Background In recent years, the relationship between the stomatognathic system and body posture has an increasing importance in the field of dental problems and it’s a topic much debated in the science. Understanding this correlation implies a multidisciplinary approach with orthodontic and orthopedic figures, working in team to improve the treatment’s effectiveness. Objectives Evaluate the literature regarding correlation between postural alteration and stomatognathic disorders in patients of developmental age. Methods Literature researches given in Medline, Pedro, and Central database. Non-english articles and repeated articles were excluded. The selection of articles was carried out on the basis of the reading of the title, abstract and full-text. Results The search produced 165 items. The reading of the title, abstract and full text led to the selection of 18 articles. Associations were found between alterations of the stomatognathic system as well as malocclusions, temporomandibular disorders (TMD), bruxism and oral postures in relation to cervical alterations, scoliosis and posture of the feet. No studies have been able to report a cause-and-effect relationship between the stomatognathic system and body posture. All authors agree in supporting the importance of the multidisciplinary approach in the treatment of these pathologies. Conclusions The high prevalence of postural alterations in patients with orthodontic problems suggests an interaction between the disciplines of orthopedics and orthodontics. The limit of this review is the methodological variability, therefore is hoped in the future a consolidated methodology used in the study of these issues.

On December 31, 2019, the WHO (World Health Organization) receives the report of a cluster of cases of pneumonia with unknown etiology in the city of Wuhan, capital of Hubei province and a month later, exactly on January 7, the Chinese authorities identify the etiological agent responsible for the onset of these mysterious pneumonias: it is the SARS-Cov-2, a virus belonging to the family of coronaviruses never identified before and responsible for a disease that shortly after will be named "COVID-19". In the last period more and more physicians and researchers are talking about "Long Covid" or "Post Covid", which occurs when a patient continues to manifest one or more symptoms had in the disease even months after the negativity. In the coronavirus emergency physiotherapy has had and continues to have a very important role in taking care of patients who, recovered from the disease, need an individualized path of recovery of respiratory and motor rehabilitation, to prevent complications of all kinds and, in general, improve the quality of life.

Surveying the elderly population appears to be strategic and decisive for the economy of a country. Deciding or planning how many years of work are sufficient to be able to retire, determining who will be affected by public health policies (e.g. exemptions for drugs and visits in certain income brackets) or free vaccination campaigns, are some examples of why there is such interest on the part of scholars, but above all on the part of governments who must make informed choices. The aim of this work/report is to investigate the role of insurance companies and the Italian situation as regards long-term health care for dependent persons, as well as a comparison with other leading countries, such as the United States, the United Kingdom, France and Germany.

Longevity risk is the probability of surviving more than own financial resources. This paper aims to define the characteristics of the insurance market for longevity risk. First, it identifies the aging of the population between the OECD countries and the need for long-term care services (i.e., their quality of life). Second, it tries to summarize the main characteristics of the insurance market for longevity risk from the literature point of view. According to the financial literature, the market to ensure the aging population's long-term needs can be considered a puzzle as there are some constraints from the two sides of the market. From the demand point of view, two issues limit the request for insurance products: the role of the State and misunderstanding about the exposure at risk by the population. At the same time, there are other constraints from the supply point of view: the adverse selection and moral hazard issues that impact the pricing of longevity risk. All these constraints limit the growth of this market. Third, it identifies some suggestions for further investigation in the growing field of financial literature. This paper contributes to the existing literature by identifying the constraints that avoid the insurance market's growth for longevity risk and by remembering some solutions to reassess the role of the welfare state.

2020 has been a year marked by a terrible pandemic, caused by a Coronavirus named Covid-19. This virus will go down in history for radically changing the world population’s life habits and leading death, suffering and terrible moments among countless family, in addition to severe economic and financial damages. In just over a year and despite all the restrictive containment measures implemented by the the world countries’ governments, the pandemic itself has caused over 163 million cases and 3 million global deaths, of which over 53 million cases and 1 million deaths i Europe, while in Italy there have been over 4 million cases and 123.000 deaths. The only way to stop pandemic is to be able to produce and test, as soon as possible, an effective vaccine to be given to the whole global population. Finally, in early 2021, the European Medicines Agency ( E.M.A.) and subsequently the Italian medicines agency ( IMA) approved to use various anti covid-19 vaccines produced by some pharmaceutical companies. In this context, the ASL NAPOLI 1 centro strategic direction, in compliance with state and regional provisions, promptly took action through the creation of numerous vaccination hubs with a dosing total capacity of 15.000-18.000 doses of vaccine per day, distributed throughout the area of competence. In particular, the vaccine centre set up in the rooms called “La fagianeria” located in the “real bosco di Capodimonte”, a luxuriant park with various botanical wonders that covers about 134 hectares with over 400 different plant species. Just due to the location peculiarity, it was necessary to implement a pest control procedure according to the “UNI EN 16636:2015” standard, for infestations control and damages verification that pests can cause to the environment, to people’s health and goods. The presence of endemic pests such as small rodents, crawling and winged insects or micro-organisms can represent, in fact, a serious risk for users health and health personnel since they can act as “vectors” for the introduction and the spreading of diseases and possible allergens for humans.Pest management, therefore, plays an important role in protecting public health and also in protecting health facilities from direct and indirect damages that can cause significant losses both in financial terms and in service quality offered to users. The study aim is to coordinate the “pest control” procedures implementation, verification and validation according to “UNI EN 16636:2015” at the vaccination center set up by ASL Napoli 1 centre in rooms called “la fagianeria” located inside the real bosco di Capodimonte, verifying their efficiency and effectiveness. The evolution of health care organisations towards socio-assistance intervention system characterised by a certain operational complexity, also through the multi-professional participation of various operators, has entailed the need to pay more attention to pay more attention to pest control activities to citizen users

The interaction between the individual and the environment has a strategic significance for welfare purposes and shows the importance of the bilateral nature of the relationship. It highlights how promoting health means acting on the environment and on the individual. In terms of health education, for health workers it is no longer a question of intervening from the outside on behavior, but of inserting themselves into situations, in the processes of interaction, as active protagonists of a complex system. This orientation of the health system requires a reinterpretation of the role of operators, through the adoption of the participatory planning method, which requires interpreting one's work as a problem solving process. To get to the solution of the problems it is necessary to identify the elements of difficulty that the patient encounters, thus adopting methodologies that allow for an exchange relationship. Nurses, in all health systems, have a privileged position due to the capillarity of their action, inherent in the “to care” of nursing care, and of their contacts with citizens and clients. In particular towards the patient he teaches the correct assistance maneuvers and the most appropriate attitudes to be adopted to favor the change of behaviors and the achievement of awareness of a new state of health and a new degree of autonomy. The most suitable educational method that should be used by the nurse in the path of therapeutic education, is to link learning to action, in clinical practice, alongside the patient, promoting healthy lifestyles and the dissemination of a culture of health. Educational intervention aims at personalizing care and can improve health status and reduce healthcare costs. Alongside the ethical value and professional duty, it is necessary to use methodologies, techniques and methods to provide a structured set of specific information, with a simple and understandable language, speaking.

Few tv series or movies can be considered as a source of inspiration for everyday life, both in the workplace and not. Star Trek is the most striking example of this since it touches the deepest chords of the human soul by addressing philosophical, spiritual, political and strategic issues. At the command of the Enterprise, the spaceship, we meet Kirk or Picard, to name a few of the most famous commanders of Star Trek, at the "command" of radiology we will meet the Coordinator, a leading figure for his team of technicians. Far from space ships or aliens, the TSRM Coordinator must interface with his technical staff, know how to communicate with them and with other health workers and make important decisions often in "red alert" conditions as unfortunately still happens during the COVID-19. The world is experiencing a time of crisis as the global COVID-19 pandemic has affected the way we live, work and interact with each other on a global scale. It might be science fiction, but Star Trek can help us practice our basic leadership skills in preparation for real crises. In fact, the Star Trek captains provide examples of the potential for communication, patience and dedication in the service of leadership. With this job I tried to describe how team-working, the importance of communication and the figure of the leader in Star Trek can be an inspiration in the Management for the health professions and how the technology of this famous science fiction serie can predict and anticipate the future of our technical profession.

Information and communication technologies (ICT) represent one of the major drivers of economic growth and collective evolution, with positive repercussions on the world of labor. Despite several benefits, technology is substantially altering the nature and organization of work, posing possible psychosocial, organizational and ergonomic risks as outlined by the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work (EU-OSHA) and current strategic documents of the European Commission. The novel COVID-19 pandemic has further accentuated the burden of the use of ICT, emphasizing the importance of occupational safety and health practices. Nevertheless, the topic of digital stress is not yet carefully considered in the Italian context. The purpose of this exploratory study is to create a new psychometric tool aimed at investigating the key dimensions of technostress. In particular, the psychometric properties of each scale (reliability and dimensionality) were preliminarily analyzed. The spread of ICT modifies the characteristics of traditional stressors (e.g. job demands) while contributing to the spread of new stressors (e.g. privacy and pervasiveness), leading to what is called "technostress". Since the first definition of technostress introduced by Brod (1984), the construct has been operationalized according to different perspectives and is now consensually recognized as a major threat to the health of workers. For the realization of the items and the identification of the areas of investigation, the concepts of stress, work-related stress and technostress were examined together with the main theoretical models and pre-existing psychometric tools. The items belonging to each dimension were then generated according to a deductive path. The qualitative analyses regarding content validity led to a total of 80 items and 15 scales (usefulness/usability, reliability, technology self-efficacy, role, multitasking, job control, job demands, pace of change, pervasiveness/work- life balance, privacy/monitoring, employability, supervisor support, colleague support, involvement and training) which were administered to a sample of 235 subjects. Reliability analyses and exploratory factor analyses (EFA) (principal axis factoring (PAF) with suppression of factor loadings below 0.30 and promax rotation) were performed for each scale. The internal consistency analyses showed values ranging from fairly good (α = 0.60) to excellent (α = 0.88) depending on the scale, providing encouraging results for a future in-depth analysis of the instrument. The exploratory factor analyses provided good initial results, yielding to a two-factor solution only in the case of the “multitasking” scale. Given the exploratory nature of the study, the validation process was limited to the analysis of reliability and dimensionality. Future studies will need to further analyze the structure of the scales in order to identify which model best represents the constructs, using confirmatory factor ana

The spread of ICT modifies the characteristics of traditional stressors (e.g. job demands) while contributing to the spread of new stressors (e.g. privacy and pervasiveness), leading to what is called \"technostress\". The Legislative Decree 81/08 in title III chapter I defines work equipment as "any machine, appliance, tool or plant, understood as the set of machines, equipment and components necessary for the implementation of a production process, intended to be used during work". From this definition we can perceive how meaningful the use of equipment in production processes is and how there is a considerable diversification of the same in terms of categories and types. Each work equipment, depending on the characteristics and methods of use, can be a source of danger, both for the health and safety of exposed workers. In the national scientific literature, there are no validated methods that allow you to calculate, with objective criteria, the accident risk related to the use of equipment in the workplace. For this reason, the Prevention and Protection Service of the Federico II University of Naples has developed an assessment method called "UNI.ATT", through which it is possible to perform the calculation of the accident risk in an automated manner.
