Research on Higher Vocational Education Adapting requirements for talents of manufacturing enterprises in the "one belt and one way" strategy -- Taking Guangdong as an example 高等职业教育适应“一带一路”战略对制造业企业人才需求的研究——以广东为例

It is more than five years since President Xi Jinping proposed the "one belt and one way" initiative. The "one belt and one road" initiative originated from China and belongs to the world. Under the background of "one belt and one road" strategy, higher vocational colleges have the responsibility to cultivate talents who are suitable for economic and social development. In October 2018, General Secretary Xi visited Guangdong, demanding that Guangdong continue to deepen reform and promote high-quality development. Based on the investigation of the demand for talents in Guangdong's manufacturing industry and the current situation of personnel training in higher vocational education, the following conclusions can be drawn: higher vocational colleges should vigorously develop the international vocational education mode, promote the innovation of the Political Education Association and the educational mechanism, maintain long-term cooperation with the manufacturing enterprises along the "one belt and one road", and organize the "one way and one way" volunteer service activities, and apply the new system. The media network platform fostering the technological innovation ability of college students and spreading the positive energy of "one belt and one road". Research on the Ways to Realize the Value of Civil Servants’ Network Training 实现公务员网络培训价值的途径研究

Network is the product of the development of the times. Developing civil servant network training can effectively expand the research field of civil servant training theory in the network era, and it is also an innovative measure to alleviate the contradiction between work and study and satisfy the individual needs. The network training of civil servants shows the characteristics of the times, such as the unity of virtuality and reality, the unity of subjectivity and dominance, the unity of diachronic and synchronic. To realize its value, we should set up people-centered training values, strengthen the construction of curriculum resources, build a high-quality and convenient online learning platform, and carry out scientific and reasonable quality assessment.

The Game Analysis of Compensation for Traffic Accidents Based on Pedestrian Vehicle Collision 基于行人车辆碰撞的交通事故赔偿博弈分析

Taking the traffic accident compensation based on pedestrian vehicle collision as example, this paper carries out modeling description on final-offer arbitration model. And then the Nash equilibrium solution of the traffic accident compensation is analyzed in the final-offer arbitration model. Finally, The Analysis of Nash Equilibrium on Final-offer Arbitration Model is given under the Cauchy distribution and the Laplace distribution. The high-yielding is obtained by the parties to the dispute rationally.

Emotional Perception Analysis of Fragrance Essential Oils 香味精油的情绪感知分析

Nowadays, people are under great pressure. It is becoming more and more common to relieve stress by refreshing the body's essential oils, calming emotions and restoring physical and mental health. However, the service content and project similarity of aromatherapy products on the market are extremely high, and it is extremely difficult for the market to have a differentiation advantage, which is easy to cause consumer loyalty and is easily replaced. Therefore, how to provide emotional sensory aromatherapy combination products with scientific data from aromatherapy practitioners will be the main research focus of this study. Therefore, this study will conduct a survey of various aroma formulas by questionnaire survey, and then through statistical analysis to understand the degree of differentiation and change of various aroma formulations. By using the methods of documentation and case analysis, this paper explore the application value of artificial intelligence to school sports, and analyzes the organic combination between artificial intelligence and sports teaching based on the practical difficulties and countermeasures of applying artificial intelligence in school sports. A study on the relationship between Customer Misbehavior and Turnover Intention of Hospitality employees- the self-efficacy as moderator variable 酒店员工顾客不当行为与离职意向的关系研究——自我效能感作为调节变量

: While customer misbehavior, turnover intention and self-efficacy have been extensively investigated, the relationship between the above three research fields is relatively unexplored. This paper studies the three constructs relationship and moderating of self-efficacy situation. Using the hospitality industry employees as an example, this paper will argue that the regression analysis can provide a framework for customer misbehaviors have a positive impact on turnover intention, as well as giving self-efficacy has an impact on turnover intention, and a method of analyzing self-efficacy has an impact on customer misbehaviors, and find self-efficacy has a moderating effect on customer misbehaviors and turnover intention. The results indicate that not all hypotheses are set up. These findings contribute to the organizational management and theoretical construction of the hospitality industry.
顾客不当行为、离职意向和自我效能感已经得到了广泛的研究,但上述三个研究领域之间的关系却相对较少。本文研究了自我效能情境的三种构念关系及其调节作用。本文将以酒店业员工为例,论证回归分析可以为顾客不当行为对离职倾向的正向影响以及给予自我效能感对离职倾向的影响提供框架,并提出自我效能感对顾客不当行为的影响分析方法,发现自我效能感对顾客不当行为和离职倾向具有调节作用。结果表明,并不是所有的假设都成立。这些研究结果对酒店业的组织管理和理论建设有一定的借鉴意义。
