Non-Formal Educational Interactions (Case Study of Ojek Kers) in Panorama, Guguak Length District, Bukittinggi City 武吉亭市果果长区Panorama的非正规教育互动(以Ojek Kers为例)

This research is motivated by work as motorcycle taxi drivers when they are at the base where they rest while waiting for passengers, when they get together they interact, exchange stories and share experiences, obtain information when motorcycle taxi drivers interact and communicate with fellow motorcycle taxi drivers as well as with passengers, which results in changes behavior of the non-formal education interaction process This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type which is expected to provide an overview of the research results. The setting of this research was carried out at the Panorama motorcycle taxi base in Bukittinggi. The source of this research was obtained from motorcycle taxi drivers. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation and documentation. The validity of the data obtained from this study is by triangulation of data sources. The results of the study show that: (1) There are non-formal educational interaction activities about social activities among motorcycle taxi drivers, (2) There are non-formal educational interaction activities about managing finances, (3) There are interactions reminding each other in maintaining health (4) There are interaction activities non-formal education among motorcycle taxi drivers in the religious field.

Relationship between Children's Playing Opportunities and Children's Gross Motor Development in Kindergarten Islam Kurnia Asy Syifa 幼儿游戏机会与大肌肉运动发展的关系

The background of this research is the low gross motor development of children in Kurnia Asy Syifa Islamic Kindergarten, this is suspected because it has something to do with children's playing opportunities that are low. This study aims to: 1) describe children's play opportunities; 2) describe the development of gross motor skills of children; and 3) looking at the relationship between children's play opportunities and gross motoric development of children in the Islamic Kurnia Asy Syifa Kindergarten. This type of research is quantitative research with correlational descriptive techniques. The research population was all parents of students at Kurnia Asy Syifa Islamic Kindergarten, totaling 25 people and all populations were used as samples. The data collection technique is in the form of a questionnaire with a data collection tool in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses the percentage formula and Spearman rho correlation. The results showed that: (1) children's playing opportunities were categorized as very low, (2) children's gross motor developmentwas categorized as very low, (3) there was a significant relationship between children's playing opportunities and children's gross motoric development in Kurnia Asy Syifa Islamic Kindergarten. It is suggested that parents can identify their children's motoric development and provide opportunities for children to develop their children's gross motor skills, one of which is through play activities. Rendahnya partisipasi ibu di bawah usia Iima tahun daIam kegiatan posyandu sebagai akibat rendahnya pengetahuan ibu yang berpartisipasi daIam kegiatan tersebut menjadi pendorong peneIitian ini. Tujuan peneIitian ini adaIah untuk: 1) mendeskripsikan pengetahuan dan keterIibatan ibu baIita daIam kegiatan posyandu; dan 2) mendeskripsikan keterIibatan ibu baIita daIam kegiatan tersebut. Metode deskriptif kuantitatif digunakan daIam peneIitian ini. PopuIasi terdiri dari 45 anak di bawah usia Iima tahun, dan sampeI terdiri dari 30 orang. Kuesioner dan aIat pengumpuI data berupa daftar pernyataan merupakan teknik pengumpuIan data. Rumus persentase dan Product Moment digunakan daIam metode anaIisis data. HasiI peneIitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Ibu baIita yang mengikuti kegiatan posyandu digambarkan berpengetahuan rendah; dan 2) Ibu baIita yang mengikuti kegiatan posyandu termasuk meIati digambarkan memiIiki keterIibatan yang rendah. saran bagi peneIiti Iain untuk meIihat variabeI-variabeI baru agar dapat memperbanyak dan menyeIesaikan variabeI-variabeI yang perIu diteIiti.Kata kunci : Pengetahuan; Partisipasi

This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of English training participants at LKP Hazika Education Center Padang. The aims of this research are to find out (1) to describe Andragogy Competence, (2) To describe the learning outcomes of English training participants at LKP Hazika Education Center Padang, (3) To see the relationship between Instructor Andragogy Competence and Learning Outcomes of English Training Participants. at LKP Hazika Education Center Padang. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive correlational research. The population of this study was the participants of the English language training at LKP Hazika Education Center Padang, totaling 30 people and a sample of 65%, namely 20 people using the Stratifed Random Sampling technique. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire and the tool used is a list of questions. The data analysis technique used the percentage formula and the Spearmen Rho formula. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Instructor Andragogy Competence at LKP Hazika Education Center Padang is categorized as low. 2) Learning outcomes of English training participants at LKP Hazika Education are still low. 3) there is a significant relationship between the relationship between the Instructor's Andragogy Competence and the Learning Outcomes of English Training Participants at LKP Hazika Education Center Padang. The suggestion of this research is to the managers of the course and training institutions to further improve the quality of learning in English language training. To instructors in order to improve competence as educators, especially andragogy competence in English language training.Keywords: Andragogy Competence, Learning Outcomes

Lack of collaboration is what inspired this study between groups of recipients of PHK assistance, lack of supervision from government agencies towards  the community, lack of realization of layoff funds for educational purposes. So that the general purpose of this study focuses on the implementation of the family of hope program in the field of education in the country of Guguak Tabek Sarojo . the specific objective is to see the evaluation of the family of hope program in the countryof Guguak Tabek Sarojo. This research is a qualitative descriptive type with the research location in Nagari Guguak Tabek Sarajo IV Koto district, Agam  Regency. Collection techniques used observation interviews and recording. Analysis techniques used reduction, presentation and inference extraction or confirmation. The findings obtained are that (1) this layoff assistance can increase human resources so as to improve the quality of education for the lower middle class community, (2) program planning in the evaluation of implementation, (3) formative evaluation of program implementation in the education sector has been carried out although there are still few the obstacles experienced (4) the achievement of the summative program in education can be seen from the positive response of the people who receive layoff assistance. It is recommended that the persons in charge work together and coordinate with each other and charge to make a clear structure explaining their respective responsibilities. This research was motivated by the low learning outcomes of the residents studying Package C at PKBM Farilla Ilmi Padang. This is presumably due to the lack of running of the family's role in supporting the successful achievement of learning citizens. The purpose of this study is to see whether there is a relevant relationship between family support and achievement motivation of residents studying Package C at PKBM Farilla Ilmi Padang. This type of research is quantitative correlational. The population in this study were all residents studying Package C at PKBM Farilla Ilmi Padang in 2022, totaling 63 people, with a sample size of 32 people and to collect data using questionnaires or questionnaires that have completed validity and reliability testing. The data analysis technique used bivariate correlation analysis technique. The statistical formula used is the percentage formula and the Spearman rank/range order correlation formula. Research results 1). Family support is categorized as less supportive; 2). Achievement motivation of learning residents is categorized as lacking; 3). There is a significant relationship between the relationship between family support and achievement motivation of learning residents. The results of the statistical test of the spearman rho formula obtained rcount = 0.875, the value of 0.875 is declared strong.

This research is motivated by the empowerment of women farmer groups in the community. The aim is to improve skills and increase community knowledge through women farmer groups so that they can help with daily needs and increase people's income and improve the welfare of the people of Sawahpadang Aua Kuniang village. The purpose of this study is to see the process of empowering women's farmer groups in edelweiss women's farmer groups, and the impact of empowering women's farmer groups.This research is based on a qualitative approach with case study research. The sources of data in this study were the chairperson, secretary, treasurer, and members of the Edelweiss Women's Farmers Group. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The data validation technique uses triangulation.The results of the research show that (1) the process of empowering women farmer groups has 3 stages, starting from the awareness stage, the capacity stage, and the power-giving stage, (2) the impact of empowering women farmer groups is that the community has practiced in the yard of their homes to plant useful plants. for daily needs, can also be used by the community to increase income. It is recommended that all those involved in the edelweiss farmer women's group can further develop their skills so that they can enter the market area and can prosper family life.Keywords: Empowerment, Women Farmer Group

Badan Usaha Milik Kampung (BUMKam) merupakan lembaga usaha yang berada di suatu Kampung atau desa, program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan dan memperkuat ekonomi desa. Tujuan dari program BUMKam akan tercapai secara efektif dan efisien jika memiliki manajemen yang baik dalam pelaksanaannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat seberapa baik manajemen kelembagaan Badan Usaha Milik Kampung (BUMKam) di Kampung Maredan Barat Kecamatan Tualang Kabupaten Siak. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Data primer diperoleh secara langsung melalui wawancara dan observasi dari informan yaitu Direktur BUMKam, Bendahara BUMKam, dan Penghulu Kampung Maredan Barat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Badan Usaha Milik Kampung (BUMKam) Maredan Barat sudah memiliki manajemen yang baik. Manajemen yang baik ini dilihat dari: (1) perencanaan, yaitu BUMKam sudah melakukan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat, sistem perekrutan nasbah sudah sesuai dengan SOP BUMKam, ada tiga program unggulan yang dilaksanakan yaitu unit simpan pinjam, unit pertanian dan unit pembangunan; (2) pengorganisasian, pembagian tugas pegawai BUMKam sudah sesuai dengan penempatan yang sudah ditetapkan; (3) monitorig dan evaluasi dilakukan oleh penghulu Kampung Maredan Barat dan Dinas terkait yang dilaksanakan setiap akhir tahun, serta adanya pelatihan atau workshop untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pegawai dalam mengelola BUMKam

Street children are individuals who are prone to earn a living or live along the road and often get negative stigma by the community. Street children have lives that are vulnerable to various problems, such as: sexual abuse, drug trafficking, child exploitation, etc. The phenomenon of street children is in the spotlight for the community, this is because the number of street children is increasing from time to time. There are previous studies which reveal that street children have low self-esteem. The purpose of this study is to find out and explore further about the effectiveness of out-of-school education programs to increase the self-esteem of street children. The making of this research uses a systematic literature review study method. The results obtained in the discussion show that educational programs outside of school, such as shelter homes, moral and spiritual guidance, skills training, etc. can increase self-esteem in street children.
