Financial sustainability for revolving loan fund programs has been a topic of utmost interest especially to most non-profit organization (NGO) leaders, potential funders, including those communities that these programs function for. Financial sustainability makes the basis for community development which combines interventions by development-workers both from governmental and non-governmental agencies. This study sought to investigate the strategies adopted to improve financial sustainability of funding programs that related to revolving loans with one singular case study of a World Vision Burundi HIV/AIDS project in Gashoho ADP. The study is used descriptive research design to seek opinion of respondents. Descriptive statistics and inferential statistics were used to evaluate and assess quantitative information whereas the thematic analysis was utilised to evaluate qualitative information. The study found that training on fund use, reduction of corruption, increasing awareness on vision of revolving loan funds, development of entrepreneurial mindset among beneficiaries, implementation of good financial management system, proper monitoring & evaluation of the performance of revolving loan fund programs as effective strategies for enhancing financial sustainability of revolving loan fund programs in Gashoho for enhancing financial sustainability of revolving loan funds in Burundi, Gashoho ADP. The study concluded that fund- use training was related to financial sustainability of revolving loan fund programs (r=.2017; R- square = 0.0408). The study showed that financial management is effective in ensuring the financial sustainability of revolving funds programs by increasing knowledge on the utilization of financial resources (r=0.08). Similarly, the study concluded that monitoring and evaluation is a key to achieving the financial sustainability of revolving loan funds programs(r=0.116; Chi- Square=0.008; and F-Statistic = 2.72 at significance level =.100). The study concluded that training on fund use, financial management practices and Monitoring and evaluation of projects as the key strategies for the financial sustainability of revolving funds. The study recommended that revolving funds adopts these tripartite strategies to ensure the revolving remain sustainable after the donor leaves the project.

This study aims to investigate variables that motive brand community engagement. Moreover, explore the mediating role of brand evangelism between brand community engagement and brand defense. The data was collected using quantitative research through an online questionnaire-based survey from 217 active members of certain social media brand communities (SMBCs) which are Facebook and Whatsapp. I chose them because they provide similar functionality. The data was analyzed by using regression analysis. Facebook; for example, adopting instant messaging (IM) features similar to those found in Whatsapp however, the two tools of social media provide different social practices, resulting in different user experiences with the same functionality. Thus, the current research adapted these two tools to add richness to data collection. Respondents are a variety of university students and more than 50 different occupations. The data was analyzed by using multiple regression analysis. The research findings provide a comprehensive analysis of user perceptions and engagement within an entertainment platform across eight dimensions. Users generally hold favorable opinions of the platform, with high ratings for entertainment and information, while self-discovery offers opportunities for improvement. Reliability analysis indicates strong internal consistency among measured items, enhancing data trustworthiness. The correlation matrix underscores significant relationships among dimensions, highlighting their interconnectedness. Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin and Bartlett's Test supports data suitability. Communalities reveal variable significance through PCA. Regression analysis demonstrates the model's effectiveness in explaining engagement variance. Additionally, mediation analysis emphasizes the direct effects of engagement on brand defense, and the indirect one via brand evangelism, contributing to a deeper understanding of user experiences on the platform.

This study aimed to determine the level of assessment of School Improvement Plan 2013-2015: basis for the Technical Assistance Plan in the Division of Sagay City, Negros Occidental. The respondents of the study were the 72 school heads, 72 teachers-representatives who were member of the school planning team, 72 parents and 25 LGU representatives in the Division of Sagay City. The validated instruments were distributed and discussed during the Focus Group Discussion to the four group of respondents. The study employed the descriptive research design. The processing of data was done with the use of Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) Software.The mean was used to determine the level of assessment of the four groups of respondents in the three phases and when they are grouped according to their profile variables. Mann-Whitney U-Test was used to determine whether or not significant difference existed on the level of assessment of school improvement plan in the three phases when the four group of respondents were grouped and compared according to their profile variables. Qualitative questions were classified, grouped and synthesized based on the magnitude of observation for intervention. Results of the study showed that the level of assessment of the school heads revealed a very high rating in the Assess, Plan and Act phases and when taken as a whole. Teachers rated the three phases in a high level. Parents rated the Assess phase in a high level, while Plan and Act phases in a moderate level. Likewise, LGU representatives rates the Assess phase in a very high level, Plan phase as high level and the Act phase as moderate level. When differences were considered school heads, parents and LGU representatives find no significant difference on the level of assessment on school improvement plan. Teachers revealed a significant difference in the Assess phase when grouped and compared according to position title. For the Plan phase, a significant difference found when grouped according to highest educational attainment, position title and average family monthly income. Further, for Act phase, a significant difference existed when grouped according to age. The rest of the responses find no significant difference. Examining deeper the results of the study reveals that it is essential for DepEd Division of Sagay City to package technical assistance plan for the four respondents on various issues contributory to the crafting of School Improvement Plan.

This study aimed to determine the level of organizational, social, economic and financial performance of cooperatives when taken altogether and when grouped according to variables and to determine if there is significant difference on the level of organizational, social, economic and financial performance of cooperatives when grouped according variables. This aims to know whether or not organizational, social, and economic performance of cooperatives significantly predict financial management performance of cooperatives. Descriptive-Quantitative design is used in this study and instrument used was the Cooperative Performance Report Questionnaire together with interview questions which were conducted through face to face interview. Organizational, Social, Economic and Financial Management Performance of Cooperatives in Negros Occidental when taken altogether is excellent, very satisfactory, excellent, and satisfactory, respectively. There is significant difference in the level of organizational performance when grouped according to variables. No significant difference in social performance when grouped according to variables. No significant differences in economic performance of cooperatives when grouped according to variables. In financial performance of cooperatives when grouped according to variables a significant difference existed, when grouped as to classification, however, no significant difference existed in financial performance of cooperatives when grouped according to age. Organizational, social, economic performances of cooperatives are predictors of financial performance. There is significant relationship between organizational performance and social performance, organizational performance and economic performance, organizational performance and financial management performance, social performance and economic performance, no significant relationship between social performance and financial management performance, economic performance and financial management performance, respectively. Cooperatives maybe encouraged to sustain excellent organizational, social, economic and financial management performances while very satisfactory and satisfactory performances needs improvement. Programs on the improvement of financial performance of cooperatives may be initiated by cooperatives or by proper authorities’ in-charge. Lastly, close and intensive monitoring of Cooperative performance is recommended.

The purpose of this study was to examine the best practices of instructional leadership among principals of primary and secondary schools in Male’, Maldives, based on teachers’ perceptions. The Principal Instructional Management Rating Scale (PIMRS), developed by Hallinger and Murphy (1985) and modified by Hallinger and Wang (2015), served as the instrument for data collection through a questionnaire. A total of 392 teachers from schools in Male’, Maldives, were surveyed and data were analyzed using SPSS 26.0. The result of the study shows that all three dimensions of instructional leadership—"defining the school mission" (mean 4.05), "managing the instructional program" (mean 3.94), and "developing a positive school learning climate" (mean 3.72)—have reached a high level in practice. The study shows that the three best practices of principals in instructional leadership are to effectively communicate the school's mission to members of the school community (dimension 'Defining the School's Mission', mean 4.12), to clarify who is responsible for coordinating the curriculum across grade levels (dimension 'Managing the Instructional Program', mean 4.29), and to encourage teachers to use class time to teach and practice new skills and concepts (dimension 'Developing a Positive School Climate', mean 4.10). It is hoped that this study will provide useful insights that will be effective in improving the instructional leadership skills of principals to improve the academic performance of students and create a world-class human capital that is comparably excellent.

This study investigated and explored the research perception, competence and work performance of teachers which was made basis for a capability building plan. This study further examined the teachers’ level of research perception in the area of time, cost, and knowledge as well as the teachers’ level of competence in the area of ability to work under pressure, ability to communicate, and technology capability in relation to their work performance. With the use of a qualitative research approach and a sample size of 155 teachers’ the data of the research perception, competence and work performance of teachers were collected. The findings revealed that there are no significant differences in the level of research perception and competence when each area is grouped according to the variable of highest educational attainment, number of trainings attended and length of service. It also revealed that there are significant differences existed in the level of teachers work performance specifically in the variable of educational attainment and length of service. It also revealed that there is no significant relationship existed between the level of research perception of District Murcia II teachers and their work performance. And there is a significant relationship existed between the level of research competence of District Murcia II teachers and their work performance. A proposed capability building plan was made to address the problem of teachers in terms of their level perception and competence in action research writing.

This study further examined the teachers’ level of research perception in the area of time, cost, and knowledge as well as the teachers’ level of competence in the area of ability to work under pressure, ability to communicate, and technology capability in relation to their work performance. With the use of a qualitative research approach and a sample size of 155 teachers’ the data of the research perception, competence and work performance of teachers were collected. The findings revealed that there are no significant differences in the level of research perception and competence when each area is grouped according to the variable of highest educational attainment, number of trainings attended and length of service. It also revealed that there are significant differences existed in the level of teachers work performance specifically in the variable of educational attainment and length of service. It also revealed that there is no significant relationship existed between the level of research perception of District Murcia II teachers and their work performance. And there is a significant relationship existed between the level of research competence of District Murcia II teachers and their work performance. Les bassins versants présentent un grand potentiel. Les rivières qui en découlent sont captées pour la production de l’énergie hydroélectrique mais aussi pour le traitement de l’eau destinée à la consommation humaine. Dans l’objectif de faire un apport à l’étude du bassin versant de la N’djili, nous avons calculé les paramètres hydro-climatiques (pluviométrie moyenne, température moyenne, évapotranspiration, la recharge et l’humidité relative), les paramètres morphométriques (superficie et périmètre, indice de compacité de Gravelius, indice de circularité, altitude moyenne, rectangle équivalent, indice de pente et dénivelée spécifique) et nous avons fini par le contexte hydrographique où nous avons classifié le réseau hydrographique tout en calculant la densité de drainage, la densité hydrographique, le temps de concentration, la vitesse d’écoulement et l’indice d’humidité topographique.

English for Specific Purposes (ESP) is regarded as a challenging course for students since it necessitates not only a solid foundation in basic English but also a strong understanding of professional topics in order for pupils to acquire this material effectively. The authors discovered that there was little student participation in class sessions when teaching ESP. Finding out why students don't actively participate in class activities as well as what kinds of activities can encourage students to do so was the goal of the research. The study was carried out on a group of 24 English students majoring in human resource management at a university in Hanoi. After 6 weeks of face-to-face learning, activities to encourage student participation were applied. Both qualitative (interviews and discussions) and quantitative (surveys) methods are used in the research. The research team used a 5-level Likert Scale survey to collect information from students. Research results have shown the reasons why students limit their participation in activities, as well as the factors that help increase student participation in activities that lecturers deploy in the classroom.

This study aims to investigate influence of perceived anthropomorphism, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, privacy concerns, as well as attitude on intention to adopt AI banking services. The research follows a positivistic and deductive reasoning approach, utilizing experimental techniques in a cross-sectional design. Data of 210 responses collected through a questionnaire distributed via Google Docs were analyzed using Smart PLS3. The results indicate that intention to adopt AI banking services is influenced by perceived anthropomorphism, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and privacy concerns through attitude. Strong correlations among all variables were observed, highlighting the significant and positive impact of artificial intelligence on encouraging acceptance of advanced technology in banking sector in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Future research is recommended to test various other variables using the same research model in different countries. Practical implications include the need for senior managers and policymakers in financial institutions to formulate relevant policies and marketing strategies aligned with customer needs. This research study's primary objective is to prospect and examine factors impelling consumer adoption intentions of artificial intelligence in banking sector in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

In educational institutions, teachers are a core part of the management element. Teacher Performance Assessment is an assessment of each item of the teacher's main task activities in the context of career development, rank, and position. The implementation of a teacher's main duties cannot be separated from a teacher's ability to master knowledge, skills, and attitudes in carrying out their duties as a professional educator. To improve teacher performance, research is needed to obtain good information regarding other variables that can be used to improve teacher performance. This research aims to make efforts to improve teacher performance by researching the influence of teamwork, interpersonal communication, adversity quotient, and work motivation. This research uses the path analysis method to determine the influence between the variables studied and the SITOREM method for indicator analysis to obtain optimal solutions to improve teacher performance. The population of this study was 289 PGRI Vocational School teachers in Bogor Regency. A sample was taken from this population using the Slovin formula and a sample of 168 people was obtained. The results of the analysis using the path analysis method show that there is a positive influence between teamwork and teacher performance with a large effect of βz1 = 0.254 so that strengthening teamwork can improve teacher performance. There is a positive influence between adversity quotient and teacher performance with a large effect of βz2 = 0.179 so that the strengthening of interpersonal communication can improve teacher performance. There is a positive influence between interpersonal communication and teacher performance with a large effect of βz3 = 0.183 so strengthening the adversity quotient can improve teacher performance. There is a positive influence between work motivation and teacher performance with a large effect of βz4 = 0.292 so strengthening work motivation can improve teacher performance. From the SITOREM analysis, the optimal solution is obtained, namely from the 27 indicators studied 14 indicators are in good condition so these indicators only need to be maintained or developed, and 13 indicators are still weak and need to be improved. Improvements to indicators that are still weak are complemented by a priority order for their handling. Good indicators are: 1) Ownership, 2) Resilience, 3) Achievement, 4) Job attachment, 5) Good supervision, 6) Adequate rewards, 7) Trust, 8) Harmony, 9) Completeness, 10) Empathy, 11) Openness, 12) Positivity, 13) Work Productivity and 14) Quantity of Work Results Indicators that need to be improved in order of priority for handling are as follows: 1st Control, 2nd Authenticity, 3rd Desire to get appreciation and recognition, 4 th Job Guarantee, 5 th Desire for power, 6 th Accountability, 7 th Group Goal Orientation, 8 th Coordination, 9 th Support, 10 th Equality, 11 th Quality of Work, 12 th Work Effectiveness, 13 th Work Efficiency.
