Research on Digital Professional Talent Cultivation Based on Key Capability Model 基于关键能力模型的数字化专业人才培养研究

Talent cultivation is the key to the transformation and development of enterprises. It's an innovative practice to study the digital professinal talent training mode of enterprises basef on the key capability model. On the basis of the enterprise's standard digital professional talent cultivation system, to customize talent training system and evaluation system in a targeted manner, from the standard talent system to the capability training system, and then to the talent evaluation system to form a closed-loop process, and iteratively optimizes through enterprise practice. The core of the enterprise's digital professional talent cultivation model lies in the input and output of key capabilities of the post. This model can continue to help enterprises to "select", "cultivate", "employ" and "retain" talents, and build a better talent team for the enterprise.

Summary of the Research Status of Information Technology Curriculum Standards in High School 高中信息技术课程标准研究现状综述

Information technology curriculum standards are the main basis to guide teachers to carry out information technology curriculum teaching, and have the highest authority and guidance. By analyzing the research status of Chinese high school information technology curriculum standards, we can get the hot spots in this field and help to master the macro and micro core of information technology subjects. This paper takes "curriculum standards for high school information technology" as the title search word, and the time range is from 2003 to present. Citespace is used as the information analysis tool, and the analysis is carried out by keyword analysis method and content analysis method. It is found that the research content of the current curriculum standards for high school information technology is too concentrated. Relatively rich research results have been accumulated in the aspects of curriculum standard interpretation and teaching implementation suggestions. However, other factors affecting information technology teaching, such as information technology teachers and subject integration, are lacking in research depth. What concepts, thoughts and ideas should we use to understand the research objects. These important issues forming the methodology of information technology teaching and research have not received sufficient attention so far.

Research on Intelligent Evaluation Mechanism Enabling Four-Dimensional Experimental Ability Student Portrait 实现学生四维实验能力画像的智能评价机制研究

Since the new era, how to combine engineering experimental courses with intelligent technology is becoming a key educational topic, and also a new requirement for the development of education and teaching theories in the new era. The organization of the course is optimized for the problems existing in the computer organization experimental course. By mining four primary indicators of students' functionality, extensibility, integrality and innovative and eight secondary indicators in the learning data as the evaluation indexes of students' ability, and constructing student portraits based on student data. Using principal component analysis, K-means clustering algorithm and radar chart, three types of student portraits are presented visually. The student portraits not only present the experimental ability of each student group, but also help teachers analyze the common problems of students, which helps teachers make teaching interventions to improve students' learning efficiency and effectiveness.
新时期以来,如何将工程实验课程与智能技术相结合,成为一个重要的教育课题,也是新时期教育教学理论发展的新要求。针对计算机组织实验课程中存在的问题,对课程组织进行了优化。通过挖掘学习数据中学生的功能性、可扩展性、整体性、创新性四个一级指标和八个二级指标作为学生能力的评价指标,构建基于学生数据的学生画像。利用主成分分析、k均值聚类算法和雷达图,对三种类型的学生肖像进行了可视化呈现。学生画像不仅展示了每个学生群体的实验能力,还可以帮助教师分析学生普遍存在的问题,从而帮助教师进行教学干预,提高学生的学习效率和效果。

Case Study on a High-quality Information Technology Lesson Based on iFIAS 基于iFIAS的高质量信息技术课程案例研究

With the rapid development of artificial intelligence, big data, and education informatization, information technology education has been playing an important role in improving student's information competences and cultivating student's computational thinking. Information technology teachers can develop professional skills by the observation and analysis of high-quality information technology lessons. Therefore, this study selects a high-quality information technology lesson from the campaign which is held by Ministry of Education, analyzes its teaching behaviors based on improved Flanders Interaction Analysis System(iFIAS), as well as summarizes the key characteristics and problems, aiming to provide references for information technology teachers to improve teaching quality.

The society has increasingly high requirements for individual learning ability, and the ability of individual independent learning and team assisted cooperative learning has been comprehensively improved. The Opportunity and Innovation of Recessive Ideological and Political Education in Digital Media Major under the AI Media AI媒体下数字媒体专业隐性思想政治教育的机遇与创新

As an important carrier to promote the sustainable and healthy development of our society and cultivate excellent successors, colleges and universities have an extremely important share of Ideological and Political Education, while explicit ideological and political education has a narrow audience, low satisfaction, poor results and other problems. Therefore, AI media brings a historical opportunity for the recessive ideological and political education in colleges and universities. This study expounds the characteristics of the recessive ideological and political education in the era of AI media from three aspects: scientific, objectivity and diversity, and puts forward three problems: the theory and practice face "frame type disconnection", the knowledge and interest face "magnetic pole type" mutual exclusion, and the "prisoner type" dilemma of patterning and personalization, Finally, this paper explores the practice path of recessive ideological and political education of digital media specialty in the perspective of AI media.

Development of Cultural Design Guidelines for Mobile Learning Applications for Creative Industry Communities 为创意产业社区开发移动学习应用的文化设计指南

A minimal study bridges mobile learning with creative industries, particularly for its usability. The cultural factors in mobile apps for creative industries can be embedded in future learning technologies development. Therefore, this study investigates the current need for cultural design elements in developing mobile learning applications for the creative industry community. Achieving a good usability level for mobile learning applications is vital in equipping the community with digital literacy. The lack of cultural design elements informs in development of design guidelines for mobile apps for creative industries. This study uses the Fuzzy Delphi Method to examine the expert agreement on the need for cultural design elements in developing design guidelines. The results show that cultural design elements guidelines are needed in developing mobile learning applications. The elements identified for the design guidelines are Suitable Content for Local Culture, Language Usage, and The Local Philosophy Has Local Culture Value.

National defense must be able to overcome various threats that exist. It is necessary to develop national strength for national defense purposes. One of the national strengths that need to be built is human resources. Human resource development is not only related to skills and expertise, but also ideology. For Indonesia, strengthening this ideology is very important to overcome the threat of radicalism. Through National Character-Building education, BINUS University contributes to the strengthening of ideology to anticipate the threat of radicalism. Using the SAMR Digital Learning Theory approach, this paper will describe how the digital technology-based character learning model carried out by BINUS University's Character-Building Development Center (CBDC) works. During the pandemic, Binus University's Character-Building Development Center required to adapt its method to overcome this challenge through existing technology. Which the use of technology has reach the highest level, namely, redefition in the structure of the level use in SAMR model technology. Which also proves the maximization process of character learning in Binus University cannot be separated from maximizing technology integration in the learning process.The research method uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through observation of the learning process and literature study.

A Study of A Growing Problem-based Teaching Model for the Development of Information-based Teaching Design Ability of Normal University Students under the Concept of Wisdom Education: –Taking Modern Educational Technology public course as an example 智慧教育理念下发展师范生信息化教学设计能力的问题型教学模式研究——以现代教育技术公共课为例

The concept of wisdom education focuses more on "precision, individuality, optimization, collaboration, thinking, and creativity" than traditional education, and the era of information technology 2.0 requires the innovative integration of education and technology, the innovation and optimization of normal university students' training programs, and the strengthening of the training of normal university students' information technology teaching ability. As a compulsory public course for normal university students, Modern Educational Technology is responsible for improving the information-based teaching ability of students.However, the current training mode of most universities is mainly based on the basic operation of multimedia software taught by teachers, which is separated from theoretical knowledge and practical activities, and the teaching content and form are single.Therefore, this study hopes to break the traditional teaching mode, update the teaching cultivation objectives in accordance with the development of the times, introduce GPBL(Growing Problem-Based Learning) teaching method for advanced cognitive ability cultivation, and generate a set of teaching mode for the cultivation of information-based teaching ability of normal university students.
智慧教育理念比传统教育更注重“精准、个性、优化、协作、思考、创造”,信息技术2.0时代要求教育与技术的创新融合,创新优化师范生培养方案,加强师范生信息技术教学能力的培养。《现代教育技术》作为师范生的一门公共必修课程,肩负着提高学生信息化教学能力的重任。然而,目前大多数高校的培养模式主要是以教师讲授多媒体软件的基本操作为主,理论知识与实践活动分离,教学内容和形式单一。因此,本研究希望打破传统的教学模式,根据时代的发展更新教学培养目标,引入GPBL(Growing Problem-Based Learning)的高级认知能力培养教学方法,形成一套师范生信息化教学能力培养的教学模式。

Implementation of Nearpod for Formative Assessment in Ecuadorian Student Teacher Education 在厄瓜多尔学生教师教育中实施Nearpod形成性评估

Technology-assisted teaching and learning foster the improvement and innovation of foreign language education. However, student engagement and class participation remain a challenge for most English language instructors. This study reports the results of the introduction of an online tool to interactively conduct formative assessments synchronously and determines its effect on the development of English grammatical competence and the users’ acceptance of this app. This quasi-experimental study included forty-six student teachers at a public university in Ecuador. Pre-tests, post-tests, and a survey to gather students’ attitudes towards the app's acceptance were employed to collect the data. The analyzed data applied independent t-test, paired sample t-test, and descriptive statistics, which led to conclude that the experimental group performed slightly better than participants in the control group. In addition, it can be said that low-performing students evidenced more significant improvement after using the app than their higher-performing peers. As for the student's acceptance of the app, students were positive about its usefulness and ease of use.
