With the development of sports industry in China, sports brokers, as a kind of professional talents, are recognized and valued by the public. At present, there are still many deficiencies in the research on the establishment of sports broker major and training approaches of sports broker talents in universities in our country, so the relevant universities should cultivate talents for the development of sports industry through establishing sports broker major, and also provide guarantee for the healthy development of it through bettering the major establishment. The thesis will reflect on the current situation of the sports broker major in universities through exploration and analysis, with the hope to provide help for the industry.

In the post-information society, with the rapid development of science and technology, the increasingly fine social division of labor, the population movement circle becomes more extensive. In this process, the traditional family problem swelled, the group's dilemma gradually revealed, and thus, in order to solve a sudden series of family, community school and even social problems, the social demand for professional social work services surges. But in fact, the current lack of social work talents, specialized service level is low, it is difficult to solve a series of problems and dilemmas efficiently.Therefor, it is urgent for institutions and society to work together to establish a scientific and professional model of professional social work practice, breaking through the limitations and short board of training of social work personnel in the past, training the applied, timely and comprehensive talents of the profession, so as to realize the professionalization of social work and promote the healthy development of society.

Sense of gain is a new word with both psychological connotation and characteristics of the times. The idea of sense of gain is the embodiment of the idea of "people-centered", and also reflects the people's pursuit of a better life. This paper introduces the origin and meaning of the sense of acquisition from the perspective of psychology, combs the relevant research of the sense of acquisition, analyzes various factors that affect the sense of acquisition, and discusses the direction of future research, aiming to provide a new perspective for future research.

Mencius and Aristotle raised up two totally different ethical theory systems around the same era(B.C 384-B.C 289), among which Mencius’ is based on the idea of human’s original goodness and Aristotle’s is from human nature’s randomness. Besides that, we can see rich diversity of the procedures on how morality gets cultivated and completed from the two philosophers’ respective views. This essay takes Mencius' ethics as "inside" and Aristotle's ethics as "outside", and compares and summarizes these different characteristics. Moreover, we try to find a metaphysical explanation for the speciality of each one according to their own theories and other philosophers’ works.

With the acceleration of China's modernization process, family based migration based on husband and daughter has made the upbringing and education of migrant workers' children a social problem. Due to policy and many practical problems, most migrant workers are separated from their children. These left behind children are either taken care of by a single parent at home or by someone other than their parents. Most of the left behind children can only stay in boarding schools for long-term management and learning, which is the "problem of left behind children" widely concerned by the society. The education problem of left behind children is not obvious in primary school. After entering the junior middle school, the related problems and performance of left behind children education are very prominent. The dropout rate of left behind children in junior middle school increases obviously with the grade. Therefore, it is a very urgent task to consolidate and strengthen the junior middle school education of left behind children. Based on the data analysis of 150 valid questionnaires, it is concluded that the intervention factors for the learning enthusiasm of rural residential left behind children are reasonable and appropriate collective activities and appropriate education and teaching guidance Guide. The main factors that affect their learning energy, self-care ability and self-discipline are energy and lack of good work and rest rules, which leads to the vicious circle of not concentrating in class and not having a good rest at night. Therefore, as a morning run that can play an exercise role and is also a collective activity, it has become a relatively excellent sports to improve the self-care ability and even learning enthusiasm of rural residential left behind children. It can be clearly pointed out that the training and management of morning running is suitable to join the boarding management system of the left behind children in rural boarding system. In 2016, the No. 1 central document put forward the directive of "perfecting rural financial services", "guiding Internet finance, and developing standardized rural finance in rural areas", giving full attention to the modern rural financial system. Rural tourism investment has grown rapidly. In 2017, the actual investment of rural tourism in China reached 550 billion yuan, with more than 2.5 billion person times received annually. However, rural tourism investment must pay attention to the field and mode of rural tourism investment. We should change the investment content from single product construction to characteristic rural B & B, resort hotel, historical and cultural village, leisure farm and so on to broaden the field of rural tourism investment; we should strengthen financial support, guide financial capital investment, increase credit support, implement preferential tax policies, expand tourism financing channels, and diversify and innovate rural tourism investment mode.

This paper attempts to analyze the discourse between Chu Long and Empress Dowager Zhao based on the pragmatic theories including the cooperative principle, the conversational implicature, the politeness principle, and the speech act theory, so that we can use an approximately scientific method to reinterpret the personality traits of the two main characters in Chu Long Persuades Empress Dowager Zhao, and deeply appreciate Chu Long’s superb art of communication, which provides a good example for the superior-subordinate communication in the real life.

In the new era, with the deepening of the reform of talent training model and teaching model in colleges and universities, the traditional teaching model has been unable to meet the needs of applied talent training. By considering the training objectives of the excellence program and with the analysis of current status of the measurement course teaching in Mianyang Teachers’ College, this paper explores the teaching reform of the integrated course of "teaching practice and competition" from the four aspects of teaching for learning, learning to practice, practicing for competition, and finally for use, with a view to enhance the practical ability of measurement talents, to shorten the transition period between study and work, and to provide a reference for the successful training of excellent mapping engineers.
