Facet passivation of GaAs semiconductor lasers using chemical and plasma methods 用化学和等离子体方法对砷化镓半导体激光器进行小面钝化

To remove the cavity surface contamination of semiconductor lasers and improve their COD threshold, the novel sulfur solution, acid pre-treatment plus sulfur solution and RF Ar plasma cleaning had been used on GaAs (100) substrate. The PL intensities after three types of processing increased by 30%, 42% and 33% respectively. With three methods used for laser process, we found that, in addition to acid pre-treatment, the COD threshold of lasers processed by other two methods have been improved greatly.

The application of laser radar in vehicle door reverse design 激光雷达在汽车车门反设计中的应用

Using laser radar system on the vehicle door solid model for data collection. Point cloud data can be obtained by Imageware software preprocessing. Including: alignment, accurate to simplify, denoise, extract, and then creation of point, line, surface, to achieve the reconstruction of three-dimensional model of the car door. Laser radar has the measurements of high precision which error is to ±0.037mm. Design process can be greatly improved by Laser radar technology and Imageware software.
利用激光雷达系统对车门实体模型进行数据采集。通过Imageware软件的预处理,可以得到点云数据。包括:对准、精确简化、去噪、提取,然后创建点、线、面,实现车门三维模型的重建。激光雷达测量精度高,误差可达±0.037mm。激光雷达技术和Imageware软件可以大大提高设计过程。

Yb3+-doped scintillation glass used for neutron and neutrino detection 用于中子和中微子探测的掺镱闪烁玻璃

We have done researches on Yb3+-doped materials. In this paper, we present a new type of scintillation materials that can observe the neutrons, neutrinos. Through the experiment, we got two flickering glass systems detecting neutron and neutrino. One is doped with Cerium, Lithium, and its highest peak lies in 312 nm. The other system is doped with gadolinium, Yb, and the highest peak is located in 402 nm. They meet the detection of visible, ultraviolet area. This is also due to the charge migration between the excited state of the Yb3+ and ligand O2-.

Design of single-loop fourth order digital closed-loop readout circuit for silicon micro-gyroscope 硅微陀螺仪单回路四阶数字闭环读出电路设计

With the advances in technology, the development of microelectronics technology and the popularity of digital circuits, requirements for the performance of gyroscope becomes higher. The work that further making gyro digital in order to improve the performance becomes very important. View of this situation, a new digital readout interface circuit base on Sigma-Delta modulator for micro-mechanical gyro is researched in this paper. A micro-machined gyroscope readout system based on Sigma-Delta Modulator technology was built by using the Matlab Simulink. Its functional verification and simulation obtained SNR 80.2dB, the effective 13.2 bits having a good readout function.

The influence of annealing temperature on the structural and optical properties of porous ZnO nanobelts 退火温度对多孔ZnO纳米带结构和光学性能的影响

In this paper, by controlling the annealing temperature, different morphologies porous ZnO nanobelts could be obtained. Scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, and PL measurement were applied to analyze the morphologies, structural and optical properties of porous ZnO nanobelts. With the annealing temperature increased, the nanopartiles as the constituent parts of ZnO nanobelts became large gradually. Based on the experiment results, the possible formation mechanism of porous ZnO nanobelts was discussed.

Modeling and optimization of Electro-Optical dual axis Inertially Stabilized Platform 光电双轴惯性稳定平台的建模与优化

A dual-axis Inertially Stabilized Platform (ISP) was designed to perform a continuous Yaw and Pitch rotations, about the Z and Y-axes respectively, to facilitate surveillance and tracking of a moving target from a moving platform. The Electro-Optical (EO) tracking and ranging system consists of a Laser Range Finder (LRF) and a Charge Coupled Device (CCD) camera. The ISP structure consists of the inner gimbal that carrying the EO devices and rotates in the Elevation direction about the Y-axis, and the outer gimbal that makes the cross elevation rotation (Azimuth) about the Z-axis. The Kinematics and dynamics models are discussed in details to facilitate understanding the precession of the ISP, as well as, to simulate the designed system to assure the ability of the system to act diligently according to the maximum designed requirements. This paper not only gives the mathematical model for the two-axis ISP, but the more important is that it gives the methodology to derive and analyze it, to direct the design toward optimality. Enhancement, optimization and performance estimation of the design was done based on this mathematical model as well as the 3D model.

Estimation and display for far-field energy density distribution of laser spot 激光光斑远场能量密度分布的估计与显示

Due to the interaction between atmospheric molecules and particles of aerosols, attenuation and turbulence of atmospheric is appeared in the process of laser transmission. Far-field energy density distribution is severe affected in this process. We have designed the testing system of laser far-field energy density distribution. The actual outfield experiment was carried out based on our testing system. But the data and the laser spot image were obtained only in a given distance in ours experiment. In order to get laser transmission characteristics in arbitrary position, the effect of atmospheric transmission is studied in this paper now. While the data of energy distribution and spot image in a given distance is acquired, the energy density distribution in arbitrary position is estimated by compute, analysis and simulation. Pseudo-color transforms makes 256 gray-scale image of the laser spot changes into the continuous pseudo-color image. Spot energy density distribution is shown by the technology in different regions of image.

Non-intervene cable wrapping method for precise cable drive 用于精密电缆驱动的无干预电缆缠绕方法

Precise cable drive has been widely used in many types of industrial, commercial, aerospace, military, medical and research applications as an alternative to gearbox, belt and pulleys, chains and sprocket and other currently available transmission. Significant advantages of precise cable drive include backlash free, high stiffness, high efficiency, no lubrication etc. Cable wrapping design is one of the most important issues for cable drive safety. A non-intervene cable wrapping method is presented in this paper, which can eliminate the wear between the incoming cable and outgoing cable and decrease the scrubbing between the cable and groove. The non-intervene cable wrapping method includes axial cable travel consistency, cable-groove match and different-groove wrapping strategy. Firstly, the improved equation for matching the cable axial travel is developed to determine the capstan helixes. Secondly, advantages and disadvantages of several different cable groove match are analyzed and selection consideration for the perfect cable-groove match is elucidated. Thirdly, A different-groove wrapping strategy is presented and the decline angle is deduced which can be used to determine the optimum transmission parameters for precise cable drive. Finally, the non-intervene cable wrapping method is used successfully to design a cable drive setup, which confirms the general validity of the work presented in this paper.

Impact on CCR's machining error on laser range finder of satellites 卫星激光测距仪CCR加工误差的影响

The impacts of angle error distribution of satellites corner cube reflector (CCR) on laser energy distribution on ground are introduced. The error of CCR is designed for the velocity-difference according to the altitude of satellites, but the actual machining error is affected by manufacture. Statistics of lots of CCRs for Galileo indicate that: the average valve of different batches of CCR's angle errors is 0.775"-0.894" relative to the designed valve 0.8"±0.5". The σ of different batches is 0.278"-0.309". The results of computer simulation and actual measure indicate that: These batches of CCRs match the criterions and requests.

Influence of PH3 flow distribution on the growth of AlInP/GaInP distributed Bragg-reflector PH3流动分布对AlInP/GaInP分布bragg反射器生长的影响

AlInP/GaInP distributed Bragg-reflector (DBRs) were prepared by MOCVD. Influences of the flow velocity and rate of mixed gas on homogeneity of epitaxial film were investigated systematically. Compared with the change of single group V source, the uniformity of AlInP/GaInP layers was significantly improved by changing simultaneously the distribution of upper and lower nozzle group in the fixed V/III ratio.
采用MOCVD法制备了AlInP/GaInP分布式bragg反射器(dbr)。系统地研究了混合气体的流速和速率对外延膜均匀性的影响。与单组V源的变化相比,在固定V/III比下,同时改变上下喷嘴组的分布,可以显著提高AlInP/GaInP层的均匀性。
