Network analyses of ventilation system for large hydrogenerator 大型水轮发电机通风系统网络分析

In this paper, ventilation systems of a large hydro-generator are analyzed. A new method named network analyses is presented to calculate ventilation circuits. The general equations are obtained by the electrical network theory. The equations are solved numerically with the successive iterative method. A general program of FORTRAN language is worked out. The ventilation system of the hydrogenerator in Sanxia power station is calculated with the network analyses method.

Maximum efficiency control strategy for induction machine 感应电机最大效率控制策略

This paper presents the maximum efficiency controlling strategy for induction machine. The Theoretical and experimental study have been done to investigate the relationship between the highest efficiency and the rate of iron loss to copper loss in this paper. The significant equations have been derived and highest efficiency controlling algorithm will be introduced. The method to get control parameters from experiment is also discussed here.

A novel welding inverter power source system with constant current output characteristic based on fuzzy logic control 一种基于模糊逻辑控制的新型恒流输出焊接逆变电源系统

In this paper, a novel welding inverter power source system with constant current output characteristics is proposed, in order to get an independent control of spatter control, weld formation and arc length stability in CO/sub 2/ Gas Metal Arc Welding. In the system, the waveform fuzzy logic control method is built to guarantee the arc length stability. Some experiments are carried out with the designed system and the results are provided and discussed.

The research of a rectifier type high temperature superconducting fault current limiter 整流型高温超导故障限流器的研究

Superconducting techniques will be used in electrical power systems widely. Installing a high temperature superconducting fault current limiter (HSCFCL) in electrical power systems is an effective measure to limit the fault short circuit current and to reduce breaking capacity of the circuit breaker. In this paper, the scope of critical current of a superconductor is defined. A rectifier type HSCFCL is selected. The fault current-limiting duration of HSCFCL is determined and its principle is sized up. At the end of this paper, the creative characteristics of this scheme are raised.

A multi-functional converter controlled by 8XC196MC 8XC196MC控制的多功能变换器

This paper puts forward a multi-functional power converter design based on 8XCI96MC single-chip computer control. The converter subtly integrates a rectifier, chopper and inverter, which not only reduces cost and size but also extends the functions of the power converter. Four different operational models of the converter are analyzed, and some experiment results are presented in the paper.

Modeling of contact bounce of AC contactor 交流接触器触点弹跳建模

A contactor is a switching device, usually operated by an electromagnet. They are widely used to operate relays that turn on electric motors and other electrical apparatus. The main components of a contactor are contacts, the springs, the magnets and a coil, so the designer of contactors needs to predict their mechanical and electrical performance. This is a coupled problem of electromagnetic fields, transient circuits and mechanical movement. This paper presents a methodology for dynamic analysis of AC cotactor, the model is based on the electro-magnetic system equations and mechanical dynamic properties of a real contactor.

Performance analysis of self-excited induction generators under unbalanced conditions 不平衡条件下自激感应发电机的性能分析

The general mathematical model of SEIG under unbalanced conditions was presented in this paper. The model is derived from using symmetrical components theory and the sequence equivalent circuits of the generator. The method avoids lengthy and tedious algebraic derivations. Performance characteristics of a SEIG under unbalanced conditions were analyzed. There is a good agreement between the calculated and experimental measured values.

A study on the efficiency improvement and suppression of rising temperature of the 1-phase condenser motor 单相冷凝器电机的效率提高及温升抑制研究

Condenser motors are widely used because the motor needs the 1-phase voltage source we have everywhere. The single phase motor creates an elliptical rotating field that may cause some problems such as noise, vibrations and more losses that bring low efficiency and a rise in temperature. This paper describes optimum design of the motor in consideration of the maximum torque, efficiency, swing torque and starting torque for a sewing machine.

Effect of thermal resistances on value and temperature distribution of electric machines 热阻对电机数值和温度分布的影响

The paper presents the problem of calculating the dependence of temperature of different parts of electric machines on changes of thermal resistances in the network branches. The method of equivalent thermal networks and the method of thermal coefficients, whose principles are shown in the paper, were used for analysis. The analysis is illustrated by examples of calculation concerning a totally enclosed motor with a ribbed frame. The calculation example serves to illustrate the dependence of temperature on resistances and to compare the effect of change of different resistances on heating of different machine parts.

Optimization design of special induction motors using improved intelligent simulated annealing algorithm 基于改进智能模拟退火算法的特种感应电机优化设计

Improvements on an intelligent simulated annealing (ISA) algorithm for the optimal design of electromagnetic devices is investigated in this paper. By using a fuzzy inference method, the ISA can not only reject infeasible design schemes before design calculation, but can also circumscribe the whereabouts of the global optimum and automatically narrow the search scope. In case of making improper decisions in ISA searching, a criterion of recognizing error judgment is developed. The algorithm is applied to the optimal design of induction motors used in electric locomotives, and satisfactory results are achieved.
