In this study, we aimed to evaluate the knowledge level of women aged 18 to 45 years who applied to our clinic about HPV infection and vaccination. For this purpose, 204 women aged 18 to 45 years who applied to our clinic between 2009 and 2018 were asked to answer questions about HPV and its vaccine. A questionnaire was prepared to determine the knowledge level of the women. The answers were evaluated using the SPSS program. In the study, the mean age of the 204 participants was 27.8 years. 26 women (12.8%) reported that they had no knowledge, 60 had little knowledge (29.4%), and 98 (48.0%) had high knowledge of HPV. 20 (9.8%) also reported that they had had the HPV vaccine. In the evaluation of questions about the vaccination, 130 women (63.72%) stated that they did not have sufficient knowledge about the vaccine and did not want to get vaccinated. 30 women (14.72%) said that they had read about the risks associated with the HPV vaccine and believed that it was harmful. 24 women (11.76%) stated that they could not get vaccinated because of the cost.

Clients are increasingly demanding a high degree of cost certainty from their project design teams to ensure that their building projects are completed within the budgeted resources. However, this objective has been negated by various challenges that unfortunately cause budget overruns. This study investigated the effects of experience and project management skills on Change Orders for Structural Engineering High-Rise Buildings in Nairobi County, Kenya. Data was collected from 150 consulting Civil Engineers drawn from the Engineers Board of Kenya register using a web-based structured questionnaire. Analysis of variance and Chi-square tests showed that coordination and experience directly correlated to cost certainty at 5% confidence level. Design coordination significantly helped to narrow gaps for cost certainty as well enhancing better understanding of the project scope. The level of professional experience was found to be critical for problem solving, effective use of design software, quality control of design and documentation and integration. Therefore, professional experience and coordination played a critical role in the reduction of cost overruns during the construction of high-rise buildings in Nairobi.

This paper delves into the fascinating intersection of space law and maritime security, uncovering several new regulatory challenges and opportunities. With increasing reliance on outer space for maritime security, appropriate regulation is crucial to address legal ambiguities and conflicts. The study critically analyzes the key legal instruments governing the maritime environment and outer space, namely the Space Treaty of 1967 and the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS), pinpointing their overlaps and gaps. The existing frameworks fall short, and the swift advances in space-based technologies used for maritime security necessitate regulatory reform. The paper concludes with recommendations to enhance and align the existing legal frameworks to better suit the evolving interspace-maritime operations.

Sperm DNA fragmentation is recognized to compromise male fertility. The data entail that sperm DNA damage can be competently treated with oral antioxidant administration during a comparatively short time period. It is an understanding that the 2 types of DNA appear to be different and autonomously packaged molecules; though, research has demonstrated the interdependent nature of these conformations in contributing to male infertility. Data must endure to be congregated to establish strong associations between traditional semen analysis parameters and sperm DNA integrity; this information remnants controversial and useless in clinical practice until novel techniques for the diagnosis and treatment of sperm DNA can be established. More modern technology must be employed to correlate such information into valuable clinical awareness. This editorial is the collation of reports relating to research on sperm DNA biochemistry and molecular biology to establish an opinion revealing sperm DNA integrity likely to be both tremendously fragile and remarkably significant for male fertility.

In this manuscript, we show in an educational way, how the operation known as convolution works. This is an important subject as it has a relevant physical appeal. At first, we will discuss the sampling concept where we will briefly focus on the decomposition of signals through a function known as impulse function. We address the impulse function and talk about the peculiarities of its representation in the discrete domain. We then talk about time signal shifts and address some very simple algorithms that deal with the pure convolution problem, without noise and without filters, in an elementary focus. We will deep-dive into the concept with the convolution integral culminating to the discussion with the Toeplitz matrix which is a key component of discrete convolution. It is worth mentioning that the methodology used in this work is simple and may offer the possibility to test a linear physical system for any input, a subject that is little treated in current literature. Finally, we conclude with some notes on the famous operation which has been used a long time for testing linear and time invariant physical systems, as it is very important in real applications in signals, telecommunication and image processing.
