Pipeline Route Optimization of Natural Gas Supply System to the Industrial Estate and Household Location: A Conceptual Model 工业小区和居民小区天然气供应系统管道路径优化:一个概念模型

Energy demand in Indonesia is increasing rapidly especially for the industrial and household sector. Natural gas is more desirable as the energy source for both sectors. The pipeline is needed to transport natural gas from the supply region to the demand region. When a pipeline network is going to be built, one of the most important considerations is route selection. Pipeline route selection involves several factors such as distance route, environment, existing infrastructure, public safety, and cost estimation. The objective of this study is to develop a mathematic model to determine optimal gas pipeline route both in terms of investment costs and catastrophic cost as well as to select the location of the industrial estate and household in Semarang, Central Java as one of the priority regency in the government plan. The application of this study will be performed for the next research.

Examining the spatiotemporal changing pattern of freight maritime transport networks in Indonesia during COVID-19 outbreaks 2019冠状病毒病疫情期间印尼海上货运网络时空变化格局研究

The COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia has led to a significant change in human mobility. It is also considered the most serious threat to the inter-island trade network since the economic crisis in 1998. Leveraging two-year historical port call data (covering 6,000 records in total) of Indonesian domestic cargo vessels from the Automatic Identification System (AIS), this study examines the spatiotemporal changes of maritime freight transport network connectivity and cargo shipping capacity throughout the COVID-19 outbreaks period. We constructed two directed graphs, one in 2019 and another in the 2020 period, based on 1,283 Indonesian domestic cargo ship trajectories that connect 25 main Indonesian ports through 370 links. This study calculated and compared the four metrics of complex network analysis, including assortative coefficient, average degree, betweenness centrality, and clustering coefficient, to figure out the shipping network pattern changes. The result shows that the network connectivity and its shipping capacity changed in 2020, although the national port call trend is not significantly different from 2019. Based on our observation, we notice that the network is shifting from a "main hub-and-spoke connection," which dominantly involves western Indonesia hub-ports structure, towards a "multi hub-and-spoke connection," which increases the ports centrality position in eastern Indonesia. We also analyzed the change of cargo shipping capacity in each link to reflect how shipping liner companies respond to the pandemics. The insights generated in this study are hoping to contribute toward more rapid, effective, and comprehensive responses to this unprecedented disruption.

A Risk Based Creative Design Framework: Integrating Risk Assessment and Design Thinking Approach on Small to Medium Sized Batik Enterprises 基于风险的创意设计框架:中小蜡染企业整合风险评估与设计思维方法

Textile Industries have been one of the most contributing Industries to Indonesia's non-oil and gas exports from Central Java Province. Batik craftsmen are still susceptible to some of the occupational working risks such as Work-related Musculoskeletal Disorder (WMSD) and low back pain. This research aim was to design supportive equipment to reduce the risk of WMSD on batik tulis craftsmen in small and medium enterprises. This research use design thinking which has five steps and integrates risk assessment into empathize, define, and ideate phase. This research's risk assessment was done based on expert judgments from the interview and discussion with batik tulis craftsmen and stakeholders of the industry. Evaluation of 5 experts of work safety and 1 academic for each risk and each work process. Results of the expert's evaluations are processed using the Pareto method and then bow-tie analysis. The ergonomic factor of the tools calculated using the posture evaluation index (PEI). Results of the study showed that the highest risk activities are happening in the putihan, lorot, and soga step therefore designing better gawangan, chair, and plangkan recommended to reduce the risk. Exploring the Variables Interactions for Cement Industry Policies to Support Sustainable Development Aspect in Indonesia through Green Manufacturing 探讨通过绿色制造支持印尼可持续发展的水泥行业政策的变量相互作用

The cement industry has a crucial role in infrastructure development during an economic growth process, but they are considered a threat to sustainability. It is reflected in the increase and its relationship with high energy consumption and pollution of the environment. Around 3% of global greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions are accounted for by the cement industry alone. The Indonesian government must address this issue by exploring policies that drive producers to implement the green manufacturing principle. This study aims to conceptualize the systemic impact of policies in green manufacturing for the cement industry. The study results are described in diagram of causal loop to build model that would better understand cement industry variables that support Indonesia's sustainable aspects.

Hub Location Optimization for Disaster Aid Distribution 救灾物资配送中心位置优化

The distribution of disaster relief needs to be done at a quick and efficient cost. The distribution and cost-efficient are closely related to the determination of the recipient a hub and the distribution model. This study proposes a disaster relief distribution model by considering the position and number of Hubs for various scenarios. The hub position is essential because it will affect the speed and cost of distribution. The existing Hub and the Hub's determination with the clustering method using the K-Means Clustering algorithm try to propose to this study. Hub distribution model Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem with Time Windows (CVRPTW) is executed by using the vehicle routing problem feature in Geographical Information Systems (GIS). The distribution of rice aid commodities during the Covid-19 disaster was used to test the validity of the model that had been made. From results, it is found that the addition of a hub can reduce vehicle use by up to 28% and speed up the distribution process from 14 days to 13,12 and 11 days with a total cost that the difference is not significant but increases the service level.

Proposed Criteria to Design a Product-Service System Based Circular Business Model for the Apparel Industry 基于产品服务系统的服装行业循环商业模式设计准则

The waste problem in Indonesia until now has become a big problem and has caused environmental disturbances. Based on data from the Ministry of Environment and Forestry regarding marine waste monitoring in Indonesia, the weight of fabric waste in 15 provinces consisting of 16 districts/cities from 2017 to 2019 increased by 6.39% from 0.61% to 7% and ranks the 4th highest percentage of waste. Based on these problems, we need a way to minimize waste and utilize the resources of apparel companies optimally so that a business model design that can solve these problems is needed. To be able to design a business model that can fit the needs of the company but can also meet customer needs, it takes several criteria that match the requirements of the company and customers. In addition, alternative services that have the potential to be applied in apparel companies in Indonesia are also needed. The purpose of this research is to propose criteria for customer and apparel company needs as well as alternative services that can potentially be applied to apparel companies. Based on 10 criteria for company needs, 12 customer needs obtained from the literature and 13 alternative service models, there are 7 criteria selected for the company needs, 7 criteria for customer needs, and 8 alternative service models. The results of this study could be useful decision-makers and practitioners as a reference in designing an apparel business model design by applying the circular principles based on PSS based on the company and customers’ perspective.

The replenishment process problem in the Multi-Echelon inventory control system arises due to the availability of stock at each stock point which is called an unbalanced echelon, where there are echelons that are stock out and overstocked, this affects the company in determining policies in the overall inventory system. This problem can be resolved by making replenishment policies and strategies that consider the company's number, time, and distribution capacity. The method used in this research is to combine the Least Square Method, Fixed Time Period (FTP), and Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP). To prove the feasibility of combining the three methods in implementing and solving replenishment and distribution problems, it is necessary to apply them to company case studies. This research case study on a company that distributes Fast Moving Customer Goods (FMCG) products. Feasibility or suitability can be seen in terms of quantity, cost, and service level. These three things must provide increased value towards improvements in effectiveness and efficiency. This study indicates a decrease in the number of goods, cars, and the frequency of delivery in replenishment so that it can save transportation costs by 28.2% and reduce delivery frequency by 31.9%.

Component Criteria Framework for Selection of Aircraft Spare Parts Inventory Cooperation Strategy 飞机备件库存合作策略选择的构件标准框架

This paper will present about spare parts inventory strategies in the airline industry. As an operator, the airline should have strategies to fulfill requested parts in a timely manner. The strategies solo, ad-hoc, cooperative pooling, commercial pooling, and commercial leasing are commonly used. The aim of this paper is to find out which criteria are considered important for selecting each of strategies. Total 9 criteria were identified through literature review and discussion with experts. In this paper, the preference value of all criteria which were obtained from the survey to whom have expertise in aircraft spare parts management were then analyzed with the best-worst method to prioritize and rank the criteria for each type of spare parts inventory strategies. The present study provides valuable research implications which can be used as a framework in deciding the criteria of aircraft parts for spare parts inventory management.

Design of an Ergonomic Crackers Dryer to Increase Production Productivity at Rahayu Krupuk SME 提高Rahayu Krupuk中小企业生产效率的人体工学干燥剂设计

Crackers are popular snack in Indonesia and are often used as a complement to various foods or as side dishes. One of crackers production processes is the drying process. The drying process is carried out mostly using conventional method, in an open area which is dependent on sunlight. This conventional drying have several problems about productivity, including fluctuating heat, posture and cleanliness, and requiring a fairly large drying area. Considering that there are two seasons in Indonesia, dry and rainy seasons, one of the obstacles in crackers production is the drying process during rainy season as the heat needed in the drying process will not be continuously available because of the rain. The development of technology demands an innovation to create crackers dryer invention instead of using conventional drying. The aim of this paper is build “Smart Fuse Water Dryer” tool has the potential to increase the productivity of crackers in SMEs, especially in SME Rahayu Kerupuk. Smart Fuse Water Dryer using microcontroller to increase productivity. This microcontroller is used as a controller in the drying process, which is to control the temperature and length of the drying process, electronically and automatically. This will make it easier to dry crackers without having to wait for sunny weather. From the existing drying process problems, we propose a tool that can provide faster drying process without relying on the heat of sunlight, more efficient in energy use, greater capacity, more ergonomic, more protections as users are not exposed to direct sunlight, and not easily causing fatigue. The creation of crackers dryer using heating elements and an automatic system equipped with a microcontroller as the brain of a tool "SMART FUSE WATER DRYER" is certainly very likely able to have a positive impact on SMEs that use this tool.

A preliminary finding of warehouse stock discrepancy root-causes : a case of PT Astra International tbk Indonesia warehouse 仓库库存差异根本原因的初步发现:以PT Astra International tbk Indonesia仓库为例

PT. United Tractors tbk is PT. Astra International tbk group subsidiary in Indonesia. Construction machinery as one of major business unit of PT. United Tractors tbk offers sales various types of heavy equipment and transportation vehicles as well as their sparepart, attachment and the related services. In providing heavy equipment and transportation unit after- sales support and service level to it's customer, PT. United Tractors tbk has more than two hundred Distribution Center (DS) or Warehouses of unit sparepart in all Indonesia big island. Inventory accuracy in warehouse is one of the most important things to control in balance to achieve optimal service level set by customer. One common activity in controlling balance of inventory in warehouse is stock opname. Stock opname or stock taking is the event or activity that counting the amount of stock in the warehouse and as the instrument to make sure that there is no discrepancy between actual stock in the warehouse and actual stock on database. This is a real issue PT. United Tractors tasked with maintaining and controlling inventory is faced with. If not avoided or detected, warehouse stock discrepancy will bring about various damaging results such as loss of sales, customer dissatisfaction and build-up of stocks which lead to increase inventory cost. There have been many discrepancy cause identified in the scope of research related to inventory accuracy in warehouse but most of the research is only carried out certain aspect of warehouse such as operation, man power management, facilities, etc. It is, therefore, the intention of this research is to address aspect causing warehouse stock discrepancy problem in many aspects of warehouse management by identifying root cause based on literature and validation of warehouse practitioner expertise. The result revealed that there are 6 aspects that affected to warehouse stock discrepancy : (1) operational excellence, (2) man power management, (3) warehouse management system (4) machine and facility reliability, (5) policy and top management, (6) environment and external factors.
