Research methods: comparative analysis of the skills required by employers compared to those currently provided, deduction of future needs in relation to future professions, modelling of the scenario of existence of future universities. As a result of the research we propose to identify the future specialties with an economic profile as a result of the application of information technologies with an economic profile, the required competences, the most effective study/learning methods, the determination of the university/economic studies in the futu re.

The main purpose of this study was to determine the compliance with the code of conduct and teaching performance of 347 public elementary teachers of 6th Congressional District of Negros Occidental using stratified random sampling. The descriptive research design was used. The modified survey questionnaire adapted from the study of Jongue (2010) and approved Individual Performance Commitment and Review Form (IPCRF) for S.Y. 2015-2016 was utilized to get the needed data. The data collected was analyzed using frequency and percentages, mode and Pearson-r correlation coefficient. Moreover, Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with 10 participants was utilized to enrich and supplement the results of the study. Results revealed that in terms of profile, majority of the participants were female, ages 31-40 and 11-20 years in length of service. For the teaching position, majority of the participants were Teacher 1 and Bachelor degree holders. For school location, majority of the participants were in the municipality. Furthermore, findings showed that the extent of the compliance with the code of conduct of the participants was “Always” and their overall teaching performance was very satisfactory. The study found significant differences in the variables and grouped according to the code of conduct. Finally, there were significant relationships found in various components of code of conduct and teaching performance. Recommendations on the findings for the capacity build-up of the participants in complying the code of conduct and teaching performance were given. Lastly, a Teachers Development Program (TDP) was proposed.

This study explores the important role played by Islamic microfinance in promoting financial inclusion in developing countries. Using empirical evidence, this research shows how Islamic microfinance institutions have helped in reducing poverty and improving the economic welfare of underprivileged communities. Through secondary data analysis and case studies, this research highlights how sharia economic principles such as the prohibition of riba (interest) and the emphasis on asset-based contracts have facilitated access to financial services for individuals previously underserved by conventional financial institutions. This research also discusses the challenges faced by the Islamic microfinance sector and provides recommendations for the future

Conflict is common in the project management industry. Project performance may be impacted negatively or favourably by human activities such as competing interests among stakeholders, project team members, and project managers, as well as by the intimidating methodology and structure of the project management process. This case study at the University of Salford looked into how human activity affects project management and performance. The mixed methodology used in this study allowed for a deeper understanding of the real-world experiences of the subjects and project teams. Project management students and professionals from the University of Salford provided the data, which was collected. The survey generated a sample size of 40 responses, of which 37 were reliable enough for analysis. At the University of Salford, it was discovered that relationships among team members were a crucial human activity that promoted cooperation, trust, and the extension of trust to others, thereby reducing conflict and ties of trust between stakeholders and project managers. However, positive team dynamics and strong group cohesion are required to actively and purposefully encourage conflict in order to achieve the project's aim, goals, and deliverables. Conflict in project performance and project management productivity, for example, may be reversed. Therefore, to achieve high performance and productivity, the project management process needs strong communication, positive team dynamics, and an understanding of scope. Conflict can have a negative effect on the process, lowering productivity and performance. Project managers should develop their communication skills to avoid this because it is a soft skill that can be learned and enhanced. This guarantees proper coordination, awareness of all stakeholders, and a decrease in conflict.

Fintech Syariah is an innovation that has the potential to strengthen the Islamic economy by providing more inclusive and syariah-compliant access to financial services. This article provides comprehensive literature on how Islamic finance technology benefits Muslim economies. Using a variety of literary analyses, this article explains how Fintech Syariah may increase access to money, provide innovative solutions for social and economic problems, and reduce the risk associated with financial inception. We also outline the necessary regulatory measures that must be taken to ensure that Islamic economic principles are adhered to in Fintech. The current study provides insight into how Fintech Syariah may become a significant tool for Muslim economic development, with implications that are particularly significant for the growth of the Islamic economy in the current digital era.

It is instructive that well organized healthcare systems existed in Africa before contacts with the outside world. During this period, midwifery services were prioritized because societal wellbeing depended on the quality and availability of child and maternity services. The arrival of European colonial imperialists with their assumed superior culture/civilization and their colonial economic agenda caused the introduction of Western biomedicine. This was intended in part to maintain a constant and healthy work force for colonial exploitation. Drawing from the case of Southern Cameroons, this paper sets out to examine the resilience of local midwifery practices in the face of an imposed Western biomedicine. The paper was informed by both primary and secondary sources. Archival information and oral interviews made up the primary sources while books, published articles and dissertations constituted the secondary sources. The discriptive historical approach was employed in the analysis of the work. This study submits that: African women were not passive subjects on issues of their reproductive life but agents that could reject imposed values and stick to their tested practices. The ideological and cultural arrogance that characterized the introduction of Western biomedicine had the unintended impact of galvanizing an unexpected resilience of traditional medical practices. Consequently appreciable change in favor of Western biomedicine was only witnessed in the period after independence.

Consequently appreciable change in favor of Western biomedicine was only witnessed in the period after independence.","PeriodicalId":14221,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of scientific research and management","volume":"89 6","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-11-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135774358","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
