Mobile money service has been proved an effective tool in financial industry in recent years around the world. Although this kind of financial service brings a number of advantages, many concerns have been raised regarding potential issues that may stem from the use of mobile money. Among these concerns are the issues of using mobile money to facilitate money laundering activities and terrorist financing. In order to mitigate those potential risks for financial system in general, this paper seeks to explore the mobile money characteristics that may pose risks to anti-money laundering and terrorist financing system. This work is based on the available information from scientific research, articles and reports, and other sources.

The aim of the research is to determine the effects on the recognition and naming of certain sentence structures through a verbal and non-verbal approach, or through the use of a verbal and non-verbal communication channel. The study was conducted on a sample of 30 deaf pupils at age from 11 to 14 years. As a measurement instrument, a modified image description test was used. The test consisted of six complexes, illustrated sentences, in which the actions and subjects performing certain actions are shown in the picture sequence in a way that deaf children understand. The descriptive analysis method was used for data processing. Measures of central tendencies and variations have been made. Testing the difference between verbal and non-verbal approach was performed by t-test. The correlation between the chronological age and the recognition and naming of the spoken structures were verified through the non-verbal approach. The results of the research have shown that respondents have achieved better results in recognizing and naming spoken content using the non-verbal communication channel, that there is a statistically significant difference in the use of verbal and non-verbal communication approaches in recognizing and naming spoken content, and that there is a high correlation between the chronological age of respondents and recognizing and naming of spoken content through a non-verbal approach

The purpose of this document is to conduct a policy analysis and to identify strategies of improving the transition to low carbon industrial conditions for Romania. To achieve the desired outcomes, the Hoshin Kanri approach was used to establish feasible specific actions to execute by the firms under the existing strategy framework. The Romanian production sector must become more competitive and simultaneously comply with European and national carbon neutrality targets. Given that program documentation is fairly generic, the authors suggest that companies can benefit from increased direct help and support through public-private cooperation.

The development of technology and its utilization cannot be denied that it is closely related to increasing the competitiveness of a country's industry. Increased knowledge and mastery of new technology is needed to win the competition in the era of global trade both by the government and industry. One example of technology that is being discussed hot is nanotechnology. The use of nano technology is well known, including in the fields of health, cosmetics and agriculture. Basically, the principle of nanotechnology discovery is to maximize yield or crop production by minimizing the use of fertilizers, pesticides and other needs by monitoring soil conditions such as roots and applying them directly to the target so that nothing is wasted. For pesticides, if this is applied it will be able to minimize the use of pesticides on plants because only target insects are affected. The use of nano technology in fertilizers will allow the release of nutrients contained in the fertilizer can be controlled. So only nutrients that will actually be absorbed by plants are released, so that there is no loss of nutrients there are undesirable targets such as soil, water and microorganisms. In nano fertilizers, nutrients can be in the form of nanomaterial encapsulation, coating by a thin protective layer or released in the form of an emulsion from nanoparticles.

Dak Lak is a province with tremendous socio-economic development potentials on the Red River Delta. Dak Lak is now one of the highest and fastest-growing provinces in northern Vietnam. The Dak Lak province has been planned to be placed in the capital's metropolitan region and the north-eastern entrance of the capital Ha Noi. Moreover, Dak Lak is situated on Con Minh - Lao Cai - Hanoi - Hai Phong - Quang Ninh and Nam Dinh - Lang Son - Hanoi - Hai Phong - Quang Ninh, two economic corridors. The province lies in the traffic system linked to provinces in the region, such as National Highway 1A, National Highway No.18, National Highway No. 38, the axis of Dak Lak to Lang Son, China; Cau, Duong, and Thai Binh waterways that link Dak Lak to the region's waterway port and maritime system. This is a highly positive aspect in the socio-economic growth and interactions between Dak Lak and neighboring communities. Dak Lak has a huge potential, in particular FDI for socio-etical development, to attract investment money. Nevertheless, in the present situation, Dak Lak has to sustain effective existing FDI with a number of possibilities but also a large number of obstacles and particularly during the industrial age of 4.0 and the current economic integration.

While entrepreneurial education is critical for company performance, there has been a trend toward overemphasizing financial, legal, and regulatory aspects, as well as environmental variables. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of entrepreneurship training on the performance of businesses in Bungoma County. It was justified on the grounds that Bungoma County was designated as a Millennium District in 2006 due to its high levels of poverty and unemployment. The twin challenges of extreme poverty and unemployment have been ascribed to a lack of entrepreneurial culture and entrepreneurial skills among the indigenous people, despite attempts by stakeholders to increase entrepreneurs' ability through a variety of training programs. The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not these trainings had an effect on enterprise performance. The study used Kirkpatrick's Improved Model of Training Planning and Evaluation as its foundation. Correlation analysis was used to analyze the study's data. As a result of the study's findings, it is apparent that the trainings resulted in a negligible increase in MSE performance. There was no evidence of graduation from micro to small to medium to big firm sizes throughout the enterprise continuum, indicating the need for improvement in order to satisfy the unique demands of entrepreneurs and small business operators. The government and enterprise development agents require a standardized approach for evaluating the impact of training and subsequently improving it in order to aid the sector's growth.
Kirkpatrick's Improved Model of Training Planning and Evaluation为基础。
