Digital simulation of DC double loops speed control system and to call a computation method of speed overshoot value in question 对直流双回路调速系统进行了数字仿真,并提出了一种速度超调值的计算方法

A perfect simulation model of a DC motor double loop speed control system is presented using SIMULINK software. The current and speed in the starting process and the dynamic speed drop was observed through running simulation of this model. Some interesting results were obtained. It is discovered that observed value of speed overshoot is very different from its calculated value. The reason of this phenomenon was analyzed, and the computation method of speed overshoot value was called in question.

Effect of thermal resistances on value and temperature distribution of electric machines 热阻对电机数值和温度分布的影响

The paper presents the problem of calculating the dependence of temperature of different parts of electric machines on changes of thermal resistances in the network branches. The method of equivalent thermal networks and the method of thermal coefficients, whose principles are shown in the paper, were used for analysis. The analysis is illustrated by examples of calculation concerning a totally enclosed motor with a ribbed frame. The calculation example serves to illustrate the dependence of temperature on resistances and to compare the effect of change of different resistances on heating of different machine parts.

Impact of iron loss on speed estimation accuracy in reactive power MRAC based sensorless rotor flux oriented induction machines 铁损对无功MRAC无传感器转子磁通定向感应电机转速估计精度的影响

This paper evaluates detuning in steady-state operation, caused by iron loss, in the MRAC based sensorless rotor flux oriented induction machine. It is shown that typical speed estimation error in the base speed region, purely due to iron loss, is 2 to 3 rpm for a 4 kW, four-pole, 50 Hz machine.

Effect of a shield on the inductance of a conductor and its application to a compensated pulsed alternator 屏蔽对导体电感的影响及其在补偿脉冲交流发电机上的应用

This paper discusses the different effects of conducting and magnetic shields on the circuit inductance, which are of significance in pulsed power technology (PPT). The effect can be used as a generic method to guide the design of the special electrical machines called compensated pulsed alternators (compulsator or CPA) and improve the power output. With the shield technique, the internal inductance of a CPA is reduced greatly to tens of micro-henry making Possible very high current and power output when the CPA discharges. The CPA realizes a most efficient and compact pulsed power supply which can meet rapidly increasing need for military purposes and special industrial uses.

A new method of sliding mode control and application to AC servo system 一种新的滑模控制方法及其在交流伺服系统中的应用

A new sliding mode control method is presented in this article for AC servo system. Combining fuzzy control and sliding mode control, the chattering of sliding mode control is solved. Introducing an integral element, the stable-state precision is enhanced. The sliding surface designed by means of this method is a time-varied one, which has powerful robustness to parameter variations and external disturbances. Simulation study results show that this method is correct and effective.

The leakage magnetic fields due to heavy current leads of bushings belong to 3D open boundary fields in a large transformer. The distributions of the fields are calculated by 3D geometric transform method. The eddy current densities and loss in the ascending flange are analyzed at the different materials and thickness of copper screen.

A novel welding inverter power source system with constant current output characteristic based on fuzzy logic control 一种基于模糊逻辑控制的新型恒流输出焊接逆变电源系统

In this paper, a novel welding inverter power source system with constant current output characteristics is proposed, in order to get an independent control of spatter control, weld formation and arc length stability in CO/sub 2/ Gas Metal Arc Welding. In the system, the waveform fuzzy logic control method is built to guarantee the arc length stability. Some experiments are carried out with the designed system and the results are provided and discussed.

The research of a rectifier type high temperature superconducting fault current limiter 整流型高温超导故障限流器的研究

Superconducting techniques will be used in electrical power systems widely. Installing a high temperature superconducting fault current limiter (HSCFCL) in electrical power systems is an effective measure to limit the fault short circuit current and to reduce breaking capacity of the circuit breaker. In this paper, the scope of critical current of a superconductor is defined. A rectifier type HSCFCL is selected. The fault current-limiting duration of HSCFCL is determined and its principle is sized up. At the end of this paper, the creative characteristics of this scheme are raised.

Maximum efficiency control strategy for induction machine 感应电机最大效率控制策略

This paper presents the maximum efficiency controlling strategy for induction machine. The Theoretical and experimental study have been done to investigate the relationship between the highest efficiency and the rate of iron loss to copper loss in this paper. The significant equations have been derived and highest efficiency controlling algorithm will be introduced. The method to get control parameters from experiment is also discussed here.
