This article reveals the essence of modular teaching, which consists in the fact that the learner (student) works independently on the basis of the individual curriculum presented to him. It states that the curriculum should include a plan for events, an Information blog, methodological recommendations for achieving training results. The teacher in these conditions performs the tasks of supervising, advising, coordinating activities on the assimilation of information. Thanks to the module, students master the content, understand what information and for what purpose it is being discussed, what it “accepts” and realize that it is necessary for niama. Systematization of educational information within the framework of the module requires the separation and determination of the evolutionary of forms and types of joint activities of educators and educators.

This study aims to understand, reveal, and challenge social inequalities through the analysis of language and power dynamics in the workplace. Using qualitative approach, this study focuses on the interactions between supervisors and staffs. The data were collected by voice recording the interaction process, and were then transcribed into text. The data analysis process involved three main steps: data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The transcribed text was analyzed using Dell Hymes' Speaking Theory, which helped categorize the various components of the interaction. This study reveals a formal and professional setting characterized by respectful language and hierarchical relationships. The conversation revolves around professional tasks and responsibilities such as attending meetings, delivering letters, and organizing participants for a futsal event. This study also highlights the structured hierarchy in the communication and the respect given to those in authority. The conversation's content is classified as a combination of task-oriented and problem-solving discourse. It underscores the importance of recognizing and comprehending power dynamics to encourage more equitable and effective communication and collaboration in the workplace.

This study aims to ascertain whether the use of guidance and counseling monopoly game media can increase high school students' self-efficacy in their academic endeavors. Five students from class XI with low academic self-efficacy measurement scores participated in this study using an experimental method with a one-group pre-posttest design. The instrument for measuring academic self-efficacy is a data collection technique used in this study. The t test was used in parametric data analysis by the researchers. It can be seen from the results of the t test that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted because sig (2-tailed) has a value of 0.010, which means <0.05. According to research findings, monopoly guidance and counseling media have an effect on helping high school students increase their academic self-efficacy by using group guidance services.

Community participation in tourism development is the participation and equality of community members in a particular activity. Raharjana (2012) believes that the community plays an important role in supporting tourism development, especially in controlling the direction of tourism development so that it can minimize the negative impact of tourism activities. One of the well-known tourist villages in West Lombok Regency is Senggigi Village. This location became a research location with the title "Community Participation in Tourism Village Development (Senggigi Village Study, Batu Layar District, West Lombok Regency). This research examines community participation in the development of tourist villages using a qualitative approach. Apart from that, in this research data collection used interview, observation and documentation methods. The collected data will be analyzed descriptively qualitatively. Meanwhile, the theories used are Max Weber's theory of participation and social action. It was found that the participation of community members, especially those around the beach, was very good. The impact of community participation on development greatly helps the local economy.

Pretrial aims to monitor coercive measures carried out by investigators or public prosecutors against suspects, so that these actions are actually carried out in accordance with the provisions of the law, and are truly proportional to the provisions of the law and do not constitute acts that are contrary to the law. The purpose of this research is to describe pretrial legal efforts to achieve justice for underprivileged suspects/families. To analyze pretrials in accordance with the Pancasila legal state perspective. The method used is descriptive, with data sources obtained from journals, books and related articles. The result of this research is Article 22 paragraph (1) of Law No. 18 of 2003 concerning Advocates which states that "Advocates are obliged to provide free legal assistance to justice seekers who cannot afford it." These rules require a lawyer to provide equal access to justice for everyone. This is a form of embodiment of the principle of equality before the law adhered to by Indonesia. In fact, the concept of a legal state for Indonesia is based on the Pancasila ideology, the substance of which includes, among other things, the principle of recognition of God's law, natural law and ethical law. The elements of the Pancasila state are the recognition of guarantees of human and citizen rights; There is a division of power; in carrying out its duties, the government must always be based on applicable laws, both written and unwritten; There is a judiciary that exercises its power independently.

Child marriage remains a challenging issue in Indonesia to this day. Childhood should be a critical period for physical, emotional and social growth before they enter adulthood. To prevent the occurrence of these cases, especially child marriage, various institutions in Indonesia provide counseling facilities or become a place to consult about family problems. One of these institutions is the Family Learning Center (PUSPAGA) which is under the auspices of the Office of Women's Empowerment, Child Protection and Family Planning (DP3AKB).This study aims to analyze the use of feminist therapy as an effort to prevent child marriage in the community of Bantul Regency, which has experienced a fairly high increase every year. This research method is qualitative with data collection through interviews. The results and discussion of this research are analyzed by the researcher and presented as follows:1. Based on the understanding of the concept of gender by the counselor, Gender is considered as a social formation that regulates the roles and interactions between men and women through the socialization process, establishing roles, rights, obligations, and responsibilities in the context of production and reproduction. 2. Feminist Therapy in Child Marriage Prevention, Counselors who have a gender orientation and use a counseling approach create feminist counseling, an approach that emphasizes the importance of equality and efforts to achieve it.

The regional closeness of Persian Gulf countries faced a threat due to Qatar's foreign policy approach. Despite having the lowest military expenditure among Gulf countries, Qatar diverged from Saudi Arabia's policy of fostering stability in the Persian Gulf region to distance itself from groups deemed a threat to the domestic politics of other Gulf nations. Qatar's pursuit of greater democratic freedoms and a more moderate approach to international relations prompted Saudi Arabia and other Gulf nations to impose a diplomatic blockade in 2017. Despite this, Qatar's flexible foreign policy helped it avoid a prolonged domestic crisis. Establishing ties with nearby countries like Iran and Turkey and acquiring fighter aircraft from France and the United States garnered international support beyond its region. This research will examine Qatar's efforts to navigate the diplomatic crisis using a balance of threat approach—a key concept in Neorealism theory that posits an anarchic international structure requiring countries to navigate the global political stage for survival.
