Green growth promotes entrepreneurship with cutting-edge technology and advances in the modernization of production processes through the best use of company resources and preserving natural wealth. This manuscript aimed to know the Tehuacan businesspeople’s perceptions around green competitiveness in three dimensions: perception, experience, and management. The method was quantitative, non-experimental, cross-sectional, and descriptive, for which a research instrument was carried out to determine if they included actions related to climate change based on organizational management and focused on green growth. The findings around the three dimensions in the Phase 1 of the implementation model are that most of the companies are including climate change and green growth actions; however, they do not designate any investment for this purpose. The reasons to attend the climate change and green growth are the tax benefits, the relevant information procurement and technological assistance. Furthermore, the main consequences around green growth are regulatory compliance, financial performance, and positive corporate reputation. In the same sense, it is necessary to perform the other phases of the model and apply this model in other cultures and with different sort of enterprises.

Patterns could be expressed in numbers [1]. Numbers can be used to communicate in everyday life [2]. At the smallest scale, information as stored as 0 and 1[2]. The purpose of this paper is to propose automation through a simple ordering process. It is about automating our tasks by using the information above that everything is stored as 0 and 1 at the smallest scale. This information could be used to automate our tasks in information and software systems.

Minimizing of waste of materials on the construction sites contributes greatly to the general cost of the building as a result of improper supervision on sites towards storage, handling and usage of materials. However, the cost of providing building materials required to complete any construction project is greatly high perhaps amounting to 55%-60% of the tender figure. The research was aimed at ensuring effective and efficient storage and handling of construction materials at construction sites in Volta and Oti Regions to ensure waste minimization harnessed with the needed productivity, in relation to construction material management. To effectively carry out this project, a survey method through the use of techniques such as questionnaire, observation and interviews were undertaken to actually determine what took place on the construction site in terms of material management thus, storage and handling on construction sites. Population for the study covered 25 construction companies in both Volta and Oti Regions. Quota sampling technique was adopted to distribute questionnaires to 200 respondents and stratified random sampling techniques for selection of 50 operatives on sites visited. Furthermore, interviews were carried out for 15 interviewees and also observed 35 operatives. The method used to analyze the data was descriptive statistics in percentiles through the use of tables and charts. The results showed that, building materials are not properly kept, space allocated for material storage was not enough, poor mode of material transport to site and lack of keeping adequate records among few. It is hereby recommended that Contractors, Site Supervisors and Storekeepers in the construction industries needed to be given sufficient education on the technical knowhow of material storage and handling on site. Prompt delivery of material on sites, good documentations and transport of materials, coupled with proper supervision during batching and mixing of building materials, and finally, appropriate Site layout plans mostly showing location of building and also space allocated for material storage should be applied on most Ghanaian construction.

In [1], it was given that the principle defining movement of energy is equilibrium. This paper describes a further notion or reason that defines movement of energy. In [2], it was stated that energy moves from a place of higher magnitude to a place of lower magnitude. This paper highlights a simple reason defining motion of energy by reasoning.

The study investigated work related stress and result based performance of academic staff in Federal Polytechnics of South East Nigeria (Federal Polytechnic, Oko, Federal Polytechnic Nekede, Akanu Ibiam Federal Polytechnic Unwana Afikpo). Structured questionnaire was the principal tool used in eliciting information from three hundred and fifteen (315) respondents drawn from the study population. Descriptive statistics and regression analysis were used in data analysis. The result of the regression analysis shows that work related stress has a negative significant impact on the result based performance. The model summary and ANOVA results presented show that the model is highly fitted with no auto correlation with an overall significant regression. The researcher concludes that the commitment of educational stakeholders towards the welfare of academic staff will reduce work-related stress.

Communication is oral, written, etc. When we communicate through writing or any other way, we should pay attention to our addressee or interlocutor so as to avoid hurting the latter, be it in speaking or writing. I was shocked to notice students are not prudent to the way they are addressing to others: teachers, pupils, inspectors and so on. The speaker or writer of any language should respect some established principles of that language i.e. the communication in any language is interesting when it implies the use and respect of that languages’ politeness rules. I have selected twenty dissertations from the department of English of the Teacher Training College of Mbujimayi, DRC. These dissertations are from different domains: grammar, theoretical linguistics, and literature or applied linguistics. I have been focused on dissertations sections such as: Problem definition, choice and interest of the work, aims and purposes of the study, and further studies. I have noticed that the politeness maxims are more violated in dissertations than they are observed. To avoid violating more the politeness principle (PP) in both speaking and writing, I have suggested that the PP get taught to students in conversations and research methodology courses. Students should be familiarized to practicing the PP maxims in classroom reports and debates, in essay writing, in letters, etc.

Fire is the only source of heat and light energy. It is often wondered what is the principle governing the movement of energy. This paper describes that. The principle governing movement of energy (or heat energy) is thermal equilibrium [1]. This is the condition governing movement of energy. Examples of thermal equilibrium could be found in atmosphere and man-made objects [1].

Artificial Intelligence is the way one can solve problems occurring in everyday life. A lot of mathematical solutions are presented as to how one learns and the way one should learn to give rise to some kind of intelligence. Deep learning is an example of this [1]. Problems occur everywhere from mathematics to computer science. Intelligence is needed to solve problems. This paper is about that. It presents a simple method or way to solve problems intelligently. The next heading describes as to how one could solve problems in an intelligent manner.

In many belief systems throughout history, holiness has been attributed to the water element. In the Turkish belief system, too, water appears as a purifying element to which sacrifices are made, wishes are made, and the representative of abundance and fertility. In the sources, we see that the Turks prefer places close to water as their living space, and that water is the address of protection from evil and diseases, purification and cleaning, in short, healing. It is possible to see traces of the place of water among Turkish cultural codes in the first Turkish Islamic works, Dede Korkut stories, legends and travel books. When we look at the Turkish administrative system, while the Turkish khan and lords are responsible for protecting and watching over their people, water also protects the Turkish lords. On the other hand, it can be said that the main axis is formed around the water, from the fact that the new-born child has a healthy and beneficial long-lasting life in the transition period rituals in Anatolia, from the wish that the marriage will be prosperous when the bride pours water in a new marriage and the marriage will be fruitful, to the celebrations in the hidrellez around the water. In this study, the place and meaning of water in Turkish belief systems will be tried to be evaluated with examples.
