Motivation in der Bildungsarbeit mit erwachsenen Migranten 成人移民教育的动机

This article deals with motivation as a competence of teachers in adult education. The target group of the teachers are migrants. Twelve adult education employees who impart knowledge to refugees in various projects and institutions were interviewed. Guided episodic interviews were conducted. These were transcribed and evaluated using structuring qualitative content analysis. In summary, the analysis found that the biographical proximity to foreign cultures, identification with the refugees based on one's own migration or refugee experience, and the pleasure of having placed migrants in training or work are motivating factors.

The main directions of social activity of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church are revealed in modern Ukrainian society. The influence of the Church on the formation of the system of moral and ethical values of the society and its role in overcoming the spiritual crisis in the conditions of globalization processes of the postmodern society. It is proved that the decisive role in the search for answers to the civilizational challenges facing Ukraine and its culture undoubtedly belongs to the Church, education and science as the universe that connects all spheres of human being. The social activity of the Church indeed directs life processes, ensures the formation of the young generation of Ukrainians with harmoniously developed intellect, inherited experience, moral principles and values. The author of this article highlighted that the war in eastern Ukraine, the economic crisis, pervasive corruption, failed social reforms, poverty, and the endless transformation of Ukrainian society have led to many social problems and daunting challenges for the Christian churches in Ukraine. The development of social thinking of religious organizations, the search for the spiritual meaning of the development of society, effective social work, and the spiritual and moral health of society are the most important, key areas of Ukrainian society in the conditions and context of globalization.

The process of student motivation is one of the most difficult processes that the teacher and the student encounter in the teaching process. Motivation consists of intrinsic and extrinsic factors. One of the prerequisites for adequate extrinsic motivation is to set the teaching conditions appropriately. In this paper, we approach the use of digital photography and the setting of its parameters in the educational process as experiential learning.

The paper presents the theoretical basis of the STEM concept. It characterizes STEM and its use within the educational process for pupils with special educational needs. The paper presents several research findings that present the results of the application of the STEM concept in the educational process for students with special educational needs in Indonesia, for students with learning disabilities (LD) and attention deficit / hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), support for students with disabilities and limited knowledge of English and professional development of teachers within the use of the STEM method during the educational process and others. The conclusion of the paper is dedicated to the possibilities of using STEM in the future within the educational process of students with special needs.

In the text of the contribution, we describe the creation and structure of the birth of the work of art. We focus on visual communication, which is connected with the reception of an art artifact.

The presented text deals with the description of the process of development and verification of the working version of an educational program aimed at increasing the digital competences of persons leaving prison. The program is being verified in selected Czech and Slovak prison institutions. It focuses on improving the digital competences of convicts, necessary for managing everyday tasks in the online world and thus increasing the prerequisites for their successful integration into everyday life.

It is known that there is a significant positive relationship between the school‘s organizational climate and the teachers’ job satisfaction. The school climate is a feeling of job practice towards visible characteristics of the organization. It can influence work practitioners’ behavior and attitude. It is important to cause one’s affect working efficiency as well. That is why the teachers’ job satisfaction is an integral indicator leading to effectiveness at schools. If the teachers are satisfied with job practice at schools, they would be easily successful. The study deals with a few key factors of young Kyrgyzstan municipal teachers‘ job satisfaction, including teaching hours, leadership, autonomy, and decision-making principles. These factors can affect the teachers‘ job performance specifically. The results of the study demonstrate that professional cooperation and a supportive working environment at schools are important variables explaining young teachers‘ professionalism.

The study deals with a few key factors of young Kyrgyzstan municipal teachers‘ job satisfaction, including teaching hours, leadership, autonomy, and decision-making principles. These factors can affect the teachers‘ job performance specifically.
