Intellectual property is one of the important references for enhancing the national scientific and technological strength, comprehensive national strength and international competitiveness, the transformation and protection of their achievements are deeply valued. Since the new period, with the continuous development and progress of science and technology in China, the protection of intellectual property and the transformation of achievements are facing new situations and challenges. On the one hand, as an important component of intellectual property, the achievements transformation in colleges and universities are increasingly remarkable. On the other hand, as the decisive role of the market becomes increasingly prominent, the system and policy constraints of the original intellectual property achievements transformation become increasingly prominent. This study will clarify the possible path of the transformation of intellectual property achievements in Chinese colleges and universities in the future through the background, current situation, main problems and analysis, countermeasures and suggestions of intellectual property achievements transformation in colleges and universities in China. 1

This paper presents the development of skills of teachers the education of children of age early do the teaching reflection. Teacher child early age (n=15) need to develop competencies themselves in various ways one of them is through the teaching of reflection to improve the quality of teaching and discuss how the development of skills of teachers of early childhood education can be done in the district of Sleman, Yogyakarta Indonesia Ngaglik. This type of research is qualitative research. Data obtained through extracting information from educators who talked about the way their head teachers who have expertise in managing learning at class. The analytical method used is content analysis. There is a theme in a pen of clarity in this article is the process of reflection, the follow-up results of the reflection and fact to factor of reflection. The reflection process carried out is the most influential variable in the process of development towards teacher expertise. This research shows that the development of early childhood education teacher skills requires new work methods and steps for educational planning. One attempt that touched s taken is menggunakan reflection of teaching where the needs for individual development plans will be obtained through reflection and will be easier if the reflection is done collaboratively together with colleagues. The natural result of teaching reflection is that the teacher can feel which areas of learning are most important to strengthen. Thus teachers always improve themselves in learning, in turn will improve student learning outcomes. 1

This study explores the direction of school music education in the future society in 2030. In order to achieve the research objectives, the study on future social education and music education was analyzed, and opinions on the direction and practice of future music education were collected. The main research methods were literature research, expert councils, questionnaires and interviews. As a result, it was found that in the future, personal selection education related to students’ real life becomes important, a collaborative communication learning environment is needed, practical competency-based education is emphasized, and technology utilization network learning becomes important.

This study is to empirically investigate the effect of coaching leadership in the education section. This study is to construct the sub-dimensions (direction, development, accountability) of coaching leadership, job autonomy and job commitment. To achieve the research purpose, we conducted a questionnaire survey of 230 working members of the school in Gyeongnam province and Pusan in Korea, and collected 223 cases and verified the hypotheses through SPSS and AMOS analysis with final data of 205. As a result, coaching leadership that constructs sub-dimensions of direction, development, and accountability influence job autonomy and job commitment, respectively. Besides, job autonomy significantly influences job commitment. These results suggested that coaching is a new and effective leadership style that influences members of the school’s attitude or organization effectiveness. Therefore, it is meant to provide an implication that coaching leadership should be exercised to raise the job autonomy and commitment of employees.

This study was conducted to compare and analyze the differences between the authorized textbooks and the alternative textbooks at middle school in Korea. By analyzing alternative mathematics textbooks from the point of view of mathematizing, the researcher focused on the teaching and learning examples presented in the alternative textbooks to find out if they induced guided reinvention to students or helped to form mathematical knowledge from the real world contexts. According to the analysis of the textbook outline, the alternative textbook tended to induce students’ voluntary activities and then define mathematical terms and explain concepts, while the authorized textbooks were opposite. When analyzing the contents of alternative textbooks from the point of view of ‘mathematizing’, both the ‘number and operations’ area and the ‘probability and statistics’ area induced the learners to reinvent mathematical knowledge and used the real contexts.

Motivational factors and learning styles are significant sources of producing learning outcomes and addressing equity pedagogy among students in a multicultural international business class where multilingualism simply no longer work and learning the global language is a must. This study examined the motivational factors and learning styles significant to global language and business skills acquisition of one hundred business major students. Extrinsic motivation factors (traveling abroad and be able to communicate with business colleagues in the international market) are the most influential factors toward language acquisition and is reflective of students’ strong perception on communication skills as the most important dimension in business skills acquisition valuable in an international business field. Learning styles of visual and auditory learners described the business students who gain knowledge production better through sight, spatial understanding and sound. Finally, a discourse of recommendations for educators is provided to fully utilize the motivation factors and learning styles of business major students towards continuous improvement and increased commitment to quality instruction in multicultural education.

Science education is considered one of the key elements for the development of skills and competencies for the economy and society of the 21st century. Beyond its economic dimension, the quality of science teaching in compulsory education has a fundamental civic dimension: in the new context, it is necessary to adopt scientific reasoning and approaches and be able to position it in the face of political proposals whose evaluation will quite often require future scientific knowledge. In this context, for the first time PISA 2015 provides the results of all the Spanish autonomous communities on statistically representative samples at the regional level. This allows a territorialized diagnosis to be made on different aspects related to science education. In this work, we have identified a set of variables related to instruction whose influence on student performance in Sciences has been significant. For this reason, a multiple linear regression model has been used. This model has first been applied to the national sample and then to the samples from the seventeen autonomous communities. Moreover, based on PISA 2015 data, a dependent variable of a dichotomous nature has been defined, centred on predicting if 15-year-old students will or will not have STEM professions at 30 years of age. An analysis of Multivariate Binary Logistic Regression has been carried out at both the national and autonomous community level. The discussion of the results provides some reflections of interest for educational policies and teaching practices.

A core of language acquisition is to communicate properly between speaker and listener and send a message correctly. To do so, we should know discourse function and pragmatic language process. In this discussion, to learn passive voice in accordance with the discourse function and context, we analyze what passive voice is and what connection lies between passive voice and discourse and pragmatic function and meaning. There are many principles about it but in this study , there are three principles here. First is End-weighing. As we usually have an interest in and can easily accept the ‘new information’ it is recommended for us to use passive form. Second, each element such as subject or object in the sentence has a hierarchy. Therefore, it is necessary to understand their hierarchy in the sentence that is expressed with passive voice. Depending on the speaker’s intention, the agent of sympathy is different. Lastly, there is an argument that topic is totally different from subject. Syntactic Subject in English has a dual function. Its primary function is to encode thematic information.
