The effect of two different teaching methods on “Higher Order Thinking Skills” (HOTS) of elementary-level science learners was analyzed in this research. This is an emerging field in research globally as well as in the Pakistani scenario. The research design used for this project was a "pre-test and post-test control group design”. Two sections comprising 40 students were selected randomly and were taught with two different teaching methods; the "experimental group" engaged by "Problem Based Learning Method" (PBLM) while the “control group” dealt with the "Traditional Method" (TM). The academic performance of the students was evaluated through an Achievement Test of Science (ATS).Post analysis data study showed that the performance of the “experimental group” engaged by the“problem-based learning method” was better on “higher order thinking skills” at elementary level science. The study findings may be helpful for science teachers, teachers training institutions, and other educational stakeholders.

The key objective of the study was to 'determine the views of ESL students regarding English language classroom environment in obstructing communicative collaboration and to assess the impact of English language classroom environment in obstructing communicative collaboration among ESL students. To realize the prior drive this research uses the mixed method approach and for the proper execution of this work the researcher collected data through a questionnaire. Research data were analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). A major portion of the students agreed that the existing classroom environment of BS English is absolutely unfavorable for the best communicative interaction as it produces negative impacts on learning. This undesirable situation can be altered altogether by extending the role of the English language teacher as in most of the Outer Circle countries like Pakistan teacher is considered the custodian of the class and the most authoritative figure in the ESL classroom.

The purpose of the research was to predict teachers' emotional intelligence, intellectual misery, and quality of life, as well as to find out how things like gender and location affect these things. The final study was quantitative and used a correlational method to analyse the results. A self-superior and coextended questionnaire is used to gather information about college professors. In the first part of the questionnaire, basic information about the person's background is collected. In the second part, the most important factors are looked at, such as EQ and signs of depression. For this study, data were taken from 200 college professors who were chosen at random. A sampling strategy makes it easy to get information from the target population. SPSS was used to look at both descriptive statistics (mean, percentage, and common deviation) and inferential statistics (correlation coefficient). The results show that the different levels of emotional intelligence among university professors are statistically different. It also turned out that teachers in private schools are more likely to be emotionally intelligent than teachers in public schools.

The present study aimed to explore the effect of techno stress (TS) on university teachers' work behavior (WB). The study was quantitative in nature. A total of nine universities were included in the sample of the study, such that each university was selected from each of the nine divisions of Punjab,Pakistan. There was a total of 3786 (1319 female and 2467 male) faculty members in the overall population, from which a sample of 494 faculty members was selected. The present study has been based on standardized questionnaires with written approval directly by research authors via email communication. The standardized instruments on techno stress (Ragu-Nathan et al. 2008) and work behavior (Koopmans, 2015), respectively, were used to collect data from the teachers of the universities regarding techno stress and work behavior. The inferential statistical technique regression was applied to reach the findings that techno stress had an inverse effect on the work behavior of university teachers.
