Based on the provincial panel data from 1989 to 2013 and the fixed effects model, this paper presents an empirical study in the means of insurance, law and government expenditure on disaster prevention and mitigation and discusses the specific impact of the formal system to natural disaster losses. Based on the industry ecosystem theory, this paper constructs the strategy and planning environment analysis framework and evaluation system of power grid enterprises from the three aspects: macro environment, industry environment and core ecological environment. And it carries out empirical analysis taking A grid enterprises as the research object. The results show that the overall environment of A enterprise strategy and planning environment is good. Specifically, political and legal environment and economic environment have a favorable impact on enterprise development, but the power reform environment and competitor environment have certain adverse effects on the realization of corporate strategy and planning objectives. This paper provides theoretical and methodological support for strategy and planning environmental assessment of grid enterprises, which could promote the scientificity and systematicness.

. In contemporary society, the strategy of multimodal communication has been adopted by more and more industries, including advertisements industry. In this paper, the author tries to use multimodal communication theories to analyze dynamic video advertisements. With the help of Systemic Functional Semiotics & Multimodal Interactional Analysis, resistance emotion of audiences could be reduced, the trust could be built and the persuasion effect could be improved in multimodal ways.

In view of the emergence of unexpected incidents of network public opinion governance problems, government departments use micro-blog to govern network public opinion, to provide reference for relevant government departments to strengthen social public opinion information dissemination governance. In this paper, Sina Microblog’s "didi car" topic as an example, using Python programming to crawl and collect Sina Microblog’s data, and drawing charts by Excel software. By aiming at the current situation of the government's governance of microblog public opinion, this paper provides suggestions for the future government's governance of microblog public opinion.

: The car-hailing market has the characteristics of diversification of subjects and cross-regional transactions, and its derivative trading community presents a highly complex structure. However, there are also some problems in the car-hailing market, such as rampant black car phenomenon, frequent refusal of compensation and anomie of rights and interests protection. How to regulate these regulatory problems in the market needs to be discussed in depth.This paper tries to solve the ambiguity in legislation and promote the healthy development of the sharing economy by putting forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures.

. Qian Zhongshu suggests that Zhuangzi intended to “disenchant words by words” when he used the metaphor. Qian explains it from the uncertainty of metaphor (two handles and multi-sides). I believe that Qian only understands metaphor from the level of rhetoric. It is impossible to reasonably explain why metaphors can cancel each other out, so that they can “disenchant the words”. We should go deep into the human thinking mode hidden behind the metaphor, that is, affirmative thinking. The juxtaposition of two extremely metaphors can play a role in dissolving this mode of thinking and thus disenchanting the language.
