Pendidikan memiliki peran krusial dalam perkembangan manusia dan masyarakat. Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) menjadi alternatif inklusif dalam menyediakan pendidikan bagi semua lapisan masyarakat. PKBM memprioritaskan pemberdayaan dan aksesibilitas pendidikan untuk memajukan kualitas hidup warga belajar, terutama yang terpinggirkan dari pendidikan formal dan individu berkebutuhan khusus. Dengan kurikulum yang inklusif dan program-program beragam, PKBM memberikan pelatihan dan pendidikan yang relevan dengan kebutuhan masyarakat. Meskipun demikian, untuk efektivitasnya, PKBM perlu mendapatkan dukungan dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan pendidikan kesetaraan bagi masyarakat yang memerlukannya.

The inspiration behind this study stems from the insufficient level of discipline observed in students' learning. The primary objective is to assess the implementation of democratic parenting patterns among the parents of students, evaluate the extent of students' learning discipline, and investigate the correlation between parents' parenting styles and students' learning discipline at MDTA Nurul Amal Muara Tapus, Sungai Aur District, West Pasaman Regency. Employing a quantitative approach with a correlational research design, the study encompasses a population of 47 individuals from classes III and IV enrolled as students at MDTA Nurul Amal. A sample representing 80% of the population is selected using the Stratified Random Sampling technique. Data is collected through the administration of questionnaires, and for analysis, the percentage and product-moment formulas are employed. The findings indicate a low level of democratic parenting among the parents of students, a low level of students' learning discipline, and a significant correlation between parents' democratic parenting style and students' learning discipline of santri at MDTA Nurul Amal Muara Tapus, Sungai Aur District, West Pasaman Regency. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak pariwisata terhadap perubahan sosial masyarakat di Agrowisata Tanjung Sakti Kabupaten Lahat. Penelitian ini menggunakan tipe deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket dan observasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan interpretasi skor. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan dampak Agrowisata Tanjung Sakti terhadap perubahan sosial masyarakat pada beberapa indikator yaitu indikator struktur sosial yang menunjukkan hasil persentase keseluruhan sebesar 83,5% dengan kategori tinggi, indikator modernisasi keluarga yang menunjukkan hasil persentase keseluruhan sebesar 74%. dengan kategori sedang, dan indikator peningkatan wawasan masyarakat yang menunjukkan hasil persentase sebesar 70% dengan kategori sedang. Jadi dapat dilihat bahwa Agrowisata Tanjung Sakti di Kabupaten Lahat cukup memberikan dampak terhadap perubahan sosial masyarakat sekitar wisata.

Pelatihan adalah suatu proses perolehan keterampilan khususnya dalam dunia kerja melalui serangkaian bentuk pelatihan pendidikan luar sekolah yang memberikan pelatihan kepada masyarakat guna mewujudkan masyarakat yang memiliki keterampilan, pengetahuan dan keahlian. Permasalahan yang terjadi adalah rendahnya strategi pembelajaran dan rendahnya partisipasi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. ABSTRACTThis research aims to explore and understand the role and strategies of the Elderly Family Development community in encouraging the independence of older people in Cianjur City. The Cianjur City Elderly Family Development Community has a vital role in encouraging the independence of older people. BKL not only acts as a place of socialization for older people but also as a place where they can get support, gain knowledge, and be involved in various activities that increase their independence. Data collection techniques using interviews and documentation. The Elderly Family Development Community has eight strategies: Providing Education and Information, Skills Development, Building Social Support, Holistic Approach, Organizing Recreational and Cultural Activities, Empowerment through Active Participation, collaboration and advocacy. Through these programs and activities, we can encourage older people to develop themselves, especially their independence. Therefore, the importance of collaboration with health services and local government emphasizes that the Elderly Family Development community does not stand alone. The background to this research is the low social studies learning outcomes of residents studying package B. The aim of this research is to see a picture of the family environment of study residents, see a picture of social studies learning outcomes of residents studying package B, and see a picture of social studies learning outcomes of residents studying package B. The relationship between the family environment and Social Sciences learning results package B at SPNF SKB Bukittinggi City. This research uses a correlational quantitative approach. The population of this study was residents studying package b at SPNF SKB Bukittinggi City, totaling 45 people. Meanwhile, samples were taken from 60% of the population, namely 27 people, using a cluster random sampling technique. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using percentage formulas and Spearman rank formulas. The research results show (1) the family environment is still not good, (2) student learning outcomes are still relatively low, (3) there is a relationship between the family environment and social studies learning outcomes package b, this relationship is declared significant because it is categorized as very strong. It is recommended that parents provide support in education in the family environment in order to optimize student learning outcomes. The SPNF SKB Institute is able to provide motivational support to learning residents and be creative in using learning media so that learning enthusiasm can increase among learning residents. This research is motivated by the unique phenomenon in Japanese language training at LPK Proclamator, which is the number of training participants who graduated and participated At LPK Proclamator. This is influenced by the competence of a tutor. This study aims to determine the tutor's competence in Japanese language training at Padang Proclamator LPK.This study uses a qualitative approach, with a case study research method. The data sources in this study are managers, tutors, Japanese language training participants. Data collection techniques conducted in this study are observations, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Data validity techniques are by using source triangulation, triangulation of theoretical methods and triangulation.The results of the research show that (1) The pedagogical competence of LPK proclaimer tutors is mastering the characteristics of training participants, mastering learning theory and principles of educational learning, developing a curriculum related to Japanese language training, organizing an educational learning process, utilizing information and communication for the benefit of learning, facilitating the development of the potential of training participants to actualize the various potentials they have as well as carrying out assessments and evaluations of the learning process and results. (2) Personality competency of the LPK proclaimer tutor to act in accordance with the rules, presenting oneself as an honest, wise person and displaying an authoritative personality. (3) The social competence of proclaimer LPK tutors is to be non-discriminatory, communicate effectively, empathetically and politely with fellow educators, education staff, parents and the community in the environment, and adapt to the environment where they work in order to increase their effectiveness as educators. This is influenced by the competence of a tutor. This study aims to determine the tutor's competence in Japanese language training at Padang Proclamator LPK.This study uses a qualitative approach, with a case study research method. The data sources in this study are managers, tutors, Japanese language training participants. Data collection techniques conducted in this study are observations, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Data validity techniques are by using source triangulation, triangulation of theoretical methods and triangulation.The results of the research show that (1) The pedagogical competence of LPK proclaimer tutors is mastering the characteristics of training participants, mastering learning theory and principles of educational learning, developing a curriculum related to Japanese language training, organizing an educational learning process, utilizing information and communication for the benefit of learning, facilitating the development of the potential of training participants to actualize the various potentials they have as well as carrying out assessments and evaluations of the learning process and results. (2) Personality competency of the LPK proclaimer tutor to act in accordance with the rules, presenting oneself as an honest, wise person and displaying an authoritative personality. (3) The social competence of proclaimer LPK tutors is to be non-discriminatory, communicate effectively, empathetically and politely with fellow educators, education staff, parents and the community in the environment, and adapt to the environment where they work in order to increase their effectiveness as educators. The Independent Curriculum is one of the innovative efforts in education that aims to increase the meaning and relevance of the learning process for students. The Independent Curriculum has been implemented in several schools or educational institutions, but it still needs to be understood more deeply about how this approach is responded to and interpreted by stakeholders, especially teachers as direct implementers in the classroom. The implementation of the Independent Curriculum in the Padang State University Laboratory Development Elementary School is the main focus of this research. This article describes the teacher's interpretation of the implementation of the Independent Curriculum in the school environment which aims to understand how teachers respond to and integrate important aspects of this curriculum into everyday learning practices. Research that uses a descriptive quantitative approach with percentage techniques. The results of this study are that most of the indicators for implementing the Independent Curriculum are in the very high and high categories. This means that teachers in Laboratory Elementary Schools show a strong commitment to contribute positively to the implementation of the Independent Curriculum. The indicator of experience in participating in the Independent Curriculum training/workshop is still in the low category. So that follow-up is needed in the form of providing Free Curriculum training for teachers so that competence and understanding in implementing the Independent Curriculum are better.

This research is background by the resilience of women as single parents in carrying out their roles as mothers and fathers for their children. The purpose of the study was to describe the role of female cake kipang workers as single parents in Tanjung Kipang Nagari Atar, Padang Ganting District, Tanah Datar Regency. The focus of the research is how the role of female kue kipang workers is as a single parent in educating children and also as the person in charge of the family economy. The research approach used is qualitative with the type of case study research. The research subjects were 2 female cake kipang workers who were single parents and their children, while the research informants were the family and closest neighbors of the research subjects. The research location is in Tanjung Kipang Nagari Atar, Padang Ganting District, Tanah Datar Regency. Data collection techniques used in-depth interviews and participatory observation. The results of the research on the role of women as single parents are as follows: first, the role of women as single parents in educating children. In educating children, the roles of women are: (1) Fulfilling psychological, social, and religious needs. The things that parents do to meet the psychological, social, and religious needs are: (a) Fulfilling the psychological needs of children by accompanying children to study at night at home, so that children do not feel lonely and ask how the children are even though the children are far from their parents. (b) Meeting social needs by involving children in solving problems that are being faced so that children can express their opinions and find solutions to the problems they are facing. (c) Meeting the religious needs of the child by reminding the child to always perform the five daily prayers and giving sanctions to the child when the child leaves the prayer. (2) Women as single parents become examples and models for children, namely parents invite children to carry out maghrib recitals so that children get used to doing it in the future. (3) Women as single parents in stimulating children's development, namely providing understanding to children about the condition of parents so that they can help parents and give responsibility to children to do homework. Second, the role of female kue kipang workers as single parents as the person in charge of the family economy. As the person in charge of the family economy, namely, (1) Working as a cake worker to be able to meet family needs and children's educational needs. (2) Doing other side jobs to increase income, namely working as farm laborers, raising cattle and also washing dishes at celebration events. (3) Regulating income in a frugal way so that the living needs and educational needs of children can be met properly. Keywords: The Role of Single Parent Women

The purpose of this research was to analyze the parents’ strategies applied in improving childrens’ ability in memorizing Al Qur’an. The research method used in this study is qualitative with case study method, because this research describes or describes the state of the object under study in accordance with the facts as they are. The research data was taken from in depth interviews, observation and documentation study with several informants and the subjects of this research were 2 families (family of Mr A and family of Mrs. J). The place where the research process took place was in the Caringin Street 006/002, Margajaya Village, Ngamprah District, West Bandung Regency. The research found that the informants parents’ strategies in improving children’ ability to memorize the Qur’an include:1) parents must start to memorize Qur’an before the children, 2) give the children rewards everytime their reach the target, 3) register their children into tahfiz based school, 4) memorizing the Qur’an together with the children, 5)always send sincere prayers so Allah make it easy for the children to memorize the Qur’an, 6)make a regular tahfiz schedule daily.
