El ensayo analiza los discursos y debates sobre la estructuracion de la cuestion ambiental en la universidad e identifica obstaculos y oportunidades para una reforma ambiental. La inclusion de la cuestion ambiental es superficial y las ciencias sociales estan desvinculadas de las ingenierias al momento de abordar lo ambiental. La ensenanza transversal e interdisciplinar es compleja, basicamente por el perfil sociocultural de la sociedad peruana. Hay un cuestionamiento creciente de la legitimidad de la universidad para generar conocimiento, pero la apertura de la universidad hacia el conocimiento ancestral se constituye en una oportunidad de realizar una reforma ambiental efectiva. Un tema ausente en el debate de la universidad y la crisis ambiental es la apertura de la universidad hacia otros tipos de conocimiento. Un pais como el Peru – por extension los paises andinos - esta llena de entendimientos, cosmovisiones, perspectivas y conocimientos sobre la relacion sociedad-naturaleza de por lo menos 5000 anos de vigencia y que la universidad no entienda el conocimiento ancestral, menos busque puentes metodologicos transdisciplinares entre el conocimiento formal y este conocimiento ancestral es una verdadera lastima. Hay la necesidad de conocimiento transdisciplinar no solo para la solucion de problemas puntuales como la erosion de los suelos, la conservacion de la biodiversidad, calidad de aire y los residuos solidos, sino para la planificacion ambiental y el diseno de un modelo sostenible del pais.

The objective was to determine the relationship between styles and learning strategies of the students of the Faculty of Health Sciences at the Universidad Continental in Huancayo. For which the hypothesis was raised, there is a significant relationship between styles and learning strategies of the students of the Faculty of Health Sciences at the Universidad Continental Huancayo. The investigation used a correlational descriptive design and by means of a probabilistic sampling the study sample composed of 231 students of the Universidad Continental was obtained, the data were collected by means of the survey technique with validated instruments Chaea de Honey y Munford y Acra abbreviated, De la fuentey Justicia adapted to higher education, and validated by expert judgment, were used as data collection instruments, questionnaires applied to students. The data obtained were processed using measures of central tendency and represented by statisticians; obtaining as a result that the standards of styles and strategies achieved a significant level according to the scale of assessment established. In conclusion, it has been determined that there is a significant relationship between styles and learning strategies of the students of the Faculty of Health Sciences at the Universidad Continental Huancayo; with a level of significance of 0,01, Rho=0,881 and a “t” calculated >”t” theoretical (28,17>1,96) the hypothesis is checked.

In the history of the Peruvian and Latin American republics it is noticed that it is not yet posible to get out of social underdevelopment, there are still in many places of South America serious illiteracy, poverty, sickness and unemployment indexes in detriment of the economic and social progress of the peoples, which raises the question What to do? We think that these social ills are the responsability of our political, judicial, social or other authorities, because they did not prioritize good public management capable of emerging from social underdevelopment, in that sense ethics and politics with a power of the state well guided can give a positive turn to public managment, that is, those procedures of public administration that instead of achieving the common good ended in a bureaucratic evil, that is, in a goverment power worn without goals that do not build. So now ethics and politics should be democratic and social tools of state power to get out of underdevelopment, understanding ethics as a guide to do the right thing in search of values and principles that contain social peace, legal security, common well-being, freedom and human dignity, that is, ethical values and goals that fight against a greedy and prejudiced society product of certain estimative illness that does not cannel, nor prioritize the real change that must exist in all public management in favor of the peoples.

Joint attention, defined as the visual co-ordination of two individuals directed towards an object of mutual interest, is a nuclear skill that develops during early childhood and is the basis of the future linguistic, emotional capacity of mind theory and Of the general cognition of every person. This phenomenon includes the acquisition of behaviors such as the tracking of gaze and signaling. On the other hand, social vulnerability is a risk factor studied in relation to many variables such as memory, executive functions and different pathologies. In this case, it is proposed to investigate the modulation that social vulnerability exerts on the abilities of followup of gaze and signaling in early childhood. The sample consisted of 18 infants between 9 and 13 months. Communication behaviors were measured from the follow-up of the gaze and from the infant’s pointing to distant objects marked by the evaluator. The latency and duration of follow-up behavior were measured through applied behavioral analysis. Social vulnerability was measured using the Social Economic Level Scale (NES) (INDEC, 2000). The results reflect that there are no differences in the abilities to follow the look and pointing according to the socioeconomic level. These results highlight that although the socioeconomic level produces limitations in communicative skills, there would still be no visible effects in the early stages of development. Further research must be carried out to corroborate this claim.

The objective was to demonstrate the effects of the debate strategy on oral communication skills in children of 5 years of the Initial Educational Institution No318 Jean Piaget – Yarinacocha, Ucayali to 2015. The study corresponds to a quantitative investigation in a simple of 26 boys and girls of 5 years of age. Fort he measurement of attention, an observation card was used; the same one that was validated and trusted. The data were proccessed through the descriptive statistics and Student`s T, 0,05 of significance and one (tc = 34,448 > 1.7081). In the results 100% of the children had a score between 0 and 10 in the pretest; in the posttest 96% of the children had a score between 11 to 13 and 4% with a score of 14 to 17 or had an expected accomplishment. The calculated t (tc = 34, 448) with 25 degrees of freedom is greater than the tabulated or critical t (tt = 1.7081) and falls in the rejection zone of the null hypothesis, as well as the value of the critical level (= 0.000) is lower than the estimated error ( =0.05) then, the null hypothesis is rejected and the research hypothesis is accepted, that is, it is concluded that the debate strategy has produced positive effects in the oral communication skills in children of 5 years of the Initial Educational Institution No 318 Jean Piaget.

The objective was to determine the extent to which the application of the “HALF” Program influences the improvement of reading comprehension in the girls and boys of Initial and Primary Education of the Educational Institutions of the Shipibas communities of Yarinacocha in Ucayali. The research was quantitative, applied type, explanatory level, and quasi experimental; tha population consisted of 294 students distributed in 10 educational institutions of the initial and primary level of the Shipibas communities of Yarinacocha; the sample was no probabilistic and consisted of 155 girls and boys. In the results we have that in the Pre Test, in the experimental group we obtained an arithmetic mean of 10,57 and in the control group 9,27; regarding the median, in the experimental group we have 12 and in the control group 10, also with respect to the fashion in the experimental group it is 12 and in the control group it is 10; regarding the post test, in the experimental group we have an arithmetic mean of 13,26 and in the control group 11,27, with respect to the median, in the experimental group we have 14 and in the control group 12, and of the fashion in the experimental group we have 14 and in the control group 10, regarding the maximum score in the experimental group we have 20 while in the control group it is 14. The contribution of the present investigation considers that with a level of significance of 5% and a Z = -5,76 , it has been demonstrated that the application of the “HALF” Program has served to improve favorably and significantly the reading comprehension in girls and children.

La nueva Ley Universitaria ha marcado un antes y un despues en el contexto educativo peruano con prospectiva hacia un mercado mas competitivo. El plan de gestion de la calidad del Licenciamiento y, el sistema de gestion de la calidad (SGC) de la acreditacion propician el cambio funcional de la universidad hacia una gestion sistemica basada en procesos. Sin embargo, antes de la implementacion del SGC es necesario algunas consideraciones como ?que es calidad y para que?, ?cual es la finalidad de la educacion en nuestro medio?, ?que es educacion con calidad o calidad educativa?, ?que es un plan de gestion de la calidad?, ?que es gestion de la calidad?,?que es un sistema de gestion de la calidad? ?que es el aseguramiento de la calidad? La universidad tiene su propia normatividad, su propia politica de aseguramiento de la calidad y sus propios comportamientos que la hace diferente a las demas organizaciones; por eso, en este nuevo contexto, proponemos algunas consideraciones y estrategias para la implementacion, de acuerdo a la Norma ISO 9001 de un SGC en las universidades y sus programas de estudios. El objetivo del presente trabajo es identificar la influencia cultural del K-pop en jovenes limenos, el cual llego a nuestro pais como resultado de la ola coreana o ‘Hallyu’. En ese contexto, se aplicaron las tecnicas etnograficas de la observacion y la entrevista en profundidad a integrantes de grupos de K-pop que visitan con frecuencia el Campo de Marte, distrito de Jesus Maria, tomando como marco teorico los planteamientos de Robert Merton sobre los “grupos de referencia”, asi como los de Daniel Katz y Milton Rockeach relacionados a las actitudes y su influencia sobre las creencias. Posteriormente, para comprobar si la mayoria de seguidores del K-pop comparten percepciones y patrones de conducta en comun que se identificaron del analisis de contenidos, se realizo una encuesta a 384 jovenes, comprobandose que existen valores positivos que se transmiten a traves del K-pop y que los Idols, es decir, los artistas coreanos que difunden esta musica, son considerados individuos de referencia y ejemplo a imitar por sus fans. Como conclusion, cabe senalar que, a pesar de la influencia cultural coreana, estos jovenes manifestaron que no cambiarian su cultura peruana, sino mas bien buscan forjar una identidad propia adoptando lo mejor que puedan adquirir de cada cultura, lo cual refleja un fenomeno de interculturalidad.

El objetivo de esta investigacion fue analizar el nivel de comprension de textos segun modalidad de presentacion y condiciones de respuesta en cuatro grupos de estudiantes de la Universidad Nacional de Educacion Enrique Guzman y Valle. El diseno fue experimental. Cuatro grupos fueron seleccionados, con una tarea distinta, para luego comparar los resultados de cada uno. Cada participante fue aleatoriamente asignado a cada modalidad de presentacion (audio o lectura) y recuerdo (oral o escrito). En cada modalidad de presentacion hubo dos condiciones de respuesta. A los estudiantes que participaron en la modalidad de audio se les solicito que recuerden oralmente y escriban todo lo acabado de escuchar; mientras que a los de la modalidad de lectura se les pidio que escriban y digan oralmente todo lo recordado de lo leido. Los resultados reportan que los sujetos que trabajaron bajo la modalidad escrita y respondieron de forma oral comprendieron en promedio mas que los otros grupos, mientras que el grupo que trabajo en la modalidad oral y respondio de manera escrita comprendio en promedio menos que el resto de grupos. Se concluye que la performance de comprension que se presenta en las dos modalidades de presentacion y las cuatro condiciones de respuesta es muy pobre, y que son estas caracteristicas, modalidad de presentacion, condiciones de respuestas, tipo de textos, realizacion de inferencias, capacidad de memoria operativa, estados emocionales, entre otras, las que parecen determinar la buena o mala comprension de un texto.

El articulo realiza un esbozo de los referentes teoricos que se han tenido en cuenta para el desarrollo de las habilidades en el proceso docente educativo, las principales ideas desde un enfoque historico-cultural, se fundamenta en la necesidad e importancia de la formacion de los estudiantes de Derecho para crear en estos habilidades sociales que le permitan demostrar sus competencias en el mercado laboral. Es realizada para ello una revision de la introduccion de la actividad cientifica dentro del proceso de ensenanza-aprendizaje que le permita el desarrollo de habilidades en la Universidad Cubana. A partir de la perspectiva de las nuevas tecnologias digitales en el desarrollo cognitivo de los jovenes en sus valores, estilos de vida y expectativas educativas, para apropiarse de conocimientos o saberes juridicos, y dotarlos de una serie de competencias y habilidades basicas que lo capaciten para el ejercicio de su profesion una vez que este acceda al mercado laboral desde los modos de actuacion como fiscal, juez, abogado, asesor, profesor, entre otros. Para ellos nos auxiliamos en los metodos de la investigacion como: el historico logico, el de analisis y sintesis, y el de induccion deduccion.
