As a social phenomenon, single-parent family has an important influence on the growth and development of children. However, children from single-parent families may have some problems in the process of growing up. This paper analyzes and explores the causes for possible problems of children from single-parent families which include the economic pressure of single-parent families, weakening of family education functions and lack of social care and then on this basis puts forward the solutions to solve the problems of child rearing in single-parent families. The solutions are as follows: facing reality and eliminating panic, improving education for single-parents, helping children to identify their gender roles successfully and social care.

The academic research of World War III (hereinafter referred to as WW3) has been continued since several years ago. The Middle East, the major area where great power conflicts were performed, the center of national grievances, religious conflicts and cultural differences, is always the place most likely to trigger WW3. This article aims to analyze the Middle East issue from a historical perspective. By understanding the history of the Middle East and comparing and analyzing the current situation in the Middle East, this article draws conclusion that WW3 will not explore broadly from the Middle east to the whole world, but some regional wars will happen instead.

The novel, The bridges of Madison County, brings people a sad yet beautiful love story. Although it is a novel about extramarital love, it gives readers a lot of enlightenment on love and marriage. From the aspect of marriage and love, the unforgettable love between the hero and the heroine as well as the heroine and her husband’s marriage is analyzed in the paper in order to give people insights into the barriers brought about by the boundary between people in the organized society to human emotional expression and communication, advocate to face the emotion and marriage life with a positive attitude, and draw the conclusion of establishing a positive concept of marriage and love.

CSR, short for corporate social responsibility, is a key issue both for companies and all stakeholders. Many companies invest a lot in CSR in order to obtain new customers attracted by identification of its values and missions. In turn, customers need a brand with good image and reputation to show who they are. The purpose of this study are to analyze how CSR impact customer satisfaction, how customer perceived value, and whether Chinese customers feel more satisfied with the domestic companies with well performed CSR than those companies without that. The relevant data in this paper are collected from questionnaire and are employed to text hypotheses about CSR through SPSS. And the results show that Chinese customers’ satisfaction and perceived value can be enhanced by the well performed CSR of the domestic companies.

This paper probes into the online teaching mode of College English based on the teaching practices during the period of prevention and control of the novel Coronavirus epidemic by setting up a core online College English teaching course on ChaoXing Learning Platform, with Ding talk and Tencent classroom as its main teaching means. This kind of teaching mode can make full use of various resources from different free open learning platform. The standardization of mental health education in institutions of higher learning is an important guarantee to improve their mental health service ability and level. In the new period, the work of mental health education in colleges and universities is changing with the requirements of the society. Therefore, on the basis of strengthening policy interpretation, colleges and universities should pay attention to the professional development of psychological counselors, establish a standardized psychological crisis prevention and intervention system, and actively construct interactive experiential mental health education classes to further promote psychological education.
