Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh antara kompetensi tutor terhadap kemampuan berbahasa Inggris peserta pelatihan. Peneliti menerapkan jenis rancangan penelitian kuantitatif dengan berjenis korelasional dan memakai analisis regresi linear sederhana. Adapun populasi yang diteliti ialah semua peserta pelatihan Bahasa Inggris di PKBM Kabupaten Banyuwangi dengan total 10 PKBM yang menyelenggarakan pelatihan Bahasa Inggris, penelitian dilaksanakan dalam 5 bulan yakni bulan Agustus-Desember 2021, dengan jumlah sampel 33 peserta dari 10 PKBM. Dalam mengambil sampel, digunakan teknik proporsional random sampling. Selanjutnya data dikumpulkan melalui pemberian angket sebagai metode pokok. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebarkan angket pada 10 PKBM yang dinyatakan sebagai sampel. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui kompetensi tutor pelatihan Bahasa Inggris memiliki nilai 83,4% yang berarti sangat baik, sedangkan untuk kemampuan berbahasa Inggris peserta pelatihan memiliki nilai 65,4 yang berarti cukup, pengaruh kompetensi tutor memiliki nilai 0,405 yang memilki interpretasi koefisien “cukup kuat”, artinya antara kompetensi tutor dengan kemampuan berbahasa mempunyai pengaruh yang cukup kuat. Selain itu signifikansi di antara variabel (X) Kompetensi Tutor dengan variabel (Y) Kemampuan berbahasa memiliki nilai sig 0,019 yang memilki arti jika nilai signifikan (0,019) < alfa (0,05) maka Ho ditolak dan menerima Ha yang mempunyai arti adanya pengaruh di antara kompetensi tutor dengan kemampuan berbahasa Inggris peserta.

This study aims to determine the impact of Agrotourism on environmental preservation in Sindang Panjang Village. This study uses a descriptive type of research with a qualitative approach. Collecting data using interview, observation, and documentation methods. The subjects of this research are agro-tourism managers, the government of Sindang Panjang Village, and the people of Sindang Panjang Village. The indicators of the research results obtained are; 1) The negative impact of Agrotourism is dependence on tourism and the seasonal nature of tourism. 2) The positive impact of Tanjung Sakti Agrotourism is to preserve, maintain, and use natural resources wisely. The conclusion is that agro-tourism can improve people's living standards and reforest nature.Keywords : Impact, Agrotourism, Environmental Conservation.

The research aims to find out that independent work training can improve the performance of Ki Hajar Dewantara PKBM learning residents, Ngronggot District, Nganjuk Regency. One of the efforts to improve the performance of learning citizens is through self-employed training which starts from the problem, so the point to be revealed in this study includes the implementation process that is used to support the successful implementation of the training with several stages, namely, identification and determination of training needs , the purpose of shared motivation, the purpose of teaching materials, time efficiency, study funds, training venues, supporting facilities, learning resources, learning atmosphere, supporting factors, and evaluation. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The data collection technique used in this research is interview observation and documentation study.From the results of data processing, it can be concluded that the implementation of self-employment training for Learning Citizens is Performance.seen from the comparison between changes in learning residents before attending self-employment training and after attending training there is an increase in performance seen from performance achievement indicators. What supports the achievement of the effectiveness of self-employment training in improving performance is good cooperation between tutors and good training participants, very high motivation and enthusiasm of Learning Citizens for self-employment training, as well as support from the local community. Sejak Indonesia dinyatakan pandemi, mayoritas Lembaga Keterampilan dan Pelatihan (LKP) tidak bisa bertahan dan tutup. Hal ini terutama terjadi pada LKP yang didesain untuk pembelajaran tatap muka dan tidak bisa beradaptasi dengan perubahan pembelajaran menjadi pembelajaran berbasis digital. Sementara itu, karakteristik orang dewasa yang memiliki beragam model belajar, motivasi, interest, serta tujuan diperlukan individualisasi dalam pembelajaran, yang biasa diakomodir oleh pendidikan tatap muka. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana gambaran implementasi pembelajaran orang dewasa pada satuan pendidikan non-formal, yaitu Sekolah Bisnis Online (SBO). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif, dengan tujuan mendapatkan gambaran implementasi pembelajaran pendidikan orang dewasa di satuan pendidikan non formal, Sekolah Bisnis Online (SBO). Hasil temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagai lembaga pelatihan yang jauh sebelum pandemic mendesain pelatihannya secara online, SBO menerapkan model pembelajaran yang tidak jauh beda dengan pelatihan yang berubah menjadi online karena pembatasan social yang diterapkan pemerintah Indonesia. Meski demikian, penerapan pembelajaran orang dewasa yang minim tetap menjadikan SBO memiliki daya tarik program sebagaimana terindikasi jumlah peserta pelatihan rata rata 50-60 peserta didik dan mencapai puncaknya selama pandemic.

Parents have an essential role in the process and results of children's learning. This research was conducted to know the working parents' role in accompanying children to learn English in online classes. This research applied a descriptive qualitative method. The purposive sampling technique was used to select the research subjects. They are two working parents. Data collection used online semi-structured interview techniques using the WhatsApp application. Data reduction techniques, data presentation, and conclusions were used to analyze the data. The results show the role of working parents in accompanying their children to learn English online. Among them are supervising children's learning activities, providing motivation, providing learning facilities, and helping overcome children's learning difficulties.

Economic resilience goes hand in hand with family welfare. Family economic resilience can be increased through the Sialang Bee Honey Tapak Lapan system. This study aims to increase family economic resilience through the Sialang Bee Honey Tapak Lapan system which is implemented in Desa Segati, Langgam District, Pelalawan Regency. While the type of research used in this research is qualitative research with descriptive techniques. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. With the data analysis technique used in this study is qualitative data analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions are expected to draw the right conclusions. The sialang honey bee business can be included in tapak eight, namely the business of processing forest products. While the sialang bees are carried out in the forest. Implementation of the bee business is carried out in several stages, namely finding, marking and determining property rights, treating, harvesting, marketing. The Sialang bee Tapak Lapan business can increase family economic resilience. This can be seen from the condition of the families who run the business who have a decent place to live, not living with their parents; sufficient income to meet family needs; school age children, all go to school; can give gifts to his parents, a sign of having excess income.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mendeskripsikan Pelatihan Menjahit untuk Penyandang Disabilitas di UPTD Loka Bina Karya Manna, Kabupaten Bengkulu Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini siswa yang mengikuti pelatihan dapat memiliki keterampilan menjahit setelah mengikuti pelatihan. Bahan pembelajaran yang digunakan yaitu pengenalan mesin jahit dari modul pengetahuan mesin jahit, pembuatan pola dasar dari modul membuat pola busana sesuai style, macam-macam jahitan dari modul pengetahuan bahan dan macam-macam jahitan dasar, dan menjahit proses sederhana dari modul menjahit proses sederhana. Alat pembelajaran yaitu jarum pentul, jarum tangan diberikan untuk mereka menjahit menggunakan tangan, dan jarum mesin diberikan pda mesin jahit dan mesin obras. Metode pembelajaran adalah pemberdayaan yang menekankan pada keterampilan. Strategi yang digunakan adalah proses pembelajaran langsung mulai dari penyampaian tujuan pelatihan, penjelasan materi oleh instruktur di depan kelas, hingga proses tanya jawab. Evaluasi yang digunakan pada pelatihan menjahit untuk penyandang disabilitas menggunakan evaluasi sumatif.

Bahan pembelajaran yang digunakan yaitu pengenalan mesin jahit dari modul pengetahuan mesin jahit, pembuatan pola dasar dari modul membuat pola busana sesuai style, macam-macam jahitan dari modul pengetahuan bahan dan macam-macam jahitan dasar, dan menjahit proses sederhana dari modul menjahit proses sederhana. Alat pembelajaran yaitu jarum pentul, jarum tangan diberikan untuk mereka menjahit menggunakan tangan, dan jarum mesin diberikan pda mesin jahit dan mesin obras. Metode pembelajaran adalah pemberdayaan yang menekankan pada keterampilan. Strategi yang digunakan adalah proses pembelajaran langsung mulai dari penyampaian tujuan pelatihan, penjelasan materi oleh instruktur di depan kelas, hingga proses tanya jawab. In a teaching and learning process, learning media is one of the most crucial elements, because it can be applied to the material that will be delivered to students, both in the form of tools and teaching materials. One of the learning media that can increase the interest and interest of students is by using Powerpoint media which is packaged interactively. The purpose of this study was to develop interactive Powerpoint media with a valid application to the Package C program at SKB Palembang City. This type of research is development research with six stages consisting of collecting initial data , development product , expert validation , revision product , test try product analysis _ data . The research subjects consisted of one tutor and ten learning residents, and went through three stages of validation by three experts, namely linguists, materials experts, and media experts. The method of collection used questionnaires and interviews. The results of this data analysis show that this interactive Powerpoint learning media can be tested on the Palembang City SKB . small group trial with a total score of 371 with a percentage of 84.31%. This shows that the interactive Powerpoint learning media is feasible to be applied to learning in the SPNF SKB Palembang City, especially in the equality program.

There is a unique stratification within the fishermen's society; the highest position is held by the owner of the ship, the middle position is tungganai (guardian), and the lowers is the crew (labor fishermen) and traditional fishermen. Poverty is on the lowers end. They struggle with difficulty to go out of their poverty. In terms of motivation, poor fishermen work hard to have a better life. However, their condition and situation do not give them a chance to escape poverty. This research uses an anthropological and cultural approach, concentrating on studying the understanding of morality and behavior of the fishermen community in Koto Tangah District, Padang City. The fishermen's community sees that the traditional work system in the research area has never made them live affluently. They are like digging a hole and live to close to the gap. They see this system as only benefiting the landlord because of the unfair resource distribution.

ABSTRACT: The english competency of orphan children are not as good as the students who have complete parents. The orphan children have no parents who can accompany them to study and to support them in studying. They are usually shy and afraid to say waht they need to everyone.So the orphan students need to be taught by an approach which can improve their english competency. Quali Interpersonal Surabaya Institution has a programme to the orphan children that can improve their English competency. They are taught by an andragogy approach with interpersonal communication. For that need the existence of research that able to see the result reach by the participants to the program of the application approach with interpersonal communication in English competency achievement. Research conducted to know the result of the application of andragogic approach with interpersonal communication counseling that can improve English competency at Quali International Surabaya institution seen from the process of training the Orphans. And also to describe the participation of participants in the program how to improve english competency by applying the Andragogy approach with interpersonal Communication Counseling in Quali International Surabaya Institution. The main problem to be known in this research that is to increase English competency by self concept, life experiences, learning readiness, learning orientation, need knowledge and motivation. This research used descriptive and qualitative method. The techniques of collecting data used in this research was interview, observations and documentation. The writer can conclude that the English training for increasing competency of the orphans, improvement can be seen from the changes of the learners before and after training orphans independently increase competency seen from indicators of achievement of the results. They can pass the English competency examination which held by the certification institution in English competency. 摘要:孤儿的英语能力不如有完整父母的学生。这些孤儿没有父母可以陪伴他们学习,支持他们学习。他们通常很害羞,不敢对每个人说他们想说的话。因此,需要采用一种能够提高孤儿英语能力的教学方法。Surabaya Quali Interpersonal Institution有一个针对孤儿的项目,可以提高他们的英语能力。他们接受的是一种人际沟通的方法。因此,需要有研究能够看到参与者对人际交往方法在英语能力成就中的应用程序所达到的效果。通过对Quali International Surabaya孤儿院孤儿的培训,了解将语言语言学方法与人际沟通咨询相结合,提高其英语能力的效果。并介绍参加本课程的学员如何在Quali International Surabaya institute运用人类学方法进行人际沟通辅导,以提高英语能力。本研究的主要问题是通过自我概念、生活经验、学习准备、学习导向、需求知识和动机来提高英语能力。本研究采用描述性和定性相结合的方法。在本研究中使用的收集数据的技术是访谈,观察和文件。笔者可以得出结论,英语培训对孤儿胜任力的提高,从培训前后学习者的变化可以看出孤儿独立胜任力的提高,从取得效果的指标可以看出。通过认证机构举办的英语能力考试。关键词:人类学方法,人际交往,英语能力培养
