Industry Modern: A Solution for Sustainable Business Performance's Technology Challenges 工业现代化:可持续商业绩效技术挑战的解决方案

Due to a lack of resources and other market issues, technology adoption is always a difficult task for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs).The sustainable business performance of SMEs is adversely affected by numerous technological obstacles.Industry 4.0, on the other hand, has the potential to resolve a number of technology issues.Industry 4.0 seeks to achieve a higher level of automation in addition to a higher level of operational effectiveness and productivity.Therefore, the goal of this study is to determine how Industry 4.0 can help SMEs in Thailand achieve sustainable business performance.Using Partial Least Square, data from managers of SMEs have been gathered through the preparation of a survey.The questionnaire was used to collect the data, and simple random sampling was used to distribute the questionnaires.A total of 500 questionnaires were distributed to Thai small and medium-sized enterprises' managerial staff.280 of the questionnaires were returned, and 270 of the responses were found to be legitimate.Partial Least Square (PLS)-Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used to analyze the data.According to the findings, one of the keys to the development of sustainable business performance among SMEs is Industry 4.0.Big data, the Internet of Things, and the smart factory are examples of Industry 4.0 elements that help to encourage the use of information technology (IT), which improves long-term business performance. Additionally, the positive connection between IT implementation and Industry 4.0 is bolstered by organizational structure and procedure.

Security Level Significance in DApps Blockchain-Based Document Authentication 基于区块链的DApps文档认证中的安全级别意义

In the development of the Industrial revolution 4.0 to improve and modify the world's industry by integrating production lines, and extraordinary results in the field of technology and information marked its emergence. It can be used to enhance document security systems using Blockchain technology. Blockchain Innovation Authentication has attracted great attention in the world of science and capital markets. The persistent problems of the many available digital currencies and the various tricks of early coin offerings also welcome the well-known discussion of emerging innovations in the field of education. The importance of this paper follows the improvement of the blockchain framework to reveal the importance of decentralized applications (dApps) and blockchain on the future value in education. This study uses a descriptive method, which is a research method used to describe problems that occur in the present or ongoing, aiming to describe what happened as it should when the research was conducted. the novelty of cutting-edge dApps and talk about the title of blockchain progress to meet the positive attributes of future dApps. Readers will come to the conclusion of dApp research and know the continuous improvement in blockchain .

Preparation and Characterization of Ceramic Membrane Composition Variations in Pome Waste Treatment 马铃薯废弃物处理中陶瓷膜组成变化的制备及表征

Palm Oil Mill Effluent (POME) is waste generated by the palm oil industry consisting of solid, liquid and gaseous wastes. POME is decomposed in sewage ponds and allowed to decompose naturally. The residual waste generated by this industry is non-toxic but has high polluting power. To overcome this, it is necessary to treat waste by making ceramic membranes. The composition materials needed are clay, zeolite, sodium carbonate and boric acid. The manufacturing method is through the printing and combustion stages at a temperature of 900oC. The results showed that there was an effect of compositional variations on the quality of the final product, namely TSS rejection % 93.355 with a flux value of 0.2474 (L/m2min). From the parameter values obtained, it proves that the ceramic membrane is able to process POME with satisfactory effective results. The quality standard of palm oil liquid waste is in accordance with South Sumatera governor regulation number 8 of 2012 concerning quality standard of liquid waste for industrial, hotel, hospital, domestic and coal mining activities

Srumbung Mountain Peace Creative Tourism Village: An Effort to Build Interfaith Peace Through Tourism 龙峰山和平创意旅游村:通过旅游建立不同宗教间和平的努力

 This article discusses the Peace Creative Tourism Village as a peaceful tourism destination to build peace between religions and beliefs in Indonesia. This study is motivated by the rise of identity politics after the collapse of the New Order in 1998. The rise of identity politics has triggered several inter-ethnic and religious conflicts in several regions in Indonesia. Conflicts between the Dayak tribes and Madurese migrants occurred in Kalimantan in early February 2001, Christian and Muslim conflicts in Posso in 1998, and Ambon in 1999. The state has made various efforts to maintain peace between ethnic and religions in Indonesia, but intolerance, even inter-ethnic and religious conflicts, still occur in plural Indonesia. This study discusses an alternative effort to build peace between religions and beliefs through tourist destinations. This research uses a case study qualitative method. This study found that the Peace Creative Tourism Village of Srumbung Mountain, with its tour packages: peace education, live-in, and traditional culinary and cultural festivals, can be a local contribution to building peace between religions and beliefs in Indonesia.

Study of Optimization Planting Patterns of Irrigation Areas Ciujung Ciruas District Using a Linear Program 利用线性规划优化重庆市灌区种植模式的研究

Ciujung Irrigation Area (DI) has an area of 21,350 ha. The Ciujung Irrigation Area Irrigation Network is still found to be quite high sedimentation, so that the distribution of water for agricultural needs and other community needs has not been able to be carried out optimally. The purpose of optimizing the planting pattern is to determine the maximum price of the crop that a field with different types of crops can produce. Optimization in this study used a linear program using the POM QM application. In this optimization study, 4 alternatives were planned with 2 different crops, namely corn and peanuts. In the planting pattern, alternative 1 starts planting in December I, alternative 2 starts planting in December II, alternative 3 starts planting in January I, alternative 4 starts planting in January II. The alternative planting pattern chosen is alternative 2 by producing an area of MT I Rice covering an area of 21,350 ha, MT II Rice covering an area of 3671.62 ha, Palawija covering an area of 84.98 ha and the maximum profit obtained in a year is IDR 595,113,300,000

An Improvement Object Detection Method Findcontour with Fuzzy Logic for Detect Balinese Script Object 一种改进的基于模糊逻辑的目标检测方法Findcontour用于检测巴厘文字对象

The function of OpenCV can be used as a method for detecting Balinese script objects . Experiments to detect Balinese script using this function are able to detect all objects that are on palm leaf media. Objects that have been detected are literal objects and non-literal objects. This study aims to improve the detection method with the findcontour function by adding a fuzzy algorithm, to separate Balinese script objects from non-Balinese characters. The data in this study were in the form of Balinese script written on palm leaves. The Balinese manuscripts used as data in the research are new manuscripts that were deliberately written for research purposes. Fuzzy logic in this study is used to determine objects that have been detected, including script objects or not. The results are visible from the detected objects, fuzzy logic is able to eliminate 400 - 5000 objects that are not needed. Meanwhile, in terms of time, the filtering process with fuzzy logic has an impact on the ROI process being faster with an average time of less than 1 second.

 The increasing number of pandemic cases in early 2021, has made online trading (marketplace) more widespread, making competition for marketplace companies getting tighter. Marketing strategy competition can be tested with a game theory approach. This study aims to determine the optimum marketing strategy in the marketplace so as to increase market share. From the data processing on the payoff matrix, there is no saddle point where the maximum value is not the same as the minimum value so that the pure strategy is not the optimum strategy. Furthermore, the data is processed using the POM-QM program to determine the value of the most optimum marketing strategy for each marketplace. Get games between marketplaces using a mixed strategy. In the Shopee and Tokopedia games, the optimal game value is 9%. In the second game, Shopee and Lazada, the optimal game value is 10%. In Shopee and Bukalapak games, the optimal game value is 8%. In the Shopee and Blibli games, the optimal game value is 16%. In the Tokopedia and Lazada games, the optimal game value is 10%. In the Tokopedia and Bukalapak games, the optimal game value is 9%. In the Tokopedia and Blibli games, the optimal game value is 9%. In the Lazada and Bukalapak games, the optimal game value is 11%. In the Lazada and Blibli games, the optimal game value is 13%. In the last game, Bukalapak and Blibli, the optimal game value was 14%.

Abstract In aviation, the safety and smooth flow of flight traffic is a business core, where every flight traffic service is expected to avoid delays caused by aircraft movement either in the air or on land. Therefore, the time slot at the airport is essential for the accuracy of the movement of aircraft, both Departure and Arrival, and this is intended to avoid delays caused by the accumulation of queues of planes that will depart and planes that will land, with a large number of aircraft movements at the International Airport. Soekarno Hatta requires analysis with data mining techniques such as the J48 algorithm and Decision Tree, and Naïve Bayes.

 On September 25, 2015, UN member states raised a series of the 2030 Sustainable Development agenda which includes 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The SDGs consist of: No poverty, No hunger, Healthy and prosperous life, Quality education, Gender equality, Clean water and proper sanitation, Clean and affordable energy, Decent work and economic growth, Industry-innovation and infrastructure, Less gap, Sustainable cities and settlements, Responsible consumption and production, Handling climate change, Marine Ecosystem, Land ecosystem, Peace-justice and strong institutions, Partnership to achieve goals. Fintech activities in small and medium enterprises in the community have been proven to be accelerated quickly with the digitization of MSMEs. This is supported by the availability of quality and sustainable infrastructure, as well as access to Information and Communication Technology (ICT). The Government's commitment to implementing sustainable development is specifically regulated in the National Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMN) for 2020-2024. Sustainable development has been defined as one of the important aspects that aim to provide access to equitable and inclusive development, as well as protect the environment. The role of sustainable finance in World Wildlife Funding ( WWF) and the Financial Services Authority (OJK) jointly encourage the Banking Industry to play a role in Sustainable Finance Development while supporting the process of community economic development. The activities above also make environmentalists, companies and the government mutually encourage all these positive activities to be carried out nationally and globally so as to contribute to sustainable economic development and support equality in the economic, social and cultural sectors.

The Impact of Artificial Intelligence in Smart City Air Purifier Systems 人工智能对智慧城市空气净化器系统的影响

Dirty air or air pollution is one of the many natural problems that we face, the problem of harmful air pollution is very representative of a colony. If the air conditioner is not healthy so that it disturbs human health. Referring to the World Most Most Polluted Country Index, Indonesia is one of 10 countries where the air is unhealthy or polluted, requiring solutions to these natural problems. This paper aims to find solutions and minimize the impact of wider air pollution through air purification by utilizing the Artificial Intelligence mobility method, especially for outdoor areas. The problem with this system is that it provides clean air in a large area, for example, land, flats, offices, and so on, the majority of people will go out of the house and stay outside the house for a long time. Providing an intelligent sensor-based automatic drive is an advantage of this research because many air purifiers are related to the same purpose but are only explicitly made in a small room area. There are no mobility methods and no Artificial Intelligence system using the three main function formulation methods. The first formulation using "smart mobility" of the machine will be given high Artificial Intelligence. The second formulation is purification using an Arduino-based microprocessor, and the final formulation a human detector. After that, this system can be installed in residential areas and provides healthier air, referring to the structure of the formula "You Only Look Once" (YOLO). All systems will provide performance in that each function is integrated to explain the ease of this tool moves. If there is a low level of pollution, this tool will go to that place and vice versa. This tool works simultaneously, which filters air pollution & provides healthy air to humans (Artificial Intelligence). With this, the researchers tried to do several methodologies to solve air pollution outside the room and clean the dirty air to be suitable for breathing.
