Value design in management education 管理教育中的价值设计

The education system in modern society is the most important tool for the formation and maintenance of its social and cultural unity. The education system must ensure social and cultural harmonysociety, which opens up access to any knowledge, competence, social roles andzitia. For the development of society, the system of training of management specialists on which the development, choice and implementation of the vector of development of organizations and the entire economic space of the country is important. It is not enough to train competent professionals, it is important to form a system of values that serve as a basis for building an effective business ecosystem. The scale of economic and social change in the world requires the modernization of the educational process in the field of management training. The development of management education in these conditions should be aimed at training future managers who are competitive in the domestic and international market; their broadening of their own and other cultures, developing a global vision of the world, and the values necessary for informed and informed decisions to develop the organizational and economic environment. Traditional forms and ways of organizing the educational process to train management professionals become ineffective. In order to form competent management professionals, it is necessary to carry out the value design of educational trajectories of future specialists, by actively switching to value management in the education system. This article is devoted to the consideration of the concept of value support for the educational process of management training. The development of value design in management education is based on the active use of value management, which allows to ensure the integration of universal values with the values of the professional culture of future activities. The submissions are the result of a test of research on the organization of the educational process of training management professionals based on the values required, according to the authors, to form modern Managers. Explication of semantic development of linguistic units at the lexical and phraseological level 从词汇和短语层面解释语言单位的语义发展

At present, modern linguistics shows interest in studying the lexical system and structure of lexical and phraseological meaning. The subject of research is a productive polysemantic verb that has not been a subject of special research before. Semantic structure of the Yakut polysemantic verb тарт is rich and diverse. It includes 25 interrelated lexicosemantic variants (LSV) united into a lexico-semantic unit forming a separate macrostructure of lexico-semantic paradigms (LSP). The analysis of the polysemantic verb тарт revealed 3 LSP: action and activity; being, state and quality; relation. The first LSP “Action and Activity” includes the following subfields: movement, movement of an object, physical effect on an object, creative activity, social activity, and physiological action. The second LSP “Being, State and Quality” demonstrated two groups: being and state of quality. The third LSP “Relation” includes only one subfield – interpersonal relations. Each lexico-semantic field has common characteristics forming their semantic basis. Within the LSP, corresponding subfields were determined that in turn fall into microfields. Special attention was given to the illustrative material taken primarily from Yakut literature. A rich semantic potential of the Yakut verb тарт shows considerable opportunity for semantic development of the plane of content in this linguistic unit. The verb тарт can be combined with actants in phrases and sentences, be a part of linguistic units of indirect nomination with global or partial reinterpretation of components and phraseological expressions with structure of a sentence. In contrast to the lexical level, the phraseological level involves more underlying semantic processes due to separate formation of PU. Words and PU of any language represent a universal basis for developing polysemy, with practically any linguistic units having enough potential to develop new meanings.Although the process of phraseologization is a universal linguistic phenomenon, it has explicative specific features in the Yakut language.The reason is that PU, being structurally separately formed and semantically reinterpreted formations, are units of secondary nomination in contrast to the linguistic units of direct nomination such as phoneme, morpheme, and word. All analyzed PU with the component тарт of the modern Yakut language have figurative meaning. Linguistic units of indirect nomination are formed as a result of semantic transformation of the original prototypic free word combination. All categories of stable word complexes according to structural-semantic classification are represented in PU with the component тарт of the modern Yakut language: PU, phraseological expressions, and phraseological combinations. PUare as a rule mono-semantic since they form based on reinterpretation of the original free word combination. However, formation of polysemantic PUmust not be ruled out. The modern political process both at the global, world level and at the state and regional levels takes place against the background of increasing migration processes in the situation of unification of the world socio-economic, cultural and political space. Geopolitical changes in the modern world, in turn, also lead to new waves of migration, and the accompanying problems make migration a global phenomenon. Today, the characteristics of migration processes are changing. We refer to the actual characteristics of migration such as: directions of migration, migration conditions, factors that determine the success of adaptation, motivation of migrants, socio-demographic characteristics of migrants, etc. All these characteristics determine the context of migration processes, and therefore have an impact directly on each individual migrant. Therefore, the range of scientific interests related to the study of migration processes is constantly growing. This study is aimed at identifying the features of psychological postadaptation and post-acculturation of Russian-speaking remigrants. This aspect is the pioneer and relevant today. The aim of the research is to study the verbalization of the features of post-adaptation and post-acculturation of Russianspeaking remigrants. Figurative structure of the Avar proverbs 阿瓦尔谚语的比喻结构

The article considers the artistic means used in the Avar language for the enhancing of the expressiveness of proverbs: brevity, rhythm, alliteration, rhyme, paired use of words, parallelism. Brevity is characterized as the most important stylistic law of the proverb which gives it nativeness and distinguishes it from the maxim which is a literary version of the proverb. Imagery is also inherent in the Avar paremia, although it is not obligatory. Imaginative transfer can be both metonymic and metaphorical. The rhyme in the paremia of the Avar language is represented by the repetition of similar combinations of sounds in the semantic centers of proverbs and sayings. The end rhymes are not characteristic for the Avar language as well as for the structural organization of paremias. Absence of the end rhyme is compensated by wide use of alliteration (the initial rhyme) repetition of the same consonant sounds in the anlaut which enhances the expressiveness of the paremias. The sustainable development of modern society needs to be sought and mobilized to justify and build constructive interaction between its constituents and, above all, those that define it, as public and public Organization. This is determined by the need to ensure the conditions for the sustainable and progressive development of civilization, formed by the joint, concerted efforts of all participants in social transformation. Identifying, researching, evaluating, selecting, distributing and applying the most constructive forms and methods of organizing the interaction of state and public organizations becomes a necessary basis for such provision. The organization needed to do this initially needs to develop and implement a set of targeted impacts, both directly involved in the interaction of the parties and a number of actors optimizing it. The development of scientifically sound, retrospective analysis and topical research, the concept of managing the interaction of state and public organizations becomes a priority, socially significant task. The selection of approaches, analysis of developments, justification of the concepts of effective management of interaction of such defining modern civilization subjects as state and public organizations are devoted to research presented this publication. Exploring the prevailing practice of interaction between these actors, on the one hand, and developing approaches to the construction of a universal scientific concept, on the other, the authors open up a discussion about the need and the possibility of managing these Process. Using as an analysis tool a wide range of modifications of the process approach presented by the materials of the article study, reveals the real prospects of building a model of management of interaction of state and organizations. The staged nature of the publication invites open discussion, both scientists and practitioners of the sphere of management in question, who are really interested in promoting the knowledge of paradoxes and the prospects of the universal concept of interaction government and public organizations. Formation of professional readiness of teachers as a condition of realization of effective inclusive educational practice 教师专业准备的形成是实现有效全纳教育实践的条件

The article deals with the theoretical and practical aspects of the study of the phenomenon of professional readiness of teachers as a condition of realization of effective inclusive educational practice. The article aims at studying the professional readiness of teachers of educational organizations to inclusive education. The methodological basis of the research was formed by the ideas of the humanistic pedagogy; axiological (value) approach to personality; personaloriented approach to education. Research methods included theoretical (system analysis, analysis of scientific and methodical literature on the problem of forming readiness of teachers to the realization of inclusive educational practice), empirical (resulting experiments; monitoring, expert assessment method), and mathematical processing of experimental data. It was examined the notion of professional readiness of teachers as a condition of realization of effective inclusive educational practice; components of professional readiness of teachers are allocated and substantially proved, according to components methods of diagnostics of professional readiness are picked up and approved. The state of professional readiness of teachers in the Stavropol region is studied. Targeted support of teachers is offered based on the results of the study. The main conclusion is that the professional readiness of teachers is a complex integrative education that requires targeted forms and methods of its formation, based on the needs of teachers in a variety of types of support: educational, psychological and so on. The article is devoted to the problem of spelling adaptation of words borrowed from the Russian language in the Yakut language. The purpose of the study is to trace the characteristics of the Yakut transfer of Russian consonants in borrowed words at the beginning of a word. The study is carried out on the material extracted from modern lexicographical sources: published volumes of the Big Explanatory Dictionary of the Yakut language and the Orthographic dictionary of the Yakut language. The theoretical basis for the study are the methodological provisions of N.D. Dyachkovsky on the description of the system of consonant phonemes of the Yakut language. The main methods of work are: the method of continuous sampling, the method of lexicographic analysis, descriptive method. The article presents the results of the analysis of spelling changes of Russianisms that have undergone phonetic development, which can be used in the practice of compiling the Singlevolume explanatory dictionary of the Yakut language.
