Ganglioglioma (GG) is a benign and rare tumor of the central nervous system, typically located supratentorially in the temporal lobe. Subtentorial localization, particularly in the cerebellum, is uncommon. It represents 0.4% to 7.6% of all central nervous system tumors, 1.3% of brain tumors, and only 1% of intramedullary tumors. Clinically, supratentorial GG causes epilepsy, while subtentorial GG leads to focal neurological deficits due to local mass effect and signs of increased intracranial pressure. A benign brain tumor, called a ganglioglioma (GG), can sometimes be found in the cerebrum. We describe an unusual pediatric two cases of supra and subtentorially GG with a spinal cord localisation in this article. Our patient suffered from headache and epilepsy. Magnetic resonance imaging of the skull revealed a giant cyst with a mural nodule in the right cerebellar hemisphere that flattened the fourth ventricle. Pilocytic astrocytoma was the provisional diagnosis on the basis of clinical and imaging details. After biopsy and immunohistochemistry of the extramedullary intra dural process revealed the presence of a GG. Although GG is an uncommon tumor, it should be included in the differential diagnosis of a cerebellar mass with cystic and solid components in children.

This research, which has focused on finding a suitable political system for Afghanistan, has described discussions such as (explaining the concept of political system and structure, parliamentary system, advantages and disadvantages of parliamentary system, presidential system, advantages and disadvantages of parliamentary system and criticism of the current political system of Afghanistan). At the beginning of the research, we will get acquainted with the familiar discussion of the political system and structure, the comparison of the parliamentary system and the presidential system. In the era of globalization, countries experienced different systems from the centralized presidential system to the decentralized federal system, which in their nature have opponents and but the case and goal we are looking for is to get the right system, most of the scientists and writers expressed their opinion that the parliamentary system was more efficient in most of the countries that are transitioning towards modern democracy, compared to the centralized presidential system. End and the result that magnifies the current research is that the parliamentary system and the presidential system each have their own positive and negative points (advantages and shortcomings) that both of these systems are now clearly experienced in most countries of the world, which is a good example. The presidential system can be seen in the United States and a good example of the parliamentary system can be seen in the British political structure. But! The experiences gained from the experience of the parliamentary system in the majority of countries indicate that a non-centralized parliamentary system can be a good answer in the discussion of good governance and the experience of modern democracy in multi-ethnic and multi-racial societies like Afghanistan. According to the theory of separation of powers, the parliamentary system has better flexibility than the presidential system, which can prevent the tension between the two main branches of government (legislature, executive) and bring stability to most societies.

This work was to evaluate the catalytic properties Ru/Cobalt/SBA-15 catalyst for Fischer-Tropsch synthesis (FTS). The molecular sieve SBA-15 synthesized by hydrothermal method with rice husk ashes (RHA) and with tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS). The Ru promoted Co/SBA-15 catalyst was prepared by wet impregnation method and was characterized by X-ray diffraction, X-ray energy dispersion spectrophotometer, N2 adsorption-desorption, temperature-programmed reduction and transmission electron microscopy. The Fischer-Tropsch synthesis using the catalysts were carried out to evaluate the catalysts activities and its effect on FTS product distribution. The synthesis was carried out in a slurry reactor operating at 513 K, 20 atm, CO : H2 molar ratio of 1 : 2. X-ray diffraction showed that the calcined cobalt catalyst did not modify the structure of SBA-15, proving that Co was present under the form of Co3O4 in the catalyst. The addition of cobalt in SBA-15 decreased the specific superficial area of the molecular sieve. By RTP results was found the ranges of temperature reduction typical of iron oxides phases. Fischer-Tropsch synthesis activity and C5+hydrocarbon selectivity increased with the addition of Ru. The increases in activity and selectivity were attributed to the increased number of active sites resulting from higher reducibility and the synergetic effect of Ru and Co. The most interesting fact to be pointed out is that the use of this catalytic system for the catalyst prepared with alternative source of silica and cheap (rice hull ash) showed high selectivity in liquid products, that is, in hydrocarbons with C5+ (88.2% w/w), higher than the catalyst prepared with conventional silica source.

The focus of this research is on the evolution of male identity and cultural conceptions of masculinity. Traditional notions of masculinity have often been overly narrow, contributing to the maintenance of harmful stereotypes and assumptions. But a more inclusive, diverse, and caring perspective on gender is leading to a rethinking of what it means to be masculine. This essay investigates the complexities of masculinity, the pernicious impacts of rigid gender norms, and the ways in which our culture may be altered to promote healthier, more authentic expressions of gender. The intricate web of gender identities, violent experiences, and emotional restraint. This new perspective furthers gender equality, the acceptance of many identities, and the removal of harmful stereotypes that hold men and society back from reaching their full potential. By analyzing the rethinking of masculinity in this context, this article hopes to encourage a more nuanced and empathic perspective of masculinity. We can help men reach their full potential as people and as contributors to society if we challenge and expand our ideas of masculinity. This process of reassessing masculinities is also open to female participation. This movement is representative of a broader cultural trend that challenges traditional notions of masculinity and the worldviews of its members. By working to eradicate gender norms and adopting a more open perspective on gender, we can create a more equitable society that values and celebrates a wide range of masculinities while eliminating harmful power dynamics.

The high risk of cardiovascular complications during and after infection with SARS-CoV-2, a virus that causes COVID-19, is well documented in the world literature. Through cardiac changes, the role of echocardiography and biomarkers of myocardial injury is exalted as useful tools that can affect the morbidity and mortality of these patients. For a better understanding of the subject, an integrative review was performed from bibliographic data arranged in indexed databases. The objective of this study was to answer the following question: What is the role of biomarkers, conventional echocardiography and the Speckle Tracking analysis by the occurrence of myocardial injury caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus? We concluded with the analysis of 10 studies eligible for the review that there is an intimate relationship between troponin and brainnatriureticpeptide with echocardiographic findings of myocardial injury by COVID-19. Moreover, these biomarkers were easy and widely available for screening patients eligible for echocardiography. Therefore, more studies are necessary to assess the validity and consolidation of this simple screening method that can predict cardiovascular complications in advance, often fatal.

Social media is now acknowledged to have a significant part in sustaining and promoting the reputation of tourism locations. Unquestionably, the dynamic online environment plays an important role in promoting tourism on a worldwide scale. In order to use this knowledge to market Indian tourist attractions, it is therefore essential to understand how social media functions. The study analyses how netizens use social media for travel planning and exploring new destinations. It also discusses the benefits and difficulties associated with social media use by the tourism industry and other stakeholders. The study's theoretical social media and tourism analysis is based on secondary data sources. For the research survey method of qualitative and quantitative analysis were used. It helped to conveniently gather primary information about the extent of social media usage, tourists, and tourism establishments at tourism destinations. We analysed the impact of social media on tourism promotion with the help of a questionnaire. The study shows that more tourists are using social media for searching, identifying, making plans, making reservations, and sharing their experiences with various goods and services. In addition to highlighting social media's critical role in the marketing and growth of tourism, the study also points out some drawbacks of using it to advertise a particular location. In addition to analysing the tourism industry in India, this research looks at social media discourse and how it contributes to the marketing strategy.
