with the rapid development of artificial intelligence, intelligent medical robots have been used in the medical field to assist medical staff in diagnosing and treating diseases. Due to the lag of legislation, the current liability for medical damage and product liability in China is difficult to solve the liability of infringement of intelligent medical robots. It is advisable to refer to the European Union's civil law rules for robots and Russia's green act to bring the infringement of intelligent medical robots into the category of highly dangerous liability system, strengthen the producer's burden of proof for defects, and set up a compulsory insurance system and compensation fund to separate producer's liability so that the victims can get better relief.

Place names are symbols of local regional culture and contain rich cultural connotations. On the basis of collecting the place names of Xingqing District and excavating the cultural elements of the place names of Xingqing District, this paper extracts the cultural genes of Xingqing District, takes the classification of cultural genes as the main body, excludes the two main structural genes, and selects the appropriate transmission channels according to the different attributes of cultural genes, and finally realizes the protection and inheritance of culture.

In order to improve the English application ability of vocational graduates, the reform of vocational English teaching based on “Outcome Based Education” takes vocational English practical skills as the core, and in the project design process, the typical work tasks in actual workplace are used as curriculum projects. Through the qualitative and quantitative measurement of the unit test and the curriculum project, the students’ initiative and self-control of learning have been improved. It is a breakthrough and surpassing the traditional teaching methods and learning methods, which is conducive to the students’ cognitive, emotional and skill goals.

Mass media in today’s era usually refer to modern form communication tools like newspaper, books, radio, and films. Therefore, the mass as receivers are poured with information from the sender’s side. Mass media have a long journey of development from the most original forms to now. Indeed, the new technologies developed brought the world into a new media era. Thus, traditional media should grab this opportunity to combine itself to the traditional media for better development. Thus, media A as a company which has its main business as a median size publishing media industry, is used as an example to represent traditional media companies. Firstly, SWOT analysis of media A are presented in the research. And then, profit model and financial indicators are analyzed in the paper. It can be seen that media company A has a multi-type of businesses, and the diversified main business composition made the company running more efficient. Finally, the construction and operation of media brand and future forecast of media industry are also discussed to reveal the future opportunity of the media industry.

This paper puts forward the concept, classification and measurement of adult attachment, and summarizes the related researches, including the researches on adult attachment and personality traits, interpersonal relationship and clinical psychopathology, the influence of adult attachment on intimate relationship, and the attachment patterns of parents and children. It is hoped that this review will provide more information to those who want to further study this field in social science in the future, so as to further deepen and improve this field.

Based on enriching the teaching resources and improving the quality of classroom teaching, combined with the current curriculum standards, class hours, teaching materials and other specific requirements, the construction of the engineering case database of the course of automatic control principle is carried out, and the engineering case is applied to classroom teaching practice, the traditional classroom teaching mode is reformed, and the project-based and discussion based teaching is carried out based on the engineering case to improve the teaching effect. This paper puts forward the specific methods and approaches for the construction of the engineering case resource base, studies the selection, processing design and optimization scheme of the engineering case according to the needs of the specific teaching content, and the completed engineering case has been used in the teaching practice of the automatic control principle course, which has played a positive role in promoting the quality of personnel training.

Shu Lin allows his emotions to affect his translation of English literature in order to communicate his thoughts and ideas to awaken the young and to improve social morals. Owing to a series of emotions that arise from his value, social customs, and ideas concerning education, there is a dispute about his unfaithfulness to the original text in his translation of Charles Dickens’ David Copperfield . This includes deviation, strengthening or weakening of certain emotions, and changes in narrative perspective. This paper examines these three types of unfaithful translation, discussing the impact of emotion in his translation of this novel. In so doing, it not only uncovers the causes of Lin’s emotions during his translation but also illuminates the distinct emotional style of late Qing society.

As one of the core courses of law undergraduate, Environmental Law has its unique disciplinary characteristics. Under the training mode of application-oriented legal talents,the teaching of Environmental Law is faced with some difficulties, such as less class hours, multiple and strong overlapping contents, and the traditional teaching methods are difficult to adapt to the requirements of new-type personnel training. By clarifying the relationship between the training of application-oriented legal talents and the National Judicial Examination, we can explore better teaching methods and contents to meet the needs of application-oriented legal personnel training.
