Wireless Backup Drive is a media to store our personal data. It brings together universal access to data with secure communication. It provides users to save, synchronize, stream and share data over the network or internet. It is having less cost, more secured and accessible on almost every types of devices like smartphones, laptops and many more. It uses Nginx Server which is lightweight and high performance as compare to Apache Server. There are options for creating multiple users having different permissions like read only or both read/write access. It consists open source software that can be modified accordingly and can be used commercially. It creates a Personal Cloud Storage connecting it via SSL connection using Android based phone that can be used both in the network as well as by creating and connecting it to a Wireless Fidelity Hotspot in case no router is found within the searching network.

Introduction: Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a chronic, autoimmune disorder that results in significant pain, disability and excess mortality if untreated or inadequately treated. As the current treatment neither prevents nor cures rheumatoid arthritis (RA), the main management aim is to reduce the impact of the disease on patients' lives by improving quality of life and reducing disability. Increasingly, patients are turning to internet, websites and chat rooms for advice, and some of these may be of poor quality. A need based patient education can help them adjust their treatment regimens and attain the self-care management skills necessary for dealing with the consequences of the disease. Methods: This descriptive study estimated the educational need on knowledge of Rheumatoid arthritis in the course of their own disease and its self-care in a view to develop a self-care module. A total of 60subjects were selected by purposive sampling technique in a selected tertiary care hospital, Bangalore. A self-prepared questionnaire was administered to estimate the educational need on knowledge of Rheumatoid arthritis in the course of their own disease and its self-care. Results: The results showed the knowledge on course of Rheumatoid arthritis, and its self-care. The mean and standard deviation of the knowledge score was 13.12 +3.728. It reflected the extreme need for information on course of disease and it’s self-care. Out of the ten demographic variables there were three variables ie educational status (0.008), income (.014) and duration of illness (.018) had significant association at < 0.05 level of significance with the knowledge. Conclusion: Receiving a health information on management of Rheumatoid arthritis is highly important in day to day management of this chronic illness.

The present study aimed to assess the frequency of the impacted maxillary canine positions and how it is related to adjacent structures through Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) images. The parameters evaluated in CBCT scans of 50 patients referred to the oral and maxillofacial radiology centers in north of Iran included: gender, bucco-palatal position and mesio-distal direction of the longitudinal axis of the canine, unilateral/bilateral occurrence, presence, severity and location of root resorption of adjacent incisors, root dilaceration, proximity of canine root to the maxillary sinus or the floor of the nasal cavity, and the distance between the canine crown and adjacent incisors root. Among 50 subjects 34 (68%) were female. The subjects' ages ranged from 14 to 52 years (mean age: 25.18 ± 9.44 years). Most of the impacted canines were observed to be positioned unilaterally 37 (74%), palatally 51 (81%), and mesially 63 (100%), and adjacent to the floor of the nasal cavity 41 (65.1%). The root resorption frequency in adjacent central and lateral incisors was five (7.9%) and 11 (20.4%), respectively. Root dilaceration was observed in three (4.8%) cases. In 75% of the cases, the distance between the canine crown and the adjacent central and lateral incisors root was less than 3.5 mm and 0.0 mm, respectively. Preoperative evaluation of impacted canines using CBCT provides an accurate and reliable assessment for proper diagnostic and therapeutic considerations.

Lhermitte-Duclos disease or dysplastic gangliocytoma of the cerebellum is a rare benign unilateral mass of the cerebellar cortex having unique diagnostic MRI features characterized by classic ‘tiger striped’ appearance. Correct recognition of the disease is particularly important given the possible correlation with cowden syndrome and therefore the need to identify concurrent malignancies. MRI is a considered diagnostic and is helpful in distinguishing LDD due to its unique imaging features. Two biopsy proven cases of this unusual disease were reported with atypical presentations. Atypical presentations includepresence of diffusion restriction in the dysplastic left cerebellar hemisphere in one case and involvement of bilateral cerebellar hemisphere and vermis in the second one.

Companies possess a large amount of digital information that needs to be registered and available for enquiry on real time. That is why, it is essential the creation of a solid structure in a Big Data System that enables a company to generate a reliable data matrix of relational variables. In this article, it is intended to emphasize the relevance of the generation of such a solid structure in order to deal with historic register (hard data that derive from billing and logistics areas) and subjective information (marketing strategies) to allow the recording and enquiry of data of a company in real time. This type of system will facilitate the creation of set of schemes to store and represent nonredundant information to identify recurrent patterns for strengthening processes of estimation and simulation of product demand through statistical analysis of qualitative and quantitative variables. The Dynamic Bayesian Model techniques, which update through Dynamic tables, are suitable tools to achieve such objectives. They use Bayesian adjustment of arithmetic mean with exponential smoothing method based on product demand to generate indicators of either encouraging or inhibitory effects which function as “input” for any Multivariate Statistical Forecast Models.
