Research on the Teaching Construction of Cultivating Cross-Border E-Commerce Students' Innovative Ability Based on STEM Education Concept 基于STEM教育理念培养跨境电商学生创新能力的教学建设研究

Today's rapid spread of international information, cross-border e-commerce has become an important area of global economic development, while STEM education is considered to be an effective way to cultivate future talents. In this context, Research on how to cultivate the innovative ability of cross-border e-commerce students based on the concept of STEM education has emerged. Through the comprehensive analysis of relevant literature and the summary of teaching practice, this paper puts forward the direction of teaching construction to cultivate the innovation ability of cross-border e-commerce students based on the concept of STEM education. The teaching construction directions proposed in this article include the construction of appropriate training goals and teaching content, the adoption of diversified teaching methods, the emphasis on practical application and the cultivation of innovative thinking, and the emphasis on evaluation and feedback. These aspects can effectively improve students' innovation ability and core competitiveness, and meet the society's demand for talents. Experimental tests have shown that this teaching direction has improved students' teamwork ability to more than 80 points, and their innovation ability has also reached 70 points. Cultivating the innovation ability of cross-border e-commerce students based on the concept of STEM education requires educators to combine subject characteristics and student needs to build a suitable teaching plan and curriculum system. This research has certain reference significance for college educators to cultivate students' innovation ability in the field of cross-border e-commerce.

Study on Discourse Behavior, Immediacy, and Willingness to Communicate of Chinese English Teachers 中国英语教师话语行为、即时性与交际意愿研究

Communication not only connects emotions, but education also relies on communication. Whether between teachers and students or between parents and children, communication is necessary to achieve the purpose of education or emotional development. In China, most students tend to view English as dull and useless, which leads to a lack of interest in learning English. However, the incorrect communication style of English teachers can lead to students becoming bored with English and their teachers. Immediacy has a direct impact on communication, and teachers' words, behaviors, and other factors directly affect their immediacy, willingness to communicate and communication effectiveness. So, in order to make communication smoother and improve the effectiveness of education, this article pointed out the connections between discourse behavior, immediacy and willingness to communicate, and proposed some methods and communication skills on how to improve one's own immediacy. After conducting practical research on the methods proposed in this article, the results showed that the immediacy scores of the four teachers who conducted the practice increased by about 12 points before and after the interview, and students' ratings for the four teachers were all 90 points higher, confirming that the methods proposed in this article can effectively enhance immediacy and strengthen communication between teachers and students.

The Effect, Dilemma and Countermeasures of Cultivating Students' Craftsman Spirit in Higher Vocational Colleges in the New Era 新时期高职院校培养学生工匠精神的效果、困境与对策

The cultivation of artisan spirit in higher vocational colleges is an urgent demand for high-quality economic and social development and people's better life, as well as the internal pursuit of building a high-quality higher vocational education system in the new era. However, the cultivation of artisan spirit in higher vocational colleges has some practical difficulties, such as imperfect cultivation system, weak cultural environment of colleges, poor integration of quality and skills, weak learning initiative of students, weak willpower, lack of home-school joint education platform, and comprehensive quality of parents to be improved. The cultivation of craftsman spirit requires system guarantee, school effort, students' cooperation and parents' responsibility to form a joint force and jointly cultivate the craftsman spirit of higher vocational students.
高职院校培养工匠精神,是经济社会高质量发展和人民美好生活的迫切需要,也是新时期构建高质量高等职业教育体系的内在追求。然而,高职院校工匠精神的培养存在着培养体系不完善、高校文化环境薄弱、素质与技能融合程度不高、学生学习主动性不强、意志力不强、缺乏家校联合教育平台、家长综合素质有待提高等现实困难。工匠精神的培养需要制度保障、学校努力、学生合作和家长责任,形成合力,共同培养高职学生的工匠精神。

Investigation and Research on the Current Situation of Football Teaching in Colleges and Universities in Southern Anhui Province 皖南地区高校足球教学现状调查研究

College football courses are very important to cultivate campus football reserve teaching force, high quality football courses teaching level can promote the development and promotion of campus football. The football course of Chizhou University has been open for a long time, so it needs reform and innovation under the new situation. In this paper, literature data method and questionnaire survey are combined to investigate the football teaching status of Chizhou University, obtain students' satisfaction with the course, and provide reference for the next course reform. On this basis, we put forward some suggestions, such as step by step, happy football, substituting test for match, cooperating with local sports venues, etc., to improve our school conditions and teaching level.
高校足球课程对培养校园足球后备师资力量十分重要,高质量的足球课程教学水平能够促进校园足球运动的发展和推广。池州学院足球课程开设时间较长,在新形势下需要改革创新。本文采用文献资料法和问卷调查相结合的方法,对池州学院足球教学现状进行调查,了解学生对该课程的满意度,为下一步的课程改革提供参考。在此基础上,提出了循序渐进、快乐足球、以考代赛、与地方体育场馆合作等改善办学条件和教学水平的建议。

Reform and Practice of Blended Teaching Mode in Statistics Flipped Classroom 统计学翻转课堂混合式教学模式的改革与实践

Research on cultivating aesthetic literacy in children's literature for preschool education modernization 面向学前教育现代化的儿童文学审美素养培养研究

Children's literature, as a compulsory course in preschool education, plays an important role in promoting the development of preschool education and shaping the aesthetic literacy of teacher candidates. Literature has a natural field and grand effect on the cultivation of human nature. As an important carrier of culture, children's literature can guide children towards positive values and inspire their conscience and abilities. The aesthetic literacy of preschool teacher candidates will contribute to the formation of children's healthy personality. The compulsory course "Children's Literature" in preschool education provides a solid disciplinary platform for studying this issue. To explore the core basis for cultivating the aesthetic literacy of preschool professional students oriented towards the modernization of education, we should start with the alienation of its connotation value and conduct thinking and discussion from three aspects: logical starting point, development mechanism, and connotation value.

In the information age, the importance of cyberspace security is increasingly increasing. How to promote the construction of cyberspace security majors and optimize the training mode of cyberspace security talents is a hot research issue. Starting from the teaching concept of unity of knowledge and action, this article first elaborates on the importance and existing problems of cultivating cyberspace security talents in the context of new engineering. Then, it introduces the requirements for cultivating cyberspace security talents, and finally proposes the construction of a collaborative education model for cyberspace security talents that integrates politics, schools, enterprises and research, which will provide experience and guidance for talent cultivation and teaching mode exploration of cyberspace security in the new engineering field.
在信息时代,网络空间安全的重要性日益凸显。如何推进网络空间安全专业建设,优化网络空间安全人才培养模式是一个热点研究问题。本文首先从知行合一的教学理念出发,阐述了新工程背景下培养网络空间安全人才的重要性和存在的问题。然后,介绍了网络空间安全人才培养的要求,最后提出构建政校企研相结合的网络空间安全人才协同培养模式,为网络空间安全新工程领域的人才培养和教学模式探索提供经验和指导。

The Influence of Acculturation on Students' Language Proficiency 文化适应对学生语言能力的影响

Acculturation is usually accompanied by changes in the language environment. Students may need to adapt to the new language environment, which will have a certain impact on students' language acquisition. Generally speaking, acculturation helps students better integrate into local social circles. Such social interactions provide opportunities to practice language skills as they need to communicate and build relationships in the new language. This study focused on Chinese students studying in the UK and explored the relationship between these students' acculturation and English proficiency skills, as well as the factors that may mainly influence their language proficiency. Research has found that acculturation has a positive impact on students' language proficiency, and the psychological factors in Schumann's acculturation theory are more prominent. Among them, the highest factor affecting language learning and proficiency is learning motivation.
