The cultivation team is the specific organizer, content transmitter, and practice model of the core revolutionary values cultivating project of contemporary revolutionary soldiers. It plays a leading and decisive role in the cultivating process. The study found what the two military cultivation teams have in common: they both have a more comprehensive, complete, and self-adapted military core value cultivation institution system with their own characteristics. The difference is the strength of the cultivation organization, and the quality requirements of the cultivation personnel.

Brand innovativeness, long been recognized as a critical aspect in developing a company, is conventionally considered to be useful in acquiring new customers. However, mixed findings have been focusing on the impact of brand innovativeness on customer loyalty. This article takes Apple Inc. as an example by interviewing Apple users and former Apple users to find out the double-edged impact of brand innovativeness. The result shows that meaningful product innovation shed positive impact on customer loyalty while product newness that lack valuable features may impair customer loyalty.

It is an important measure to make up for the talent gap of big data industry in China to set up data science and big data technology majors in Colleges and universities. Practice teaching plays an irreplaceable role in the cultivation of big data talents. Taking the practical teaching of data science and big data technology in Chengdu University of Information Technology as the research object, research is also combined with the requirements of CDIO engineering education. From two aspects: the construction of a professional practice curriculum system and the reform of project-driven practical teaching model, we discuss the project-driven big data professional practical teaching. It is characterized by the design of reasonable engineering projects, decomposed by ‘modular’ according to the curriculum system. The whole project is dispersed in the practice course, and students' mastery of knowledge is realized through ‘project-driven, learning by doing", so as to improve students' practical ability, practical innovation and entrepreneurship ability, and team cooperation ability, and finally achieve goals of professional training.

Due to the COVID-19, the education in China confronted with great changes and challenges. Through analyzing relevant data and news, with the reference to analyzing the impact of SARS on the education, the following effects of the COVID-19 on education are concluded. Firstly, the education form has changed from offline to online, which can result in temporary score gaps between students with learning manner in good and bad. Thus the advantages of online education has stood out during the epidemic. Besides, the employment will be negatively influenced so it is suggested that the graduates start earlier to look for a job and keep optimistic. Universities and the government has also offered them various ways for job-hunting to ensure the employment this year. Moreover, the lack of life education has emerged in different ways and people begin to realize the goodness and evilness in humanity again. Hence, the life education should be emphasized in the future. Finally, in spite of all the damages the epidemic has brought to people, it has indeed produced a longer vacation for many Chinese families to stay together for loner time than before. Consequently, the importance of family education is recalled by parents and educators. Only when people learn a lesson from the epidemic, can people avoid the similar problems in the future.

: Social work is a self-help service activity. The social work major is an application major with strong practicality. Internship supervision plays an important role in promoting the development of the social work major. At present, social work internship supervision is faced with the dilemma of the unbalanced development of theory and practice, the unclear role positioning of internship supervision, the formalization of internship supervision mode, and the low degree of professionalization of internship supervision. Therefore, in order to promote the development of internship supervision of social work majors, the development path of internship supervision should be further improved.

Frida Kahlo (Frida Kahlo, 1907-1954) is a famous female painter of Mexico in the 20th century and a pioneer of modern female artists. Her own experience is very legendary. "Self-Portrait Wearing a Thorns Necklace and Hummingbird" was created in 1940 and was created by Frida when her husband, Rivera (Diego Rivera, 1886-1957, a famous Mexican mural artist) proposed remarriage. A self-portrait. Based on the premise of understanding the life of Frida, this article uses the theory of iconography proposed by Panovsky to carry out the work of "Self-Portrait Wearing a Thorns Necklace and Hummingbird" in the three aspects of pre-image, image and image. Explore and try to understand Frida’s hidden emotions in the painting. At the same time, learning to use image analysis methods in this work can also help us to interpret other works in the future and use them when creating our own works.

Hospital ethics committees (HECs) can maximize the protection of the interests and safety of subjects in clinical research, so their functional role cannot be ignored. In China’s medical institutions, however, HECs have always been on the edge of management standards and in general have problems such as the lack of organizational structure, unclear management responsibilities and disordered personnel structure, severely curbing the development of ethical review service systems. In the past two years, because of the gene-edited babies incident in 2018 and the rapid development of information technology, the country’s social attention in the importance of ethical review is growing widely, which makes medical institutions attach importance to the development of ethics committee. This article takes the C hospital of my country's third-class A hospital as an example to introduce the status quo, existing problems and countermeasures of the ethics committee of the hospital in recent years. It is hoped that this article can provide some reference to the development of ethics committees in China’s medical institutions.

As covid-19 spreads around the world, teachers and students have started a teaching experiment on a world scale. Together, we face many new challenges: the rapid online migration of traditional teaching activities; A new teaching model has been selected and optimized; Online learning needs more accurate evaluation and feedback; Establish an online teacher-student relationship and solve the confusion of emotional communication. The traditional teacher's role has been transformed into the designer, guide, supervisor and learning partner of learning activities. A series of reshaping strategies include shifting to the "Internet plus" mindset; Lifelong learning view; Return to the true nature of education; Active teaching reflection.
