- The main objective of this study was to identify the level of appreciation of the Performance Evaluation System of Education students in terms of the confidentiality of responses, the efficacy of the evaluation, and increasing teachers’ accountability. It also aimed to determine the significant difference in the participants' level of appreciation when grouped according to profile. The findings of this research served as bases for crafting intervention materials. This study utilized a quantitative research design and collected data through pencil and paper questionnaires for data analysis. The results were yielded after keen examination, and it was discovered that the participants’ level of appreciation in terms of the confidentiality of responses, the efficacy of the evaluation, and increasing teachers’ accountability is moderately extensive. Furthermore, participants by group responses according to their program and sex showed no significant difference in their levels of appreciation. There is a high correlation between the confidentiality of responses, the efficacy of the evaluation, and increasing teachers’ accountability. It was concluded that consideration of the evaluation responses should be taken an action to improve instructional delivery

- The paper focuses on what it is about supporting team members and collaboration that makes fostering it a top priority for HR and businesses, specifically, the value of teamwork that makes it a priority for both. It is about how crucial collaboration is in work. Leaders who cannot recognize the levels of disengagement lose followers, which causes a loyalty vacuum in the organization. You must provide a career for your "people" as an entrepreneur, leader, or manager. A person's desire to work for a company is fueled by more than just wage increases; it's also fueled by a sense of community, comfort, and importance to the team.

: The research investigates the financial distress on the financial performance of listed plantation companies in Sri Lanka by applying Altman's model. All 19 plantation companies in the Colombo Stock Exchange were selected as a population. The study period is five years, from 2015 to 2019. Altman's Zscore model is used to diagnose the financial health of companies, and then the impact of financial distress is measured on financial performance. The study shows a significant association between financial distress and financial performance in the plantation companies on the Colombo Stock Exchange. The research outcomes also exhibit that a company's financial performance increases with the rise in Z score values and decreases in financial distress.

The problem of non-implementation of health and safety management plan contributes to poor safety, health, and welfare of workers. Professionals in the built environment, including Builders, are saddled with the responsibility of implementing the use of health and safety management plans on building construction sites. The study is aimed at investigating factors affecting the implementation of a health and safety management plan on building projects in Rivers State, to establish measures that will enhance its implementation. The design for this study is a descriptive survey, the population of this study comprises 2800 built environment professionals and the sample size of this study is three hundred and fifty (350) which was derived using the Taro Yamane method. The data for this study was collected and analyzed using a questionnaire and principal component analysis (PCA) respectively. The analysis was aided by the use of Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) Software. The study found that the main factors affecting the implementation of Project H and S plan are the absence of monitoring and supervision of Building Projects. Based on this, the study concluded by recommending that effort should be made by construction professionals to properly prepare the H and S management plan, and ensure strict compliance with the provisions of the H and S plan by all participants.

- Background: Child marriage is a violation of children’s rights and it exposes them to social isolation and psycho‑logical damages. These negative effects are not limited to them and expands to the family and society as well. Child marriage is defined as any official, customary, or unofficial marriage (registered or not registered), in which one or both of the spouses or sexual partners are under the age of 18-year-old, and conducted before the girl is physically, physiologically, and psychologically ready to carry out the responsibilities of marriage and childbearing. Child marriage is a violation of human rights and children’s rights and exposes them to domestic violence, sexual abuse, rape, and deprives them of access to education.

- A low-cost solar system consists of a limited power capability, making it a challenging research task to manage and distribute power from both the solar source and the main source. As a solution to this challenge, this research focuses on developing a smart power distribution board that provides two inputs: solar and main power sources, and multiple outputs. This embedded system is designed to efficiently utilize solar power to its maximum potential, enabling 2-to-n power distribution. This paper presents a low-cost, scalable solar power management system with 2 to N Smart Distribution Board which aims to address the economic barrier to the use of solar energy. The system is specifically designed for homes with high electricity bills. It effectively transfers solar power to low-power devices, guaranteeing energy savings and uninterrupted operation even in the event of a power loss. With the least amount of modification to the current electrical infrastructure, our approach optimizes energy consumption through intelligent switching and real-time monitoring. Preliminary experiments show a noteworthy decrease in grid energy usage, underscoring the system's potential to increase the accessibility of solar power for a larger population. System has been tested within a laboratory environment and successful results are achieved.
