Investigating, managing, reflecting on, reading, reorganizing, conceiving, activating and implementing new ideas, notions and terms in the context of an extended research study lie at the core of creativity and innovation. The most important step after you have coined a new idea is to investigate the idea’s potential to be transformed into a successful implementation in class and in education more generally. In this paper, I present a brief review on the studies I have conducted since 2005 into the notion of linking visual active representations. In this context, I will also present a table which lists the new terms I have coined in association with the DGS environments, and listing the publications in which they were reported. In conclusion, I present my views on the contribution Dynamic Geometry systems have made to the construction of knowledge and to the learning and teaching of mathematics.

This research examines the work engagement and organizational commitment effect on leadermember exchange (LMX) and its implications for employee performance at Aceh One Stop Investment and Services Office (DPMPTSP Aceh). This study has the same population and sample size, namely 149 because it used census techniques. The model was tested and analyzed through SEM-AMOS The results concluded that Engagement, Commitment, LMX, and Performance have been going well, Engagement affects LMX, Commitment affects LMX, Engagement affects performance, Commitment affects performance, LMX affects performance, Engagement affects performance mediated by LMX, commitment affects performance mediated by LMX. The test results also reveal that LMX in the model functions as a partial mediator. Thus, the model for increasing DPMPTSP Aceh employee performance is proven to be a function of strengthening engagement, commitment, and LMX. These findings contribute to the development of a theoretical model of performance and can be used as a reference for further research model development. The next research model can identify other variables that can have an impact on the current model, thereby strengthening the theory of causality in the field of management science.

Motivation is a significant factor of academic success to actively engage the students in a more meaningful discussion. And the big challenge here is getting the students motivated enough to cope with the new system, learn, and succeed on their own which is critical to their academic performance and overall success. This study aimed to measure and analyze if there is significant relationship between the motivational factors as perceived by the science students and their academic performance. Likewise, association between the motivational factors and learners’ satisfaction is also measured. The study is a descriptive-correlational in nature and employ in sixty-five (65) science students of Laguna State Polytechnique University. Survey questionnaire is adapted in Science Motivational Questionnaire (SMQ-II) and a researchermade questionnaire are administered to gather data that are needed and crucial for this study. The study found out that there is no significant relationship between the motivational factors and academic performance of the students. Notably, there is enough evidence that supported the claim that motivational factors are significantly correlated with the satisfaction of the students towards learning components. However, it appears that the assessment in anxiety as motivational factors has no significant relation with any of the learning components. Likewise, the component learning environment, is also not associated with any motivational factors.

Education is a fundamental human right because it empowers individuals with the knowledge and skills needed to increase production and income, as well as enabling individuals take advantage of employment opportunities in order to reduce poverty (UNESCO, 2010). It is the valuable thing that society can give its membership. It helps fight ignorance and the acquisition of knowledge creating a better citizenry in terms of prospects in life (Fanuel, 2011). This research paper presents findings of a study on the factors influencing low transition rates of pupils from primary schools in Isinya sub county, Kajiado County. The study was guided by the following objective: To investigate the extent to which cultural practices influences the transition rates from primary to secondary schools in Isinya sub county, Kajiado County. The study was prompted by the fact that transition in Isinya Sub County is low compared to the neighbouring sub counties. There was also no evidence of researchers who had carried out a similar study in Isinya Sub County, Kajiado County. The study employed a mixed methods approach research design since the target population consisted a total sample of 173 respondents was engaged from the sample drawn. These included 28 secondary school principals, 39 head teachers and 106 learners. Stratified random sampling method was used to pick the respondents. Questionnaires were the major tools for data collection. The implications and findings of the study were analysed and formed the basis for the study recommendations and conclusions. From the findings there was a notable gap on cultural factors and lack of peer role models were also established to weigh in heavily in inhibiting education transition among learners in the area of study. Key recommendations have been made to the said effect and it is the hope of the researcher that this work will not only serve for the intended academic purpose but largely inform relevant departments on the need to address the burden of transition in the county of study.

This study investigated the effect of income inequality on the economic growth in Nigeria from 1981-2021, Ordinary least squared (OLS) method of data analysis was adopted because of its Best Linear Unbiased Estimators (BLUE) properties. The variables used were sourced from Central Bank of Nigeria Statistical Bulletin. The variables used were income inequality, employment, education, poverty and government capital expenditure and real gross domestic product. The collected data were sourced from central bank of Nigeria (CBN) statistical bulletin 2021 The study adopted the unit root test, co-integration approach, as well as Error Correction Mechanism. E- View software was used for the analysis. The study found that: Income inequality has no significant effect on economic growth in Nigeria: Employment rate has significant positive effect on economic growth in Nigeria: Poverty has significant negative effect on economic growth in Nigeria: The study recommends that, there is need for the government to change the education system to ensure that new training methods, which develop existing skills and create skills where they do not exist are implemented. There is also a need to put in place training policies that will strengthen the competitive capacities of the work force and increase the competitiveness. The provision of employment opportunities is the peak of any economic and social reform plan that aims to improve quality of life by achieving sustainable human development.

The environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance of clean technology enterprises is thoroughly examined throughout this study project, revealing the complex interactions between ESG factors and company value and overall performance. Clean technologies are an important sector that are distinguished from traditional counterparts that provide comparable goods or services by their ability to reduce environmental footprints, notably through reduced emissions or more responsible exploitation of natural resources. This broad area includes a wide range of advancements, including technologies for sustainable water management, sophisticated energy storage options, and improvements to energy efficiency. Our study is considered significant on several levels. In order to understand the dynamics of how ESG performance relates to firm value, it first aims to examine the ESG performance of clean technology businesses. These businesses have a special attractiveness since they portray a 'clean' image and significantly improve the standard of living for people in both developed and developing countries. Their accomplishments go beyond just making money; they also make significant attempts to improve society. Additionally, investments in clean technology are frequently hailed as crucial for boosting the competitiveness of governments and businesses alike while also offering an improved standard of living for their population. The theoretical ramifications of our study are revealed in the detailed relationships between ESG performance and business value in the clean technology sector. We pave the path for a greater knowledge of how businesses working in this industry contribute to broader sustainability in both the economy and the environment by building a sophisticated awareness of these links. Our findings have significant potential for investors, decision-makers, and business titans. They offer important insights on how clean technology companies should be strategically positioned, potentially influencing investment choices, forming regulatory frameworks, and directing corporate strategies toward more environmentally and socially conscious actions. Our research also adds to the growing conversation about the critical role that clean technology plays in enhancing citizens' well-being and competitiveness by providing a road map for interested parties. In conclusion, this study adds to our understanding of the ESG performance of clean technology firms and how it affects firm value, highlighting their critical role in determining the future of sustainability and prosperity for societies and economies around across the globe.

Defence policy, such as total defence (also known as comprehensive defence), are considered a matter of national priority and consensus in some states. Comprehensive defence, viewed as whole government and whole society approach to national defence, plays a critical role in national defence and deterrence credibility. The modern-day concept of comprehensive national defence remains staple in defence planning and the perception of risks to national security as it is based on two fundamental principles – resistance and resilience. Total defence, as a concept, is intended to ensure the best possible utilization of society’s limited resources when it comes to prevention, contingency planning and consequence management across the entire spectrum of crises. The article discusses the idea of comprehensive national defence and represents a basic review of the defence approaches of some states such as Singapore, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Poland, Finland, Sweden, Norwey and Georgia to identify fundamental pillars of comprehensive defence concept.
