사회 위기관리를 위한 전자정부의 빅데이터 활용 방안 为社会危机管理运用电子政府大数据的方案

근래에 불가측성을 지닌 재난의 빈도가 증가함에 따라 우리는 각종 재난으로 인한 사회 불안 심리가 심화되는 추세이다. 이에 따라 사회 위기 현상으로 최근 우리 사회에 일어난 굵직한 재난에 대비하여 미래 사회의 안전한 대비책을 미리 마련하지 않으면 안 된다. 그러므로 우리는 사회 위기 관리 상황에 항상 대비하기 위해서 ICT 강국으로서 정부의 역할과 빅데이터 활용성 가치의 중요성을 인식하여야 한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 열거한 각종 재난 사례로 인간불안 심리를 분석하고, 이런 불안한 심리를 해소하는 방안으로의 사회 위기 관리 처방을 위해 우리 전자정부는 빅데이터를 공적으로 잘 활용할 수 있는 새로운 방안을 찾을 필요성을 가지고 사회 현안 측면의 빅데이터 주요 이슈 중요성과 시급성을 상대적 계열 분석으로 가시화 하였다. 또한 빅데이터 공공부문의 국내외 활용 동향과 함께 빅데이터 가치에 대한 새로운 실증적 접근 방향을 제시 하였다. 그리고 전자정부의 빅데이터 활용 방안으로 전자정부 역할의 중요성을 역설하고, 재난 대응의 사례 분석을 통해 불가측성을 지닌 여러 재난에 있어 사회 위기 관리를 위한 정부의 빅데이터 활용 방안으로서 함의를 지닌 정책을 제언 하였다.
近年来,随着具有不可测性的灾难频率的增加,我们各种灾难引起的社会不安心理呈加深趋势。因此,为应对最近因社会危机现象在我国社会发生的重大灾难,必须提前制定未来社会的安全对策。因此,为了随时应对社会危机管理状况,我们应该认识到作为ICT强国政府的作用和大数据活用性价值的重要性。对此,本论文中所列出的各种灾难事例分析人类不安心理,这种不安的心理疏导方案为的社会危机管理处方电子政府公共大数据,我们可以用活用好寻找新的方案必要性带社会悬案方面的大数据主要焦点相对重要性和紧迫性,以系列分析可视化的。同时,随着大数据公共部门的国内外应用动向,提出了对大数据价值的新的实证接近方向。另外,作为电子政府的大数据活用方案,强调了电子政府作用的重要性,通过灾难应对事例分析,提出了对于具有不可预测性的各种灾难,作为政府为了管理社会危机的大数据活用方案,具有含义的政策。

다문화청소년의 트라우마 중재를 위한 가상현실 프로그램 모형 多文化青少年心理创伤的虚拟现实程序模型

최근 가상현실의 기술이 발달함에 따라 게임중독, 알코올 중독 등에 대한 가상현실 치료 프로그램이 개발되고 있다. 본 연구는 다문화 청소년의 트라우마 중재를 하기 위하여 가상현실에 기반한 인지행동치료 프로그램을 구현하는 개발과정의 모형을 제시하고자 한다. 인지행동치료의 가상현실 프로그램개발은 크게 3단계로 나누어진다. 제1단계에서는 다문화청소년이 트라우마로 인하여 경험한 주요 감정과 표출된 문제를 포함한 트라우마의 특성들을 파악하고 제2단계에서는 트라우마에 대한 인지행동치료를 목표로 한 시나리오를 구성의 전개과정과 범위의 내용을 제시되어야 한다. 최종 제3단계서는 시나리오 콘텐츠의 가상현실프로그램 구현에 대한 타당성 검토를 통해 다문화청소년의 긍정적 변화를 이끌 수 있는 중재 프로그램 개발의 가능성을 제안하였다.
最近,随着虚拟现实技术的发展,正在开发针对游戏中毒、酒精中毒等的虚拟现实治疗程序。本研究为了对多文化青少年进行精神创伤仲裁,将提出基于虚拟现实的认知行为治疗程序的开发过程模型。认知行为治疗的虚拟现实程序开发大致可分为3个阶段。第一阶段多文化青少年因创伤经验的主要的感情和暴露的创伤问题,包括分析特性,第二阶段对创伤的认知为目标的剧本构成的过程和范围的内容应该被提出。最后的第三阶段,通过对剧本内容的虚拟现实程序实现可行性的研究,提出了开发能够引导多文化青少年积极变化的仲裁程序的可能性。

Opened Problem Bank System with Anonymous Review 匿名审查的开放式问题库系统

Opened platform is called that anybody can be a producer and consumer in some platform. And many opened platforms are using in various area such as general goods, smart phone application and contents. In this paper, we will propose the opened platform system for the problems for evaluation the level of learners. Any user can register problems as public or private-type in this system and use them. So our proposed system has the advantage in selecting the high quality problems by continuous reviews about that even after they have been registered. Proposed system has three different modules such as submit, evaluate and produce problems modules. A user can submit various kind of problems in the submit module. The evaluation module is a module that allows the user who is not the problem registrant to evaluate the registered problem. An Improved ID-based Anonymous Authentication Scheme for Wireless Body Area Networks 一种改进的基于id的无线体域网络匿名认证方案

Wireless Body Area Networks is an environment that provides an appropriate service remotely by collecting user’s biometric information. With the growing importance of sensor, WBAN also attracts extensive attention. Since WBAN is representatively used in the medical field, it can be directly related to the patient’s life. Hence security is very important in WBAN. Mutual authentication between the client and the application provider is essential. And efficiency is also important because a used device is limited to computation cost. In this reason, ID-based anonymous authentication scheme in WBAN has been intensively studied. We show that the recent research result of Wu et al. which is about the ID-based anonymous authentication scheme is vulnerable to impersonation attack. And we propose a new ID-based anonymous authentication scheme that is secure against the attacks discovered in the existing schemes. A Probabilistic Prediction of Weapon Systems Evaluation Test Execution Ratio and Management Scheme 一种武器系统评估试验执行率概率预测及管理方案

A test service for the weapon systems evaluation is one of the most important processes during the weapon systems acquisition or development life cycle. Before completion of weapon systems development, the appropriate evaluation test can reduce risk and expense which might be expected during weapon systems development procedure. In this paper, it is suggested that a probabilistic prediction method based on Monte Carlo simulation for how much the annual weapon systems evaluation test excution ratio can be reached compared to the yearly initial planned test quantity. And then a weapon systems evaluation test quantitative management scheme is suggested to assist decision making for the test schedule manager who can arrange monthly test schedule based on the prediction result of annual test excution ratio. And the proposed method is applied for the weapon systems evaluation firing test data of the 8th directorate, Agency for Defense Development(ADD). And also the application result is examined.
武器系统评估的测试服务是武器系统采办或开发生命周期中最重要的过程之一。在武器系统开发完成之前,适当的评估试验可以降低武器系统开发过程中可能出现的风险和费用。本文提出了一种基于蒙特卡罗仿真的概率预测方法,用于预测每年武器系统评估试验执行率与每年初始计划试验数量相比可以达到多少。在此基础上,提出了一种武器系统评估试验量化管理方案,帮助试验计划管理者根据年度试验执行率的预测结果安排每月的试验计划。并将该方法应用于国防发展局(ADD)第8局武器系统评估射击试验数据。并对应用效果进行了检验。

사용자가 좋아할만한 콘텐츠를 정확하게 추천하는 것은 추천 시스템에서 매우 중요한 요소 중 하나이다. 원치 않는 콘텐츠를 추천하거나, 원하는 것을 추천하지 않는 것은 사용자 만족도 측면에서 안 좋은 영향을 끼친다. 본 연구에서는 콘텐츠의 정확한 추천을 위해 사용자 군집 기반 추천 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 알고리즘에서 사용자들의 실제 선호도 점수와 피어슨 상관 계수를 기반으로 사용자들을 여러 군집으로 나눈다. 이 후, 특정 사용자에게 어떤 콘텐츠의 추천 여부 결정은, 같은 군집 내에 있는 다른 사용자들의 해당 콘텐츠의 실제 선호도 점수를 근거로 정한다. 제안하는 알고리즘은 군집화를 사용하지 않는 아이템 기반 협력 필터링 알고리즘보다 정밀도, 재현율, F1 스코어와 같은 추천 정확도에 있어서 의미 있는 성능 향상을 보인다.
正确推荐用户喜欢的内容是推荐系统中非常重要的因素之一。推荐不喜欢的内容或不推荐想要的内容会对用户满意度产生不好的影响。本研究为正确推荐内容,提出了以用户群集为基础的推荐系统。在提议的算法中,根据用户的实际喜好度分数和毕尔生相关系数,将用户分为多个群集。之后,决定是否向特定用户推荐何种内容,将根据同一群内其他用户对该内容的实际喜好度分数来决定。与不使用群集的以项目为基础的合作过滤算法相比,该算法在精度、再现率、F1分数等推荐准确度方面具有显著的提高。

A Design and Implementation of Busbar Joint and Temperature Measurement System 母线接头温度测量系统的设计与实现

In general, distribution board, panel board and motor control center can be installed over a wide area such as residence of group, building, schools, factories, ports, airports, water service and sewerage, substation and heavy industries that are used to supply converts the voltages extra high voltage into optimal voltage. There are electrical accidents due to rise of contact temperature, loose contact between busbar, deterioration of the contact resistance, over temperature of the busbars. In this paper, we designed and implemented the busbar joint and temperature measurement system, which can measure the joint resistance of busbar and loose connection between busbar using potentiometer and non-contact infrared sensor. The experimental results show that tightening the bolt and nut is fully engaged, resistance was decreased and maximum error range was 0.1mm. FANET is an ad hoc network formed among the unmanned aircraft in the three-dimensional space for data transfer. Most of the research on FANET application has focused on the use of the camera sensor mounted on the unmanned aircraft to collect data from the ground, and process and delivery of the data for a specific purpose. However, the research on the fusion of WBAN and FANET that collects the data of ​​ the human body and passes through the FANET has not been studied much until now. Therefore, in this study, we study the data transmission system that collects the human body data of people working in the areas that are vulnerable to communication difficulties and passes the collected data through the FANET. In particular we analyze the possible methods to transfer the emergency data of the body in the fusion network of WBAN and FANET and provide a data transfer model that can be transmitted most efficiently.

Robust Tracking and Human-Compliance Control Using Integral SMC and DOB 基于积分SMC和DOB的鲁棒跟踪与人类顺应性控制

The robot control with safety consideration is required since robots and human work together in the same space more frequently in these days. For safety, robots must have compliance to human force and robust tracking performance with high impednace for the nonhuman disturbances. The novel idea is proposed to achieve the compliance and high impedance with one controller structure. For the compliance, the ISMC(Integral Sliding Mode Control) and HDOB(Human Disturbance Observer) The human force is identified by using the human band pass filter and its output is sent to the sliding surface. The sliding mode dynamic is affected by human disturbance and the compliance for human is achieved. The disturbances besides human frequencies are decoupled by the ISMC and the robust tracking is achieved. The additional LDOB(Low Frequency Disturbance Observer) decreases the maxim nonlinear gain and leads low chattering. Road Segmentation using Automatic Marked Watershed 基于自动标记分水岭的道路分割

This paper proposes a road segmentation algorithm using a watershed. The proposed algorithm is a segmentation algorithm using an automatic marked watershed that automatically creates a road marker and a background marker using information about vehicles and lanes on road and it can solve problems of a watershed-based segmentation such as overmany regions or handworks for markers. The road marker has property for pure road areas in which lanes are included but vehicles are excluded and the background marker has property for the areas left in which vehicles and background are included. The proposed algorithm is a segmentation algorithm using an automatic marked watershed that automatically creates a road marker and a background marker using information about vehicles and lanes on road and it can solve problems of a watershed-based segmentation such as overmany regions or handworks for markers. The road marker has property for pure road areas in which lanes are included but vehicles are excluded and the background marker has property for the areas left in which vehicles and background are included.
