In this article, the authors present a literature review encompassing an analysis of Career Development and Servant Leadership in the context of human resource management and organizational growth. The research unveils how leaders who implement servant leadership principles can positively impact the career growth and development of their employees. Applying a Literature Review method, the authors analyzed other articles with similar topics. The research suggests that these characteristics can create an environment in which employees feel valued and supported, thus advancing their career development. The study finds that when leaders exhibit servant leadership characteristics, employees are more likely to experience increased job satisfaction and engagement. This positive experience, in turn, contributes to higher levels of commitment to their organizations. Servant leadership fosters open communication, trust, and a strong sense of community in the workplace, all of which support career development. Furthermore, the research highlights how servant leaders often strive harder to provide growth opportunities to employees. This may include mentorship, training, and guidance in setting and achieving career goals. Employees under servant leadership are more likely to feel empowered and motivated to take control of their career paths. In conclusion, this article emphasizes the strong impact of servant leadership on employee career development. It highlights that leaders prioritizing the well-being and growth of their employees can create a work environment that fosters career advancement, enhances job satisfaction, and strengthens organizational commitment. The research underscores the importance of developing servant leadership within organizations to support employee development and overall success.

This article examines the patriarchal system of Javanese society and its effect on the status of Javanese women. Certain expressions that are still commonly used in Javanese language today can be seen to imply the inferiority of women. This article argues for a re-evaluation of these expressions in the light of gender equality and social justice. The potency of this concept within Javanese culture has led to restrictions perceived as curtailing women's mobility; an example being the practice of segregation, which curbs women's freedom. Hence, this research aims to scrutinise the social significance of "Dadi Lemek Dadi Gandhek" and its relevance to contemporary times. Qualitative and interpretive methods inform this study, with Foucault's discourse theory being the theoretical framework. The dilemma of the large population of Indonesia being disproportionate to the number of jobs available in the country has resulted in international migration to achieve household financial well-being, and most immigrants 55% of immigrants migrate to Malaysia (World Bank, 2017). This study aims to measure whether acculturation and financial socialization influence financial well-being mediated by financial behavior among Indonesian immigrant housewives from South Sulawesi in Sabah, Malaysia. This research uses the Partial Least Square path modeling technique, and 384 respondents showed that acculturation and financial socialization significantly affected financial behavior. Financial behavior has a significant impact on financial well-being. In addition, financial behavior significantly mediates acculturation, financial socialization, and financial well-being. The results of this research can help the government and palm oil plantations to create policies and possible intervention programs to help Indonesian immigrants manage their financial behavior in order to achieve financial well-being through financial literacy programs, holding outreach to their workers to be careful in managing finances such as not getting caught up in online lending practices that are currently widespread, reducing consumptive shopping behavior non-essential, and facilitate pension programs not only for Malaysian citizens but also Indonesian citizens.

Progressive law emphasizes the evolution of legal principles, asserting that laws are crafted for the benefit of humans rather than humans existing solely for the sake of the law. It is guided by moral considerations, seeking to incorporate fundamental values and moral principles in the formulation of laws. This approach places a strong emphasis on conscience, viewed through the lenses of empathy, honesty, and courage. Prophetic intelligence, a foundational element of progressive law, highlights human capacity for self-transformation through interactions, socialization, and adaptation, with a focus on upholding basic values that safeguard human rights. These values are articulated in three key aspects: the philosophical aspect, emphasizing justice; the juridical aspect, emphasizing certainty; and the sociological aspect, emphasizing expediency. Restorative justice, as a manifestation of progressive law, offers an alternative approach to resolving criminal cases. It shifts the focus from punitive measures to a peace-oriented process, achieved through mediation between the offender and the victim. This process prioritizes restoring the original condition and rebuilding positive societal relations. The Head of the National Police of the Republic of Indonesia Regulation Number 08 of 2021, addressing the Handling of Criminal Acts based on Restorative Justice, serves as a guideline for the National Police in resolving criminal acts. This regulation underscores the importance of restoring the original state and achieving a balance in protecting the interests of both victims and perpetrators, moving away from a punitive-oriented approach. The implementation of Restorative Justice in the Criminal Investigation Department of the Central Java Regional Police provides an avenue for resolving criminal acts by engaging the perpetrator, victim, their families, legal advisors, and other stakeholders through a peace-focused process, with a central emphasis on restoring the original state.

Large and sustainable companies are those that can build a strong Employer Branding that holds meaning for their employees, even after they leave the company. However, it is suspected that some hotels still lack a robust employer branding strategy. Through effective employer branding, a company can attract human resources capable of creating a competitive advantage. This study aims to delve deeper into the application of employer branding in the hospitality industry. To this end, a descriptive case study method was applied. In this case study, all findings are described based on theoretical and empirical results. It is expected to provide broader insights to the general public using library research. When a company genuinely cares for its employees and views them as valuable assets to be nurtured, it significantly influences the progress and work performance of its workforce. When employees work with dedication, high enthusiasm, and a sense of belonging toward the company, it has an incredibly positive impact on the company. This is where employer branding becomes crucial for a company in attracting the best talents. When a company successfully implements employer branding, it reaps numerous benefits. They become the first choice and primary destination for job seekers, including fresh graduates and experienced professionals. The company becomes a magnet for job seekers, eliminating the need for extensive recruitment efforts. As a result, the company avoids the hassle of frequent employee turnover.

This research was conducted to analyze the profile of students' critical thinking abilities and the application of HOTS-based LKPD in elementary school science learning. The research method is descriptive preliminary research and does not test the hypothesis with a sample of 20 elementary school students in Magetan, East Java. Data collection techniques used critical thinking skills tests, student response surveys, and teacher interviews whose data results will be analyzed descriptively qualitatively. Based on the results of the research, it was found that 1) students' critical thinking skills were in the low and medium categories. 14 students in the low category, 6 students in the medium category and none of the students in the high category; 2) The lowest indicator of critical thinking skills is evaluation; 3) Teachers still use lecture methods and conventional teaching materials during learning; 4) Implementation of HOTS-based LKPD is expected to improve students' critical thinking skills in science lessons. It can be concluded that students' critical thinking skills are still low, so it is necessary to increase students' critical thinking skills by implementing HOTS-based worksheets.

This study focuses on the financial management of parking revenues in Makassar City, particularly as it pertains to the standards set by Raya Regional Parking Company, City of Makassar. The aim is to scrutinize the established revenue targets and the actual implementation of parking tariffs, considering the Local Regulation No. 17 of 2006 and the financial relationship between central and regional governments as stipulated by Indonesian Law No. 1 of 2022. The research employs a qualitative methodology to delve into the intricacies of revenue management, compliance with parking locations, and the setting of parking tariffs. Primary and secondary data sources, including interviews with officials from Makassar Raya Regional Parking Company, City of Makassar, and other stakeholders, provide a foundation for the study. The interactive and ongoing analysis model facilitates the data reduction, presentation, and conclusion processes. Findings indicate that there is a discrepancy between the set revenue targets and actual realizations, with parking tariff enforcement demonstrating weaknesses, especially with unofficial parking attendants charging inconsistent fees. The study reveals that while annual targets are based on detailed revenue potential evaluations, quarterly reviews highlight shortcomings in achieving these goals. The study suggests the need for stricter enforcement and monitoring of parking management to meet revenue and dividend targets. Implementing an electronic parking system and incentivizing attendants to meet or exceed targets may enhance performance and revenue management. The collaboration with city government can align parking regulations with strategic revenue management goals while serving public interests.
