A study on the efficiency improvement and suppression of rising temperature of the 1-phase condenser motor 单相冷凝器电机的效率提高及温升抑制研究

Condenser motors are widely used because the motor needs the 1-phase voltage source we have everywhere. The single phase motor creates an elliptical rotating field that may cause some problems such as noise, vibrations and more losses that bring low efficiency and a rise in temperature. This paper describes optimum design of the motor in consideration of the maximum torque, efficiency, swing torque and starting torque for a sewing machine.

3 degrees of freedom control of semi-zero-power magnetic levitation suitable for two-dimensional linear motor 适用于二维直线电机的半零功率磁悬浮三自由度控制

Electromagnetic suspension (EMS) has been widely used in many industrial fields because of various advantages in practical use. The U-type magnets are often used to generate the levitation force in the EMS system. This conventional electromagnet, however, can only control one degree-of-freedom. It cannot construct a levitation system solely by itself. A four-pole type yoke hybrid electromagnet is proposed instead of the usual U-type magnet and its magnetic levitation control is studied in this paper. The basic structure and characteristics of the proposed magnet are described first. Next the control system is designed. Luenberger observer, only using gap sensors, is applied to realize zero-power control. The semi-zero-power control with a disturbance observer is proposed to improve the performance, as well as the robustness, of the control system. The ideas of coordination with linear motor are discussed. Finally, the simulation results and corresponding experiments have been presented.

A multi-functional converter controlled by 8XC196MC 8XC196MC控制的多功能变换器

This paper puts forward a multi-functional power converter design based on 8XCI96MC single-chip computer control. The converter subtly integrates a rectifier, chopper and inverter, which not only reduces cost and size but also extends the functions of the power converter. Four different operational models of the converter are analyzed, and some experiment results are presented in the paper.

High performance space-vector PWM inverters using nonlinear voltage gain correction 采用非线性电压增益校正的高性能空间矢量PWM逆变器

An inverter designed for constant V/F air-conditioner motor drives is introduced. A modified space-vector PWM method is studied so that the linearity of the inverter can be improved when modulation index M>1. Because constant V/F drivers for air-conditioner motors operate in a wide range output frequency, the synthesis of accurate output voltages has became an important issue. To resolve the problem, the well known instantaneous average voltage method is used for compensating for blanking time and input DC-link voltage ripple. The inverter is controlled by a M37705 single chip microprocessor and has been successfully used in A.C. compressor speed control of a home central air-conditioner system.

Active power filter used for three-phase four-wire system 有源电力滤波器用于三相四线制系统

An active power filter for three-phase four-wire power systems is introduced in this paper. The compensation principle and structure of its main control circuits are given. The basic operation principle of the active power filter is analyzed, which is different from that of active power filters used in three-phase three-wire systems. Experimental results prove the effectiveness of the proposed control method and indicate that the active power filter has good compensation characteristics.

H∞ control of permanent magnet linear motor in transportation systems 运输系统中永磁直线电机的H∞控制

A robust H∞ controller for permanent magnet linear motor (PMLM) in transportation systems is designed in this paper. First, the state space equations of the motor are established. Then the H∞ control theory is applied to design a robust controller which allows mass variation of the moving part ranging from 0 to 100 percent of nominal load. The simulation and experimental results show that the system can achieve robust performance under either no load or nominal load.

Application of artificial neural network in optimal design of step motor 人工神经网络在步进电机优化设计中的应用

A neural network using the backpropagation algorithm is developed in this paper to identify the error patterns of the method of linear interpolation. The relationship between the input samples and the output error patterns is then established, which can be used to improve the accuracy of stepping motor design significantly.

Insulation fault monitoring of power transformer by transfer function method 用传递函数法监测电力变压器绝缘故障

A transfer function method is being developed for both the impulse test and monitoring of power transformers. A three-phase equivalent circuit of power transformer based on the Bergeron method is created in this paper. The influences of input signals with different frequency characteristics on transfer function calculation are analyzed and a suitable input is selected to perform the evaluation of transformers' insulation conditions by transfer function method. Three different types of transformer faults are simulated in this paper. The results show the potential contributions to insulation fault monitoring and location.

Network analyses of ventilation system for large hydrogenerator 大型水轮发电机通风系统网络分析

In this paper, ventilation systems of a large hydro-generator are analyzed. A new method named network analyses is presented to calculate ventilation circuits. The general equations are obtained by the electrical network theory. The equations are solved numerically with the successive iterative method. A general program of FORTRAN language is worked out. The ventilation system of the hydrogenerator in Sanxia power station is calculated with the network analyses method.

Optimization design of special induction motors using improved intelligent simulated annealing algorithm 基于改进智能模拟退火算法的特种感应电机优化设计

Improvements on an intelligent simulated annealing (ISA) algorithm for the optimal design of electromagnetic devices is investigated in this paper. By using a fuzzy inference method, the ISA can not only reject infeasible design schemes before design calculation, but can also circumscribe the whereabouts of the global optimum and automatically narrow the search scope. In case of making improper decisions in ISA searching, a criterion of recognizing error judgment is developed. The algorithm is applied to the optimal design of induction motors used in electric locomotives, and satisfactory results are achieved.
