Global changes are taking place in our world that worry us. In the environmental field, these include climate change, water pollution and soil devastation. Deforestation is also a problem. Responsibility is a phenomenon of morality and a fundamental category of ethics. It is essential to take responsibility for sustaining life on our planet, which is home not only to humans but to all living beings.

The article is devoted to issues related to the education of man to the relationship with God. The aim of the article is to present the education of man to believe in God and God on the basis of the analysis of available sources in the pedagogical and theological perspective. The issues raised in the article concern shaping relations with God, establishing ties with Him and maintaining them. In the further part of the article, we can read about freedom, listening and prayer as forms shaping man's education and faith in God and God.

The aim of the article is to analyze the metaetic theory of emotivism. In the first part we present a division of metaetic theories. In the second part we reflect the historical-philosophical background of emotivistic ethics in the works of G. Berkeley, B. Spinoza and especially the morality of emotion by D. Huma. In the next part we discuss the most important statements of individual representatives of emotivism Ch. L. Stevenson and A. Ayer. In the last part, we try to critically evaluate the metaetic theory of emotivism, concluding that its acceptance in ethics leads to subjectivism and relativism.

The main goal of this contribution is to expand the existing knowledge about the largest retribution process in the history of post-war Czechoslovakia by looking at the commitment and attitude of the Nitra canon Andrej Cvinček, who at the time of its preparation and proceedings was the vice-chairman of the Slovak National Council and the vice-chairman of the Democratic Party in Slovakia, that is, the association that participated in the creation, approval and adoption of the regulation on retribution courts, and played a role in the process itself.

Catholic priest and canon Anderj Cvinček expect of his political commitment make on one important assignment, who is forgotten. The Apostolic Administrator of Trnava Bishop Pavol Jantausch chose him and appointed to the top of Administration the sacral proprieties Dr. Pavol Jantuasch. Under this administration belong some properties of Diocese Rozňava, too. And this work caused trouble with diocese Bishop Michal Bubnič. Andrej Cvinček was a Member of Parliament, member of different societies and journalist, too. By personal request of bishop Jantausch was Andrej Cvinček designed as the Apostolic protonotary.

The profession of a clergyman, a priest of a certain church corporation, regardless of the degree of his hierarchical affiliation, is one of the chosen „paths in life“. In addition to serving God, the priest is supposed to serve the people entrusted to him and lead them clearly to his knowledge. The profession of a priest working in the field of the armed forces and armed corps, included not only in the service of God and the Church, but also in the state service, is particularly demanding. The priest in uniform finds himself in situations confronting the spiritual interior of the individual with the outside world, its surroundings. The priest must therefore artfully reconcile the given ideological essence of the soldier’s or policeman’s personality with the reality for which he was prepared by professional education and training. The contradiction between idea and reality can be tangible especially in the conditions of experienced armed military or social confrontation. The values of peace are confronted with the purpose of war. That is when the priest’s mission in the armed forces of the state irreplaceable. The article aims to point out some connections between faced with this dilemma.

In his Letters Antony speaks of wisdom which takes on three meanings: practical, mental, and spiritual. Practical wisdom, reflected in the term ?????, covers both the craftsmen such as poets, musicians. Mental wisdom for Antony means a certain disdain of all too material preoccupations as to be able to know oneself but also to understand the time in which we live. Spiritual wisdom is the ability to see through the deceptions of the devil, while recognizing the goodness of the Father. These three types of wisdom in the letters of St. Anthony were addressed to his contemporaries, but they have not lost their actuality. They also have something to say to the man of today.
