the epic tales of the related peoples arose at the intersection between their historical and spiritual contacts. Keywords–epic tale, Yakut folklore, Shor folklore, Yakut olonkho, northeastern Yakut tradition, Shor epic tales, plot, composition, introduction, main part, conclusion

The article focuses on the problem of universal human values representation in philosophical novellas of the Yakut writer Nikolay Luginov. The author criticizes soullessness of modern individuals along with abandonment of national traditions. Human soul is the center of the writer’s focus. He is searching for protagonists who actively fight of spiritual freedom, standing up for values and wisdom which have accumulated through centuries. Luginov places the archetypical character of the Elder as representative of the people; the one who protects ethnic mentality and traditions, as well as the one who perceived the essence of being. Elders remember the past, teach how to survive in the future and reach harmony in the complicated world (chaos) and nature (Cosmos). Using the cognitive approach, its conceptual content must be addressed. Since conceptual, evaluative, and figurative components of the concept depend on specific feature of a particular linguoculture, it is important to investigate the concept in terms of linguoculturology, including inquiries into related languages, such as Even and Evenki.
