Sumber daya manusia adalah modal atau aset suatu perusahaan atau lembaga yang sangat penting untuk dikelola sebagai upaya pencapaian tujuan. Manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam perspektif Islam telah dilaksanakan oleh Rasulullah SAW. ketika ia menerima mandat kerasulan sampai Islam tegak dan berkembang hingga mencapai 3/4 bagian dunia setelah ia wafat. Hal itu dapat dilihat melalui hadis-hadits otentik yang berkaitan dengan perjalanan kepemimpinan Nabi Muhammad SAW. Hadis adalah sumber hukum kedua setelah Al-Qur'an dalam sumber-sumber hukum Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam perspektif Islam ditinjau dari hadits. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kajian pustaka. Data diperoleh melalui pencarian buku sumber primer dan artikel yang telah dipublikasikan di jurnal ilmiah. Manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam perspektif Islam adalah kegiatan merencanakan, mengatur, mengarahkan, mengembangkan, memberikan kompensasi, dan mengawasi sumber daya manusia dalam melaksanakan tugas dan fungsinya untuk mencapai tujuan dan dalam rangka beribadah kepada Allah SWT. Hasil kajian hadits terkait pengelolaan sumber daya manusia, yang dilakukan oleh Rasulullah SAW. meliputi perencanaan kebutuhan, analisis jabatan, rekrutmen karyawan berdasarkan kualifikasi, kemampuan, integritas, dan loyalitas. Bayi baru lahir yang membutuhkan perawatan intensif biasanya dirawat di unit khusus yang disebut unit perawatan intensif neonatal (NICU). Selama 20 tahun terakhir, perawatan neonatal yang lebih baik telah meningkatkan tingkat kelangsungan hidup bayi berisiko tinggi ini. Bayi berisiko tinggi ini dirawat di NICU selama berhari-hari, berminggu-minggu, atau berbulan-bulan. Lama tinggal di rumah sakit mengakibatkan biaya rawat inap yang lebih tinggi dan biaya perawatan neonatal yang jauh lebih tinggi. Proses seleksi dilakukan dalam tiga tahap. Selama tahap pertama penulis mengumpulkan 168 artikel untuk mengidentifikasi artikel yang relevan. Penulis secara independen memfilter semua artikel untuk menentukan pengecualian artikel, dan kemudian menemukan 138 artikel setelah menghapus artikel duplikat. Pada fase kedua, artikel yang relevan diberi kode untuk mencerminkan abstrak (misalnya, studi, populasi, dan sampel). Setiap perusahaan tidak dapat terhindarkan dari beberapa kesulitan yang dapat menghambat perkembangan perusahaan dan apabila perusahaan tidak mampu mengelola manajemen dengan baik, maka perusahaan akan berisiko mengalami financial distress. Risiko financial distress dapat diprediksi melalui laporan keuangan secara akurat dengan menggunakan model yang paling tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbandingan metode altman z-score, springate, dan zmijewski dalam memprediksi financial distress. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian komparatif dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 21 perusahaan subsektor pariwisata dan rekreasi yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2018 – 2022. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi data panel yang diolah menggunaan software eviews 13. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan variabel independen semua model berpengaruh signifikan, dimana model altman z-score memiliki tingkat akurasi 100%, model springate memiliki tingkat akurasi 100% sedangkan model zmijewski memiliki tingkat akurasi 99,9998%.

Dampak pandemi COVID-19 terhadap industri pariwisata adalah penurunan jumlah wisatawan mancanegara yang datang ke Indonesia. Untuk mengatasi tantangan yang dihadapi industri perjalanan selama pandemi COVID-19, diperlukan strategi untuk bertahan dan bangkit kembali. Menyikapi perubahan yang terjadi, Traveloka berkesimpulan bahwa keputusan pembelian konsumen terhadap layanan travel Traveloka dipengaruhi oleh harga, kualitas layanan, dan citra perusahaan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa STIE UniSadhuGuna yang menggunakan layanan Traveloka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga, kualitas layanan, dan citra perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian baik secara parsial maupun bersama-sama terhadap keputusan pembelian jasa travel di Traveloka.

Electricity project implemented by PT. PLN (Persero) UIP JBTB is a construction project of the High Voltage Transmission Network and High Voltage Cable Channel 150 kV Bangkalan. The construction will certainly stretch across various terrains that have various levels of risk in the construction process. In addition, the construction project of the High Voltage Transmission Network and High Voltage Cable Channel 150 kV is a very complex project so that each stage has different obstacles so that it has the potential to have high risks in its implementation. The risk management will be based on SNI 8615:2018 ISO 31000:2018 regarding Risk Management – Guidelines and SNI IEC/ISO 31010:2016 Risk Management – Risk Assessment Techniques. The risk management process begins with determining the scope, context and risk criteria and then proceeds with the risk assessment process which includes identification, analysis, risk evaluation and risk treatment. This research was conducted to identify the risks that arise in the High Voltage Transmission Network and High Voltage Cable Channel 150 kV Bangkalan transmission development project and formulate the most effective response for each extreme, very high and high risk category of the project. The risk analysis of the Transmission Network project was carried out using a qualitative method to obtain a risk category. At risk that have extreme, very high, and high categories are risks that cannot be tolerated and a quantitative analysis will be carried out using the Expected Monetary Value method as measured data. Furthermore, with the Decision Tree Analysis diagram, several alternative risk treatment branches will be obtained which will then be analyzed using the multiplication of the response success value with the cost impact value in order to obtain the most effective treatment option. The results of the risk treatment will be categorized into risk mitigation, transferring risk, and accepting risk and the result of residual risk will be known through testing the effectiveness of handling risk treatment. The highest risk in this study is the risk of less than optimal contractor performance which causes project completion to be late with risk treatment by means of the good/services provider process being selected through an auction process which is included in the list of selected providers. The recording the risk register is also carried out as a database in risk analysis research on the construction project of the 150 kV Bangkalan high voltage transmission network.

Keputusan Pembelian, merupakan pemilihan dari dua atau lebih alternatif pilihan keputusan pembelian, diamana artinya bahwa seseorang bisa membuat keputusan, harus tersedia beberapa alternatif pilihan. Keputusan untuk membeli bisa mengarah pada bagaimana proses dalam pengambilan keputusan tersebut itu dilakukan. Keputusan pembelian adalah tindakan dari konsumen untuk mau membeli atau tidak terhadap suatu produk. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepercayaan merek, harga, promosi dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini memakai metode kuantitatif dengan sampel adalah semua pelanggan yang berkunjung Pada Dealer Honda PT. Virgi Motor Bekasi dan pernah melakukan Pembelian Sepeda Motor Honda Beat dengan jumlah yaitu sebanyak 100 responden. Penelitian ini diolah dengan menggunakan software olah data SmartPLS dan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui formulir Google. Penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa tidak adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara promosi terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Sepeda Motor Honda Beat Pada Dealer Honda PT. Virgi Motor Bekasi, adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial variabel kepercayaan merek, harga dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Sepeda Motor Honda Beat Pada Dealer Honda PT. Virgi Motor Bekasi.

The approaching retirement of experienced petroleum engineers and technical staff, which threatens to result in the loss of a significant quantity of cumulative knowledge and expertise, is one of the major challenges facing the industry. Within the next ten years, it is predicted that approximately 231,000 years of collective knowledge will be on the line. To overcome this difficulty, knowledge management has emerged as a major method. This research investigates the strategies, tools, and processes implemented to successfully capture, organize, and share knowledge across the organization through a thorough analysis of the KM initiatives undertaken by Big Red Company. With a focus on their effective application by national and international oil companies in Indonesia, it also examines the results and impacts of these KM practices on the company's performance and competitiveness in both local and global contexts. Considering these circumstances, the company needs to improve the knowledge management system for managing knowledge, which is through the implementation of a Knowledge Management (KM) system. In doing this, the research is based on two research questions. The first is how is the current Knowledge Management maturity level in the Big Red Company Operation Division, specifically in the Testing and Subsea, and the second is What is the knowledge management implementation plan that can be suggested related to the proposed knowledge management process after knowing the maturity level of knowledge management in Big Red Company. These two research questions will be answered using theories related to knowledge, knowledge management, and two knowledge management frameworks, namely APO Knowledge Management Framework and Socialization, Externalization, Combination, Internalization (SECI). Because a qualitative method is used in this research, data is collected through interviews and observations, which are then analysed using thematic analysis. The results of data collection show that there are several issues related to the APO KM Framework and SECI frameworks. These issues range from the limited in the Testing and Subsea division, which is in Operation Division, the lack of knowledge sharing processes within and between teams, the lack of proper knowledge transfer, difficulty in accessing knowledge and information due to manual access, and others. Through the utilization of APO KM Framework and SECI frameworks, the author was able to design a knowledge management system by formulating several tools, for example, Coaching, Training, Knowledge café, Lesson-learned documents, K-based exit interview, and e-learning. Previous research found that sukuk is more exposed to information asymmetry problems, especially adverse selection, than bond. Indonesia as the third largest country for sukuk market falls below its peers in terms of governance. It means the information asymmetry in Indonesia is relatively higher which could reduce market effectiveness. So to improve sukuk market in Indonesia, studying the implication of information asymmetry and how it affects the capital structure decision is important. This study try to explain the issuance of sukuk in Indonesia 2013-2022 from information asymmetry perspective. This study uses secondary data from 2013-2022 and would be done by using logistic regression to conclude if the variables representing adverse selection and moral hazard affect the decision of sukuk issuance. Our regression found evidence of adverse selection in Indonesia sukuk market but did not find moral hazard problem. The result supports previous research that concludes that sukuk structuration leads firms with higher financial distress and a lower reputation to enter the market. The result could help investor to understand sukuk market and review their risk management procedure. It could also become additional material for government to design a suitable regulatory environment for a more govern sukuk market that would improve the development of sukuk market.
