- The aim of this research is to determine how factors related to service quality influence the level of customer satisfaction in the Batam City banking sector. In today's era of ruthless globalization, improving service quality is critical to attracting new customers and retaining old ones. In this research, customer satisfaction is the dependent variable, while the independent factors are price, trust, loyalty, service quality and product quality. Customer experience is also used as a mediating factor. This research involved 304 people selected at convenience using online Google Forms. Data analysis was carried out using the SmartPLS 3.0 and SPSS 25.0 programs. According to the results of statistical studies, service quality significantly influences customer satisfaction. However, research also shows that theories about customer experience and loyalty are unlikely to be accepted given the existing evidence. These results show more clearly how important service quality is for the Batam City banking industry to make customers satisfied.

: Apartment construction projects require certain processes and steps because it is a construction job that carries high risks. It is known that apartment construction work is work that has a high risk, this will increase the risks that exist if apartment construction work occurs in a superblock area due to interactions between one construction project and another construction project. The high risk and uncertainty in apartment construction projects in superblock areas can be one of the causes of project time deviations. One control strategy to minimize the occurrence of time deviations is to detect risks that may occur and review every procedure related to the apartment construction process in the company's superblock area, then categorize high risks so that it can become a reference for each party in controlling apartment construction in the superblock area. This research was carried out with the aim of knowing the risk variables that influence the time performance of apartment construction in the superblock area, to find out the identification of high risks from the variables of the design review process, contractor procurement process

: A study was carried out at Oilseed Research Program, Nawalpur, Sarlahi, in 2020 and 2021 to compare the impact of plastic and organic mulch on groundnut yield and weed biomass. The randomized complete block design (RCBD) with three replications was used in this experiment. Seven treatments were as follows: rice husk, rice straw, black polythene sheet, Lantana camara , living mulch, sawdust, and control. Result showed that Lantana camara mulching produced the lowest biomass for narrow leaf weed (0.062 t/ha) in 2020 and (0.046 t/ha) in 2021, which was followed by the black polythene sheet mulching (0.063 t/ha) in 2020 and (0.046 t/ha) in 2021. However, the plot mulched with rice straw had the lowest biomass of broad leaf weed (0.037 t/ha) in 2020 and (0.014 t/ha) in 2021. Notably, the plot treated with rice husk mulch produced the highest pod yield (2.35 t/ha) in 2020 and (2.07 t/ha) in 2021, with the living mulch treated plot coming in second (2.13 t/ha) in 2020 and (1.84 t/ha) in 2021. In conclusion, the use of organic mulches such as Lantana camara and rice straw may be a more effective way to reduce weed intensity while improving groundnut yield compared to plastic mulch.

- Control systems have played an important role in the development and growth of modern technology and civilization in recent years. Almost every aspect of our daily lives is affected in some way by some type of control system, which has simplified our lives. One use of automatic control is color matching and mixing, which requires specialized and expensive equipment that can only be utilized in industrial applications and for big quantities. In this paper, an automatic color mixing machine was designed, simulated, and constructed to operate automatically, efficiently, and at a low cost. This machine is controlled by an Arduino Mega microcontroller programmed in the Arduino C language. The machine combines Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Key (black) CMYK colors with a white color to create the desired color which is detected by the RGB (Red, Green, and Blue) color sensor. This system is simulated using Proteus software which is a great tool for simulating microcontroller-based systems. Lastly, Python programming language, OpenCV package, and Colour library have been used to calculate Delta E that measures the difference between two colors. The results from this machine was practically acceptable with an error (Delta E) of 12%, 9%, 5%, 8% after testing with four examples (yellow, green, blue, red) respectively.

: Background: Husband`s involvement in seeking timely antenatal care is important. Their support can have a positive impact on health care of pregnant women, which successively depends on their knowledge and attitude regarding the importance of antenatal care. Use of antenatal health services is a good approach to scale back the chance of maternal morbidity and mortality especially in places where the overall health status of women is poor. By increasing the use of antenatal care (ANC) the risk of maternal death can be reduced. Methods : A non-equivalent control group pre-test post-test study was conducted among 80 spouses of primigravida 40 in the experimental & 40 in control group selected using non-probability convenience sampling technique to determine the effect of structure teaching program on knowledge & attitude regarding antenatal care among spouses of primigravida in Sonarpur Rural Hospital, West Bengal. Structured knowledge questionnaire & F ive point Likert scale were administered to obtain data. Results : The result revealed that mean post-test knowledge & attitude score (22.2 &129.1) in experimental group & (13.75 & 90.5) in control group were higher than the mean pre-test score in both group (( 12.5& 8 9 . 8 ) , ( 13.55& 90.15 r e s p e c t i v e l y ). The result revealed that significant improvement of knowledge as evident from corresponding ‘t’ value (‘t’(39) = 8.96, p≤0.05) & attitude (‘t’(39) = 4.52, p ≤0.05) after STP. Conclusion : Structured teaching program is effective to improve the knowledge & attitude of the spouses of primigravida on antenatal care.

: Field dodder is a parasitic weed that causes significant damage to agricultural crops. In this research, the susceptibility of three tomato varieties (Koy, F1 pembe, and Bursa) to field dodder infection was tested under field conditions. The infection rate was determined at different stages of tomato growth, also the fresh and dry weight of field dodder parasitized on the tested tomato varieties were calculated. The decrease in the average weight, length and width of fruits of different tomato varieties due to field dodder infection was also determined. The decrease in the number of tomato fruits and production for each tomato variety was also calculated. The results showed that the infection rate of tomato varieties ranged between 91.5% for the Bursa variety and 73.8% for the Koy variety. Field dodder was able to form a large biomass on different tomato varieties, ranging from 537.7 to 945.2 g/m 2 of fresh weight. The infection led to a significant decrease in the fruit and production characteristics of tomato varieties. The highest loss in production was in the Bursa variety, at a rate of 76.3%, while the lowest loss was in the Koy variety, at a rate of 61.7%. In addition, the infestation of field dodder had a significant impact on the quality of production by reducing its nutrient content in different proportions. Despite the variation in the sensitivity of the varieties used in this experiment, the results showed that these varieties are sensitive to field dodder infection, so effective control must be carried out to limit the decline caused by this weed in tomato production.
